How to make croques, sandwiches and fast food with 66 % less fat.

Most of you know some tasty fast food, that tastes great, but got too much fat or calories.

I know a way to decrease the fat of the food up to 66 %.

Croques, sandwiches, burgers that contain much remoulade ( up to 80 % fat ) can loose a lot of fat. If you take for a croque or big sandwich, instead of 100 Gramm remoulade, a ground of 50 gramms
joghurt and on the joghurt 50 gramms of remoulade, you can save up to 50 % of fat.

Don´t mix it, just put the remoulade on the joghurt.

You got 100 % taste and 50 % fat.

It even tastes great, if you take less remoulade and more joghurt.

With this method you can make traditional fast food, with up to 66 % less fat or calories.

This is especially great for food with remoulade, danish remoulade or mayonaise.

Here i got some recipes, to get some tasty food with less fat, carbs or calories.

Feta light, much less fat, salt and calories.
100 gramms Feta cheese mixed with 200 gramms of joghurt and ca. 2 gramms salt.

American cheese light
100 gramms american cheese heated and well mixed with 150 to 200 gramms joghurt and 2,5 gramms salt.

Fishsticks light. 66 % less fat and 33 % less meal.
Water the fishsticks and put them into the oven, untill the topside of the sticks starts to get a bit hard. Turn them around and remove the bottom side of the sticks with a fork. Finished.
( nearly all the fat of the mealcover is collected in this bottom side )

Peanut butter light
100 gramms peanut butter mixed with 200 gramms water or joghurt. Add salt untill taste is 100 %.

Marmelade light
100 gramms marmelade mixed with 100 ml water.

Honey light
100 gramms honey with 100 ml water.

Nutella light, 66 % less fat, 50 % less calories.
100 gramms nutella mixed with 200 gramms vanilla pudding.

Marzipan light
100 gramms marzipan mixed with 200 gramms vanilla pudding.

Caramel light
100 Gramms caramel ( heated ) mixed with 200 gramms vanilla pudding.

Chocolate / white chocolate light.
100 gramms chocolate ( heated ) mixed with 200 gramms vanilla pudding.

100 gramms peanut butter mixed with 200 gramms water or joghurt. Add salt untill taste is 100 %.

Please. Its got to be 200% taste or nothing.

Real food is never the problem.

Plastic, processed, artificial, hydrogenated, fake frankenfoods are the problem.

Toss the bread, and anything else with more than 3 ingredients, and make sure each ingredient is a food you would eat by itself. If you can't read anything in the ingredients, out it goes.

The fat is where its at it just makes food taste better. Its processed foods and sugar that make you sick. Grow your own food if you can. Find a local source of meat and veggies like at a farmers market much better eats then the store at least in Cali it is.

You can make all this fast food light with nearly unprocessed food
( bio joghurt, cheese, nutella, chocolate, marzipan, honey, marmelade... ).

It is not to make the food more healthy, just less fat.
Too much fat is very dangerous, it can cause deadly liver diseases, fatness, ugliness, depressions. A bit more fat is no problem, but a lot more fat can even cause stomach or bowel cancer and a polluted bloodstrem, something like smokers leg ( fast food leg ? ).

Normal amount of fat is around 100 gramms, some eat up to 250 gramms a day.

No, hairdriers are not hot enough and you can´t adjust the temperature.
A hairdrier is about 60° celsius, my heat gun between 200° and 300° celsius.
A flame is kind of heatgun, but not a normal hairdrier.

Even if eating much fat would not be that cruel for your wheight, too much can cause damages at the stomach, bowel, bloodstream, heart or liver.
Some die, because of too much fat.
The wheight is not everything, much more important is the health, digestion and the mood.
Some have a wheight about 200 pounds, but look much better than a guy with 160 pounds and the same size. Too much pig meat or fat can cause extreme ugly fat and skin. Even if you lost 30 pounds with a much fat, but no carbs diet, when you eat too much sausages or meat, you might look much worse than before.

Dude, i admit your posts in the beginning were making my head go blocked.. but now i am finding only pure fun in them .. Keep it up, it's funny shit , if not anything else... It still can baffle me that people worry about fat content and calorie intake. Just eat proper portions and eat at mealtime I say. I have one sibling that's as wide as she is tall (her only health problem is she's FAT) eating from the time she wakes to when she goes to sleep, But for some reason she believes it's normal to always have something to eat or drink within reach and she will tell you that "Normal people" eat out at restaurants twice a day, 3 times on Sunday.

Now thanks to @Caligula I want a giant triple bacon cheese burger. :tup:

When you eat normal portions, you don´t need to decrease the fat and calorie content.
A lot of people, including me, like eating tasty food and have problems to eat one portion instead of two.
For those people, the joghurt or pudding trick could be real help.

I still eat, what i like, and often eat 2 instead of one portion, but only meals with low or decreased calorie content and easy for the digestion.

When i would eat everyday 2 portions of fish sticks light ( 2 x 10 stick and vegetables ) i would still have a normal digestion, wheight and figure.
Low fat, low carbs and easy for the digestion, but as tasty as normal fast food.

When i would eat every day 2 portions of sausages ( 2 x 300 gramm with vegetables ) i would become as fat and ugly as some years ago.
My heart, blood and liver could get damaged, because of the overdose of pig fat,
everyday,

When you want to eat more tasty food as normal, you got to avoid some things like much chocolate, mealproducts or food without vegetables, salad or fruits.

When my digestion is slow, and my body is full of useless food, that should have left my body yesterday, i feel depressed, tired and weak. Also i heard a slow digestion can cause skinproblems, spots and more.

When i eat a salad with corn, if necessary with a bit of tuna or something, at breakfast or as the last meal of the day, without anything, my digestion becomes much faster and better. ( not every day )

I think, there were 3 things that made me fat for years.

1. A slow digestion, caused by too much chocolate or mealproducts.
2. Meat ( seems to make fat and ugly, even if it has low fat or calories ).
3. Not enough salad, vegetables or fruits at the meals ( slow digestion, too much meat or bread )

Hormonal disbalances can make anyone fat or swelled in a week. U can even grow boobs for that long . (if u r a male)

Something is wrong with meat, especially today.

It´s not only getting fat, it is special kind of fat.
Even marky mark said, when you eat too much chicken, without sport, you become a woman.

I was avoiding pig for years and became nearly slim, everything was alright.
Than i was frustrated, and started to think, it is nonsense, the eat no pig stuff.

I went to a grill and got some of their gyros ( ca. 400 gramm ). In 4 weeks, i was there nearly 10 times, but no pound more.

One day later i looked and saw my stomach, it was that ugly and weak, like never before.

A thin film of fat was on my stomach, looked like hardcore cellulite.
After some weaks it was away.

I thought this fat is nearly pure pig, thats why it is that weak and ugly.
The people, with much cellulite seem, like their fat has a high pig content.
When you gain some weight, because of a big meal, when it has a high pig content, you might have real pig meat on your skin. Extra ugly.

Maybe eating meat is kind of cannibalism light.
Since i stopped eating meat, my body and skin feels more hard and young, not weak and old. When i eat more meat again, the problem comes and goes again between some days.
