Hey there. After building relationships with FC folks outside of the forum for years now I have decided to jump in and start a thread of my own to answer any questions about my work.
I primarily make smaller clear adapters and accessories because after many years on the torch I have had eye troubles. Keeping it simple nowdays and letting all the super talented new blood take care of all the heady glass.
As much as I have helped out FC members in the past, I feel I have been able to learn so much from them when it comes to the non combustion world. Very friendly and educated people on here. I feel i have become friends with many of you and hoping this thread can continue connecting me to more kind folks.
I don’t mind customizing most of my products so let me know if you needed something you can’t find elsewhere. Thanks for having me!! Mike-OGB.

Would those reclaimers on your site serve the same purpose as a drop down?

edit: Ignore my question. I think a reclaimer is more so what I was looking for to begin with rather than a drop down.

CUSTOM RECLAIMER

Thank you! The piece looks sweet. I should be listing some collection jars with removable no goo containers on the bottom in a few days. Keep your eye out as i think they may make a good upgrade from the standard collection jar.

most of my adapters are from mike, along with my original nail and globe (that still gets some on the go love years later), so count me as another longtime fan. I would be very interested in the reclaimer you mentioned above, would you happen to have any pics of one of your reclaimers after it has been 'used'?
TIA
Matt

Hey matt. Hope all is well. Good to hear your pieces are still going strong.
Sorry but i don't have a pic of one of the reclaims thats been used right now.
Also working on one with an interior downtube to stop spill over between fittings.
I am hoping to have some time in a couple of weeks to play around with them and get consistent before i list them.
Also i can make them male or female.
Here are a couple of pics.

Almost there...
I have a few adapters from Mike and they are all perfect!
Thick enough to withstand the odd drop or bump onto a table.
Super easy to work with and fast shipping!!

I have had my Herbie adapter for a year now and it is as good as the day it arrived!!
Going to have some more adapters custom made soon!!

Received both my adapters today. Couldn't be more pleased with either of them. The 14/18 adapter slides all the way down into the joint, almost disappearing except the lip. The glass on the reclaimer is incredibly clear and not a single blemish. It looks like pretty much night and day in terms of clarity when put on my D020-D. All the glass seems to be pretty thick and looks like it is made to last.

Hey Mike...have you ever made any vape specific GonGs? Such as a carbed E-Nano GonG. Actually, could you feasibly create a 18/18 adapter that is extended and had a carb on it? If so I could use that as a carbed GonG for all my vapes...

Hey there, Glad you are happy with everything.
I have been playing around with the e-nano GonG a bit this week. I have read on FC that they are 15.7mm diameter tubing that sometimes gets stuck unless hot. I could try one at 15mm diameter but not sure if that would be too small. i would love some input from e-nano users to see if they are all exactly 15.7mm or if they vary slightly.
Any advice would be appreciated especially if we can improve on design. I can also put a carb on but you also mentioned just an 18/18 adapter w/carb. I do make these, here's a pic. Let me know if thats what you meant and if not you can PM me a sketch and we will figure it out. thanks,Mike-OGB.

I can help a bit. I have 3 standard dry stems I can measure or I can measure my core.

That is exactly what I was thinking. I had no idea these existed, definitely going to be ordering one!

Sweet! Let me know if it can be improved on in any way.
I would prefer my carb extension about half as long and a bit flared on the end for easier finger-tip closure - shorter should work exactly the same and would be less exposed for potential breakage or getting in the way (but that just me).:)
