Good man. Glad you made the purchase. I'm waiting for another deal so I can order a Crafty. I missed that deal. Would have been nice to get on it. Haha. Maybe in a few months price will decrease or there will be a sale. If not, I better start saving.
You can always take advantage of the FC discount offered by Puff It Up. And those guys are a real pleasure to deal with.

@Mr. Me2 quite true. I'm in Canada and want to get free shipping from a Canadian site oppose to a U.S. site. He doesn't ship for free. Factor in shipping as well as the exchange rate, not much of a deal sadly. This is my next vape for the balcony or on the go. I love the app and so forth. Now it's time to be patient.

does the app provide you with an error message while overheating? if yes, what is the exact text you get from the app? or does the overheating only takes place when you charge and use your crafty simultaneously?

If the app is on and on the screen yes it will give a error message along the lines of "Warning. Temperature too hot. Allow vaproizer t cool down". The overheating also happens when using and then plug in charge cable as well as when crafty is off and plug in charge cable. So a few different times.

SN 0123xx, FW 2.05, 2m15s warmup from cold, <will insert total battery time here when tested, [so far 100%-75% in 9mins]> and only had it overheat a handful of times. Otherwise doing well
SN 0123xx, FW 2.05, 2m15s warmup from cold, ~37 mins per charge and only had it overheat a handful of times. Is that within the normal expeced range?

So i've noticed my Crafty suddenly generates more vapore then i'm used too, so i've cleaned my CU in ISO and complety washed the ISO off. But when i wanted to do a burn-off and i took the CU off the Crafty I saw still vapor coming out of the bowl, but nothing was in it :/ Is this normal?

Been away for a bit and current crafty has become has some issue with ther housing and may be time to send it back. Anyone have any picture of the new housing and around when it was changed?

Hmm, is it possible that maybe some concentrate dripped down through the bottom screen? If it's freshly cleaned, don't know why or how any vapor would be produced. Definitely wasn't steam from water being evaporated?

I tried it for the second time and it's still producing vapor with nothing in the bowl. I've never have used concentrates in the Crafty, also I use a coarse grind (SpaceCase 4pc). The only thing it can be is the resin build up on the sides in the bowl. I'm gonna to clean that, and change screens.

Can someone test this? Is your Crafty producing vapor with the CU off and nothing in the bowl?

Oh, I misread it the first time. Thought you cleaned everything, bowl and CU. The resin build up is without a doubt what's causing it, no doubt about it. Get a Magic Eraser and get to scrubbin!

Hi guys my first post on this forum had my Crafty firmware V 2.05 for 4 months just thought I would give my thoughts so far . I'm currently on 118 hours of use still getting 3 12to15 minute sessions clean it roughly once a week sometimes longer if busy . Still getting big clouds & clean taste (when clean lol) no cracks on the housing so far touch wood even after a few drops on to tiled flooring . Overall really pleased with the unit does show battery temp is to high sometimes but carrys on vaping . Going to buy a mighty soon to keep indoors & as I've been using my Crafty as my only vape & need a backup .

Would you mind timing how long it takes to heat from cold to 170° C with a full battery at some point? Curious what the performance of your unit would be with that many hours on it.

I have 44 hours, 2.04 firmware, on mine and just timed it yesterday, was 1 min 45 seconds with a fully charged battery.

Glad to hear yours is still going strong!

For those of you looking to order a Crafty/Mighty, VapeSociety has them and with the code "Grasscity" you get $50 off the Crafty and there's free 2nd day air shipping. Came out to $283 total unless you're in CA where they'll charge you tax. Was a pretty good deal and couldn't be happier with the unit.

This being my 4th vape after a MFLB, Pax, Extreme Q, I'm tasting more and getting more from less of my botanicals then ever. Can't believe with less than 0.1g and the pad what I get, ,and all of the taste! May look at either a Plenty or Mighty for in the house and sell all the others, there's that big of a difference....

Good idea or no to give the CU a soak in iso and let it evaporate for some concentrate? I'd need to run it through a filter to get any remaining plant material out, what's reccomended?

That works, most people seem to scrape it when it's warm with a metal poker or a toothpick.

Hi Very high
Does yours fall out when you rotate it? @Pyr0 bought one of these and told us not to bother as the mouthpiece falls out when you try and twist it down due to a design flaw.

Hello no it doesn't, it has a piece of silicone that holds it in place, firmly. Can be rotated with no issues. Sure if you pull hard on it straight up it will come out. Very impressed with mine I shall be ordering a second for my other CU.

Brought my Crafty to the Phish show last night, and it performed like a champ! Recharged once mid-show with a portable power pack. The micro-USB connection is so convenient!

Jealous you got YEM as your encore! I'm seeing them next show (Austin) and was really hoping to hear that one. Oh well, super pumped either way! This will be my first non festival Phish show (saw them Bonnaroo '09 and '12).

I'll be bringing my Crafty as well as my Herc! Gotta be ready on all vapor fronts!

I actually just bought a money belt to help smuggle things in. Tried it out, and looks like it will work perfectly! Wear it under my cloths, partly under my shorts, and can't really notice it at all.

Debating whether I bring my lipstick sized USB battery to the show, but think I'll be fine with one charge and the Hercules.
