I know the firmware update discussion was a while back but I was out of town, so hopefully it's ok if I ask about it her! I'm trying to update my square pro, but it doesn't flash blue. Instead, it flashes blue once then red twice, then blue one and red six times, and repeats. Any ideas?

Sorry, didn't end up getting there till this morning It was $40 - which seems a bit high but could be way worse. I'm in Ontario, so HST is 13%.

Just an update: mine had a delivery attempt today (to Toronto), but a delivery notice was left. I'm out of town till tmrw night, but I assume that there was a customs charge I need to pay. Hopefully it isn't crazy...

Anyone in Canada receieve theirs left? Mine has been stuck at 'Item has arrived in Canada and was sent for further processing.' since the 7th. I order a lot of stuff from the states, and have never had something stuck for this long.

They said that they are shipping the additional accessories (including the cleaning thing) later if they are not in stock, so as to not delay shipping the square itself. So my square pro has been shipped already, but my accessories will be shipped next week. I have confirmed this with Haze...

Mine still shows as processing, but when I view order I have a tracking number. Maybe it will show as processing until the entire order has shipped, and so since my entire order has not shipped (the easy-tray + extra accessories), it'll be processing until that happens.

Yea I'm hoping USPS too, while DHL is incredibly fast I've found that stuff gets snagged by customs way less with USPS, and the fees are also way smaller when they happen. And then UPS/Fedex are slow and have the highest customs fees!

@Haze Vaporizers I'm super excited for it to ship soon! I was just wondering what shipping method you are using to send it to Canada, and if you have any idea how long orders to Toronto will take.

Just one thing - in the very post you quoted Haze said that they are making an android app. So there is a mobile app, just no IOS app.
