Cheap High Quality Bubbler

Fair warning - this piece has sold out since I made my order last week, and I’m not sure there’ll be more considering the shrinking selection of other products on the page.

Anyway, I’ve seen this knockoff hydrant bubbler (from sumbudddy on ioffer) pop up a few times in this thread, but I don’t think anyone's bought one. I decided to go for it. At $65 it’s a bit more expensive than most of dhgate, but I was happy to find it's super clean and higher quality than I expected. Not quite as smooth as the 187, but the design lets you watch vapor and bubbles under that dome, which is pretty cool :whoa:

I would join this support group lol!

I just bought 3 of the orb/globe rigs. Hopefully one will be near perfect and that one will stay with me and then the other two will be for friends :D It looks like it is 10mm but it could possibly be 14mm. Either is fine with me!

Oh and I asked Kathy if she could get in the JH017 - Hitman Funnel Recycler - that BTOC sells. Hopefully she can and for a cheaper price :brow:
hahaha i asked her today too.

I'm pretty sure these are the exact same. Someone please correct me if I'm wrong.

Thanks for sharing this other source. It effectively seems like the same piece (and they also have the 14mm option).

In the end I'm going with SunshineStore. When ordering from TQG it costs $21.38 a piece once shipping is added.
As I needed a few more things, I ordered two other items from Mike and asked for combined shipping (if not I was paying around $80 to ship ~$35 worth of items). In the end with reduced shipping I'm paying $29.12 to get the 5 J-Hooks lot.

With all the stuff in this thread, how can I possibly narrow down my selection for my first DHGate purchases?

I am thinking one toro microverter knockoff, one tabletop bubbler with a matrix perc, and my combustion buddy wants one larger ridiculous piece.

So really this post is for my buddy:
What huge cheapo pieces are worth consideration?

He is looking for maximum diffusion, crazy stacking, and multiple perks. This thread seams to cater mostly to the 9-14 inch tall pieces, but what are the top choices for larger pieces? Do any of you know what might be worth looking at in the 36 inch [or larger] category?

Someone got this awhile back. Pretty sure they liked it. It's short, but meets some of your criteria.

Is there any way to get this type of J-Hook other than from Sunshinestore ? Or any other J-Hook with a similar form factor.
1.0x0.jpg

He sells them at $14.12 for a lot of 5 pieces.
That's a great price, but with shipping to France it adds up to $42.26, and I don't have that much to spend when I only really need one piece.
I have 5 of these.
They are amazing.
I hope you get a handle on them?

A SOLO 14mm PHVES GonG replaces the need for a stem.

ASH COLLECTORS become water tools.

Every glass collector needs a JHOOK!
This is a piece that may have been over looked!

So the LSV works well with the D020-T, nice smooth hits. Still learning it though, one thing i need tp figure out is how to get it to stop spitting back up herb after a hit (no water touches it, its like an airpocket that goes back and spills some but bowls still good), it must be how im hitting it? Not much experience with a "fancy perc" before. Only downside is that my face is still kinda close to it (or would be to a Solo too), maybe I need an ash catcher now to add on and move it further from my face plus extra diffusion too...
Any reccomendations?

ASH COLLECTORS are great for moving the vaporizer out of your face.
The photo is of a D022 I do this with my D020-T as well.

Your set ups are always so excellent atax. And the D022 is so nice looking as well, always tempted by that one... I'm thinking maybe a tree perc ash catcher would be a nice compliment to the 20-T's rachet perc?

Since your using a solo (low in weight) I think using a claisen and attaching it to the angled joint would work well

I have a few ash collectors.
With the D020-T a tornado action ash collector is the ticket.
Tomorrow I will set it up!
I like these bubblers because their expandable!

I'm actually using my LSV, no adapter yet for my Solo, trying to decide if i should bother or not. But what is a clasien?

Nice! I guess there are no tree percs with right angle male that would leave the bowl facing straight up anyway are there?

Has anyone tried this one

out with a 90 degree angle joint bubbler or at all?

Edit: ^^^ somewhat relevant link ^^^

Anyone have experience with cheap frits? Spent too much time in the Dave Goldstein thread today, and now fritted discs are on my radar. This is the cheapest/best looking one I've found, but $90 is more than I'd like to spend. Anyone aware of cheaper options? Or should I even bother? And does the frit look like it might be too fine to anyone else? DG's definitely look "chunkier."
