What's the final verdict? Get the sandwich? Just the pusher? Something else?

I just have the pusher and that's all I'll need. It is effective with very little material, and I can't imagine fitting enough in the oven for my usage if I had both parts of the sandwich. Very cool accessory, though.

Does it screw so you can adjust the amount of the push?

It's real.
What spacer are you folks using? Are you referring to the New Vape products (pusher and bottom screen)?

Yup, I have the sandwich but I only need the pusher, the screen allows for little to no herb in the oven.

The Pusher seems to be cool, but what about airflow versus using the curved screen solution? It just seems that the Pusher more impedes airflow than a screen would. Appreciate input there.

Draw resistance is not really an issue for me, but I do notice an little increase with the pusher. It's really all up to personal preference though, as I don't mind it.

Cloudy...
I never was interested in the first pax, but I'm starting to be really interested in this one. It sounds as the perfect vape to share with a couple of friends and with that sandwich accesory it has to be really good with small size charges...

Hope they start selling it in the UK soon, or at least to have an international warranty.

I just spoke to New Vape. They said that after 4/10, they are only selling the adjustable pax 2 pusher. She said if you bought one that is not adjustable, call them and they will replace it.

And I just ordered one. I hope it's the adjustable one!
I called them last week and spoke to the guy who makes these. It was my idea to make it adjustable. It sure didn't take him long to make my idea happen. Great job !!

He is also working on something else that I think will be very welcomed when it's finished.

Hey @scott_dunlap @Ojan_at_PAX , is VaporEarth an authorized reseller? They have a promotion at $229 which is very tempting but it seems like it might be a little shady.

It's authorized as stated by a VapeWorld associate. Kind of butt hurt I ordered so early...didn't think the price would go below MSRP...!

OK that deal was too good for me!

My heart thanks you while my wallet simultaneously curses you

Hey dudes, vaporearth.com is not an authorized online retailer for our products. Any PAX purchased from that website will not come with a 10 year warranty.

Ok quick question, what if they had an actual store? Because this is what they said on reddit:

"All orders are invoiced from our store Emmaus Smoke Shop in Emmaus, Pennsylvania and valid for the warranty. The confusion at first was if we were an online-only retailer without a physical brick and mortar store (since we differentiate between the two for our online presence)."

Does this enable a full warranty then?

Just got mine in the mail and its charging now.

Initial observations are as I expected. Unit feels like good quality, though charging system is complete garbage.

I would trust @Ojan_at_PAX (actual PAX Labs employee) over the website. He said they're "not an authorized online retailer" which, at least by my interpretation, means that they might be authorized to sell in-store but are NOT authorized to sell online. Different marketplaces = different rules.

I wouldn't take the risk. The device is worth the $280, directly from the manufacturer, to ensure your ten year warranty.

EDIT: Ojan beat me to it by two minutes!

First impressions. It will serve the purpose I bought it for very well indeed.

Sleek and easily hidable in the hand. Great design and build!
First bowl some was some king Kong kush, medium dryness fine grind and packed in to the top.
First couple slow long pulls gave some good tasting kinda dense vapor, then three more wispier pulls and then seems like no vapor so I cashed the load, it did give me "good effect" but the abv was not to dark and if I hadn't dumped it in my lap I would have put it in the mighty ;)

It's like after the first couple hits I lost interest, loaded up my mighty and the song like a virgin went off in mi head. I bought an ascent before and returned it straight away, this seems like a similar vape signature, but better density. IMO it can't produce the thick, strong, dense, tasty vapor the s&b portables can. But its stealth properties, great build and cra cra warranty make me happy I bought in.

This will be for when I am working lots or out and about and want some mild vapor, so it fits my need perfect. But for at home or when I really want the full effect, mighty all the way.

I will try different variables and post back. I know with fine tuning it will get better...any tips yall?
