I am not a doctor and have absolutely no medical knowledge, but I like to play one on the Internet. I don't know about physically. I don't know if pot is a vaso-dialator or increases blood flow. It does alter perception and can lower inhibition, at least for me. For some it increases paranoia and anxiety. Not good aphrodisiacs. So it all depends. There. That sounds like a doctor. That will be $50.
ive read smoking it is really bad for you regurally so i switched to volcano vape and i love it but i liek to hear it so i stick with it and dont switch back and forth between the too that vaping is proven to be better for erections i have a lot to fil up so i just liek to be on point with everything always but im pretty sure vaping is much better for erection then smoking it is almost drove me crazy trying to find a solid answer so i made this lol

Im a home renovator & I vape whenever I have an erection to erect.
1st I have to get some wood,
then I pound the shit outta it till its as hard as nails.
Then mrs dorkus grabs it with both hands & sorta bends over.
I come up behind her & give her some, hammer & tongs.
Before you know it, there is fucking wood glue spattered everywhere.
But dont worry, just lay some sheets straight over it & no one will know.
By this time Mrs dorkus is all sweaty & moist & ready to be drilled anywhere you please. I think maybe there is some wood glue in her hair, but she is not too worried about that right now.
She is far too concerned about the correct placement of the drill.
We had a slight disagreement about which hole to drill 1st.
She insisted that I start drilling the slip and slide, but I was sure i wanted to drill the exhaust right from the get go.
Anyhoo, I told her I would do it her way, but then I just went ahead and did it my way.
There was some rather loud disagreement emanating from mrs dorkus at this time. but it seems she was face down in some sort study or religious rapture, so I just kept on the job so to speak.
In the end, the swing set came out great.
I found that vaping didnt hurt my performance at all when erecting stuff, but you might wanna be a bit careful when throwing the wood glue around.
I suggest you get a sock.

Smoke from cigarettes is definitely bad for effective blood flow (which is essential for erections). It constricts blood vessels. In my experience cannabis smoke doesn't have nearly the same negative effect, but I did feel like I got a bit younger when I switched from smoking mj to vaping. Inhaling any kind of smoke is disagreeable to the human body.
I wouldn't try the dorkus method without training and a set of instructions. Remember, he's a professional erector as well as a crazy Aussie.

In order to have a healthy libido and erections you need dopamine. How long have you been using cannabis? Do you take any other medications? Do you have any other addictions? (Smoking, alcohol, porn, sex, etc)
With the limited information that you have provided, it's really hard to help further, but I think abstaining from all cannabis/alcohol/smoking/porn/fapping for a dopamine detox/reset is a really good idea.
