I'm just not familiar with international shipping at all. I've gotta think you guys would spend as much on the shipping as you would the gong wouldn't you?
Yep, usually end up paying a bit for shipping, but it is a cross I am willing to bear to get well made/hand made products from the US and Canada. I usually try and order a few things to offset the shipping costs ;)

Grr... that Black and Red one is gone. Although the Blue one on the far right is beautiful. If it's not spoken for, go ahead and send me a PM and I'll take it off your hands.

I'm assuming that one drops the screen in from the clear side? I only ask because with the stock stem, I found it easier to load the screen from the mouth end and push it forward.. this will be the opposite procedure, correct?

Also.. Is this the final sale that you were waiting for before procuring some 18mm GonGs? *wink wink, nudge nudge*

Yes the blue one loads the screen from the bottom. They load easily. I test fit a screen in all of them before I call them good to go.

..... And yes this is the sale that will allow me to procure everything I need to have 18's ready by the end of next week.

Pm coming your way @nihil

I am located in the state of Michigan here in the US. Check online for a shipping quote from me to you. If it's a figure you're good with we'll look into getting it done. I'm not completely opposed to international shipping.

Probably... The only thing keeping me from being able to make them is having a stock one to compare dimensions so I can order the correct tubing. I wouldn't be able to do the air gap lines like the pvhes stems as I haven't yet purchased a wet saw. I also wouldn't be able to do the glass screens yet as my skills just aren't there yet. I would be able to do like the nano style pinch or maybe like ice pinch style. Let me know if those styles would work for you guys.
Adjust-a-bowl Solo stems seem interesting and probably pretty easy for you to do, no? The only "catch" would be the airflow thing with the Solo, some people didn't like how open the airflow was with their Solo and the Turbo stem (the one with just the lip to catch a screen). I'd like an adjust-a-bowl stem, would be easy to have bigger or smaller loads by just pushing the screen around.

FWIW I'm fairly certain the outer diameter of the Solo stems are 1/2 inch. I can't find any calipers but remember seeing some pic posts measuring the OD of the stem at the "business end." Lining up my stems with a ruler it's just just barely over 1/2", like .51 inches. If you need a stem I think I have a broken bent stem (broken at the mouthpiece end anyways) that I wouldn't mind washing and sending you.

I've used my thick wall glass Nano stem in my solo:

Because of the thick walls and thinner bowl, draw resistance was comparable to stock stem, but I have the pinch stem. Flavor was amazing, the material sits farther from the heater so there was less conduction.

Does it fit snug or a little loose? Thanks!

I actually think I've got a piece of heavy wall tubing that is the same o.d. as the solo stems but the same I.d. As a nano stem. Might just work out perfect and be super beefy at the same time.
You might want to consider that for use with the Solo, conduction is the main ingredient, and the extra thickness may inhibit that to some extent. I do love the idea of extra thick glass, especially for the Nano stems!!!

Mine is Out for Delivery already.

Awesome @Tweak!!

Hopefully mine won't be too far behind. Just placed my order for a set with 18mm! Slight delay because of the 18, but just had to be first on the list. I mean... how cool is worked glass for my precious nano?!?!? And, custom made by a fellow FC'er? At these prices?

C'mon, brother! Life doesn't get much better than this!

I can't decide if my next log will be a HI because of the voltage keeper, or an e-nano because of these.
Can't go wrong either way, FC rocks keep up the great work!

Why not both, :brow:.

How big is the difference of the Heat port in the nano vs the HI?

On the Toasty-top website they state:

"The HI can be used with two different roasting tube styles. It will accept 5/16" diameter stainless steel roasting tubes inside the center tube as with traditional direct draw convective vaporizers. It will also accept 3/8" inside diameter high temperature medical grade silicone roasting tubes on the outside of the center tube. 10mm glass or wood roasting tubes can also be used."

I thought the Nano uses 10mm too?
