Hey guys. Although I enjoy getting high, it's not always possible for me to do it and I don't want to get high everyday. Are there any sort of herbs that I can vape but not get high off of or any negative side effects? Definitely not tobacco, or anything with carcinogens in it. I like the feel of vapebonging and such, so I want to be able to play with smoke/vapor for fun without getting high and without negative health risks. Don't get me wrong, I'm not giving up on weed, I just want to try something else for fun. Good taste/smell is a plus :)

Thanks guys!

I have had success with green tea, like the good stuff, whole loose leaf, it had earl grey in it also, tasted really nice and actually gave me a rush to the head which was sorta odd but not bad feeling....maybe its the small amount of caffeine.

I tried peppermint and chamomile....didn't like the feeling on the lungs much but enjoyed the small light taste. I just gave up after that, and have been pining for VXL's "botanical blends" but they have been advertised for years without materializing so I don't think it will ever happen.

Any other places with "botanical blends"?

I tried the "Essential Oils" blend from Davinci Vaporizer - specifically the Energy blend. At the time they only sold preloaded oil cans for the original DV. But now it seems they are selling bottles of the liquid:

(Pricey, I know! Might need to mix my own!)

Felt good, gave me a bit of a rush - not quite as much as caffeine, I'm thinking it was probably the Guarana I mostly felt.

I've hear something about Blue Lotus, but don't know much about it.

I bought a 6pack of 100% pure therapeutic grade essential oils, but I don't know if you can vape those (I was going to use them in an aromatherapy cup sitting on my Nano)

Propylene Glycol is FDA and EPA approved for inhalation. You can pick up a pharma grade bottle from your local CVS for $4. Not just safe to vape, I would argue it promotes lung health because of its antibacterial and antifungal activity. It is safe enough to shoot into your veins.

Vaping essential oils puts you at risk for lipid pneumonia. Cannabis oleoresin, despite being called Hash Oil, is not an oil/lipid.

I looked up the propylene glycol, and it seems there is controversy as to how safe it actually is.

I'm interested in the green tea though!

How do you even vape oils in say, a Solo?

Check out the Botanical Blends from Magic flight and try the feeling fine blend.

I tried this one, came with my VB if I recall....

I loved it the first few hits, then it tasted really bad and kinda made my VB whip taste bad for like a week or two, still have a baggy of it laying around....no clue where though hehe...Worth a shot, might just be my taste buds, it did relax me.

What about catnip? I heard that works pretty well for stuff like anxiety and relaxation.

Hemp or fan leaves or very low grade weed is probably your safest bet.
