Easy Draw Vapourizer

I've had a Herbalaire fpr 6 months now, but there is something about it I haven't been happy about. In fact, I rarely use it.

I have a chest condition, therefore lung power is limited, and I find the draw on the Herbalaire too tight for me - it really is hard work, and this puts me off using it. Also, it doesn't give me the stone I'm looking for. I know you can't get a couch-lock stone from a vapourizer, but I'd like the next best thing, if possible.

So I am looking to get something that is easy to draw on, gives me a physical aspect to the stone, but hopefully, is as efficient as the Herbalaire. It should also be able to be used upside down with a 18mm bowl bong - hopefully without any extra attachments necessary.

From what I can gather on these forums, it looks like my options are the Cloud/EVO or the LSV. So, I would appreciate any thoughts, advice or alternatives other members can offer. Thanks in advance.

Maybe something with a fan assist like the Herbalizer. It can be connected to an 18mm bowl bong with a whip and adaptor. They claim that the fan assist can maintain percolation in a low drag water piece. With lung power to start the action.

Shrike I haven't used a cloud/evo so can't comment on them but the LSV has a wide open draw as does my EpicVape EV2, both are great with Glass.

I use a couple of friends Vapor bros, SSV and DB on occasion and they are also very easy to draw with little to no restriction.

The person who is now using my HA uses it with the whip and the pump so they use pretty much zero lung power to pull a hit. I did have an after market pump with an adjustable flow rate which she uses turned down really low, works very well and you can't find anything "softer" on your lungs as far as I can see.

:peace:

Rude Boy - I've never used the pump with the Herbalaire because that's supposed to be for bags, but I could try using it with my present setup - Herbalaire upside down on my bong. Thanks for that suggestion - I'll try it tonight. You may have saved me a bit of money!

As regards other suggestions - can they be used upside down on a bong with a 30 degree angle downstem safely, i. e. without having to hold them in place?

Besides forced air/fan assist whip vapes, bag/balloon vapes could be another option.
Also the vaporlung may be appropriate, there's a diy thread on it.

My first thought, until I saw the upside down requirement, was a 7th Floor whip model. I'd be happy to vote for the EVO, since it's what I use for big free flow hits, but the LSV is much cheaper and puts the 'easy draw' responsibility on your glassware.

If you can make do with only the vapor the HA pump produces, that may work for you. Can't hurt to try it.

I get a couch lock feeling from my Versa, and the airflow is too high sometimes I have to cover the top in order to slow and get a hit. I understand it may not be very helpful information as you probably would be unlikely to get one but I just wanted to clarify that such a thing does exist in vaporization.

The EV2 and LSV will although you may have to hold the Bong to keep it steady as it will be top heavy.
But I think you will find your HA with the pump will do it for you, it makes for really effortless hits.

Great - you know the reputation us Scots have? Tight-fisted gits who hate spending money! I will try the pump tonight and report back, as I'm sure other people with chest problems will be in a similar situation with some vapourizers. Mind you, when I got my HA, I was also looking at the LSV.......
