Can I pair my TV evo with a PerseÏ body?

Hi Guys, I want to know if a PerseÏ can handle the TV evo, my evo is a SV 6V-20W, I know the PerseÏ can work at 6V but I'm not sure there is enough Watt to drive it?

I know that I need an adaptater.

Depends on your persei, the switch needs to be able to handle around 5 amps, some of the older ones won't be up to the task. I personally would just buy a cheap mech mod clone off Fasttech, shouldn't be much more than $15. You will be able to use the same batteries in your mod or persei as long as they are high quality to start with. Why run the risk of blowing your persei top when a mod is going to be cheaper than shipping back & forth to D9

The new 8 top is available for preorder and is mechanical

You would also need an SS kit if you don't have a body and batteries and charger

What is the difference betwenn the 8 top and a Persei? I'm sorry but W9 gear is a bit sophisticated and sometime I have problems to understand....
The 8 is it only built to work with batteries?

I would like a setup with the Core, able to handle Kiss cart, SR-74 and TV evo (I don't need portability), what I have to do?

ps: I'm in the up tech e-nail beta team, I'll own the Core and the Hammer and I want to find a way to use my core differently and since I love my TV evo I want to find a way to use it (my batteries are dead and I'm thinking to this sort of setup before to order batteries or PA)

Persei has electronics In the top. The 8 top is mechanical top similar to the TV line. So no electronics in the top. Also the Persei is 601 thread so you will need an adapter. The 8 is only available for preorder so it not out yet but I believe I read that it has the option to do 601 or 510 threads so you might not need an adapter...but again I'm not positive on that.

Also, if you don't preorder the 8 top before July 1st it will only be available as a whole unit with a new body...

But anyway if you want the best experience from your TV gear a mechanical mod is something that is recommended
