I got a FC-710 from a different seller too, and it is exactly the same as Steven's. The glass is noticeably thinner than any other piece I own, but after 6 months as my daily driver rig I have no complaints.

If you want a unique hit the FC710 is it! I almost don't feel right taking a dab unless I can hear that lil glass ball rattling. I was using my Liger on a FTK before I bought the diffusion pump, now the FTK is collecting dust on my shelf.

Try pulling harder, the bubbles should hit the top of the can. Water needs to enter those holes at the top in order to vortex down the drain.

I got a purple FTK from CCG a few weeks ago, I hope your 18mm joint is nicer than mine. Nothing but the bowl that came with it fits snug, my Liger wiggles around way too much for me to use it. It is pretty though, short of a couple small bubbles it is nearly perfect. Vortex is very nice!

Josh might as well keep my CC# on his desk, I'm pretty much sold sight unseen :D
