Vaporbrothers Dabbler & Eleven Pen

The reviews for the coils on VaporWarehouse worry me.

exactly my worry. we all know coils dont last very long anyway, they are fragile things. so if these ones dont last very long thats a big issue. i might just stick with my dr dabber and get the 11 mouthpiece for the extra airflow.

also i live in the uk and its a problem problem paying for international delivery, waiting days to recieve it and it might break in a week. no thanks

Ah so if I buy another atomizer what kind should I get that will last the longest? I only get a gram of concentrate every week and I manage to make it last all week. So far this pen works a million times better than my micro g and tastes awesome. I can fit a decent glob in it.

I see one negative comment. Where are the rest of them?

The guy who rated it 4 stars said he had a coil that didn't do so well.

But comparing those reviews to the 11 (heh) 5 star ratings, I might just take my chances. $60 for a Ti Gr2 vape with zipper case + silicone container + other stuff sounds good to me. I'll post a review after I put a few grams through it.

It's a hit with me and my friends. I've tried several and when it was time to get a new one I went with this one. I can't speak to the longevity or durability, since I'm not a power concentrate user, but I love how it works.

I'm a bit unsure about the carb hole, feels kinda awkward to my big ape hands lol. I really like the unit but for now I just threw a chunk of tape over the hole. I'm sure I'll need the air after some use, but I had to quit Guitar Hero after Med difficulty for the same reason haha, no dexterity.

even 1 bad review will be enough to put people off since that 1 reviewer maybe a hardcore vaper and knows his stuff? especially if kike me you have to pay for delivery and wait around a week for delivery everytime you need a skillet.

however please use the crap out of it and let us know what you think. thanks

I have one "Eleven" Skillet that tastes and works like new.
I have only had it a few months, but it has taken a workout.
the skillets. a few people told me they dont last very long.
A few people does not mean a thing when compared to the number of people using this item.
While my "Eleven" (the hollow more porous ceramic rod) is only months old, I have not had to throw out any Dabbler heater in 2 years.
I will confess that I have ruined a mini heater that fits in the globe, experimenting.

Every piece here is two years old.
I still use them all.. at least one a day.
This set is two full years old.
I have two spares I have not ever yet had to use.
Take care of your stuff, and it will be fine.

My original coils are all the silica wicks.. and all still work beautifully.
Never been "fried while dry".

Great stuff, I'll be using that heater storage tech :) I love the puffitup cards, I'm hoarding them when I get them.

I used to do drugs. I still do, but I used to, too
Really loving the convenience of the VB11.

Great for when I'm on the go. The air hole seems to give a nice mixture and smooth hit. But i can cover it and get some massive clouds, if I dare.

Also I am getting many draws from tiny .02 dabs. Which is great. And the silicone storage pot and mini dabber are very handy indeed.

So big thumbs up VB.

im still unsure about this or the omicron and mini kiss cart titanium.

really i was after somethibg that can hold more than a pea sized dab.

I would't recommend loading any of these skillets with more than a pea sized dab. If you are looking for something to hold more try an extract cartridge.

. I would like to know this as well. And if what voltage would be best for these atomizers. Does anyone know the range of voltages that can be used?

The VB Eleven uses a 3.7v battery and the skillets are 2 ohm. So if using a twist, I would probably stick with the closest to 3.7v. If I can manage to find the twist in the warehouse, I will crank up the voltage and test a few skillets. Not sure if that twist is still around, I'll check tomorrow when I back on the office.

What breaks quickly?

Can the viper attachment fit more concentrate compared to the regular VB skillet?

Not recommended.

I found the Vision Spinner II at the warehouse today and tested several VB skillets. The skillets fired up at all 4 settings: 3.3v, 3.8v, 4.3v, 4.8v.

I did a full button cycle (approx 12 seconds) at each setting. At the 4.8v setting, I did 4 cycles on the same skillet and it didn't burn out the skillet. The outer case of the skillet got hot. I imagine using these skillets at 4.8v will shorten the life span but will definitely give some giant clouds. I ran the skillets dry so I'm not sure how toasty the hits are at 4.8v.

My skillet is producing vapor but the coils are not turning red is this clogged or will I need a new atomizer? Sorry I am not used to forums

If the coils are heavily coated in oil, this may be the case. The coils should still glow red if the skillet is clogged and the coils are clean.

Hey there sorry for the late post. I too did some testing to last night. I also used the vision 2 spinner @ 4.8v. Already totally suspecting it was going to burn the shit out of my "gold" I gave it 3-4 second rips pulsing the button. I was pulling slightly harder than usually again "suspecting" and the carb was left open the entire hit like usual.

My skillet is producing vapor but the coils are not turning red is this clogged or will I need a new atomizer? Sorry I am not used to forums

I find that all my heaters turn this black gunky color as I don't clean them (longevity testing). I still find they work perfectly fine all of them. Big taste difference once your fresh dab is depleted, and the gunky stuff is now the substitute vapor. Though that shouldn't stop you from stock piling heaters like .22LR. Zombie apocalypse is around the corner. Hope this helps

so you prefer the silica over the ceramic? Does it give better hits? It sounded like the only advantage of the ceramic hollow core was it gave better taste

I haven't broken a VB11 heater yet and I've had a few going strong for a couple months. One heater reserved for crumble is full of black residue but it actually tastes just fine as long as I keep adding new product on top.

Skillet life is shorter if you root around with a pick or use really sticky stuff, otherwise they don't really break at all... at least I can't seem to wear one out yet.

Fyi, we're hoping it's our choice of wire that gave VB11 skillets an abnormally long life. To catch up @530rasta 's earlier question- we're using a combination of Ti & Nickel to get it to handle the heat without corroding so much. The proportion of Ti to Nickel is roughly 75/25%.

I do.
It is my finding... at least in my case, that kept clean and nice, they hold more wax, and give longer thicker hits.
So you are talking about the Nichrome glass wick VB skillet right?
Well then I know what I'm ordering next. I could care less about flavor I just want the relief better and quicker. The only thing that draws me away from the silica wick atomizers is that the coil isn't titanium. I don't know how that affects the performance but it seems like everyone says titanium is the best.

I believe that Titanium of equal mass requires a second longer to heat up than say nichrome.
Opinions will vary on this
I love the newer wicks also, but find myself defending the honor of the silica, because the strands cling to the product so well.

In the link you provided you say that these style of atomizers cannot be cleaned. I watched a video of silica micro g atomizers being cleaned with iso alcohol 91+ % and then drying them off and burning off the excess alcohol. I am hoping the same can be done with these skillets. Maybe more is known now?

I believe you misunderstood my post/posts.
I said the opposite.. that they can easily be cleaned.
I apologize for being unclear.
Just a couple of posts back on this page, I provide a link to the cleaning.
