Yep, those look like the right ones. If you look closely, the second link has the batteries already inside the plastic caseI feel so fortunate to have had such good experiances int he MJ world online, in dispensaries, on the phone everyone has been very kind to me. Thanks for the safey tip im assuming the MFLB comes with caps for its batters I would just need extras for whatever I buy? Will using the higher 2400 cause change the heating or do they just give a longer life to the battery?
As for the second question, I believe the HSD's will run hotter than LSD's but sacrifice usable time length. At least that was my experience with using the HSD Powerex 2700's, they ran hotter than the (old) stock batteries but died quickly. MF includes custom cells now with their kits, a mix between both which provides nice power and a longer life than the Powerex 2700's. @OF is a battery expert so he knows more about this than I do.
No worries about the battery case if you're interested, I've been blessed with a lot of help from other FC'ers, both with advice and with actual stuff. Least I can do is pass it along

. Ahh I didn't see the case I saw one came with the charger though buying the charger separate seems to cost more. I will have to check if the MFLB standard charger can do those or if I can skip on that and get more batteries instead. I think the LSD's would fit be better lower temp and longer shelf life. Overall buying the pieces separate is cheaper (except for that darn grinder costs a ton!) but im still searching for a good kit price just in case. I think a celtic tree MFLB is in my near future

Is there an advantage to seeing them or is it preference? It takes me about 4 hits to evens tart to see a color change when using my solo so visual isn't key for me.

I get approximately the same results when comparing my finishing grinder with my standard upside down 2-piece grinder.
I actually got an even finer grind with the cheap "quarters in a pill bottle" trick when I took some time to do it properly, but since I got my finishing grinder I don't bother anymore.
As for the price, it is regularly on sale on massdrop (got mine from there for around $28 shipped to Europe).
Edit: found this link previously posted in this thread to add comparison with the pill bottle trick. I used to go even finer than that, but I'm not sure it was really that useful.

Oh wow that a much better compare than I found! I have another freebie grinder at home I will try but I think I will need to invest in the finisher. I will keep my eyes on massdrop my upside down grind isn't as fine as whats suggested. I do have a few mortars and pestles though if im at home and in a pinch.

Lol yeah I was multi window surfing while I had some quiet. I just checked it out and wow that does a shockingly good job! So its really just your course grind + pill bottle +plus clean coin? One of the dispensaries I went to dispenses in old fashioned pill bottles (instead of shaped ones like target) so I have several. Im pretty handy and know a metals guy who does customs for my dads handy man stuff so I kind of wonder if I could make one like the MF finisher.

Yes, I generally put a couple coins cleaned with some ISO since I use wider containers (I don't have access to pill bottle).
IIRC someone suggested using glass beads instead of coins if you want to use something cleaner than coins, but I'm myself not sure if I could shake the whole thing without damaging the beads and ending with tiny pieces of glass in my grind.
I guess the same thing goes with tiny particles from the coins, but I would personally fear more with the risk of breaking the glass beads while shaking (not sure if it really is that much of a risk, just a personal opinion).

So since you guys are discussing the FG and the "shake your shit" trick as my brother has called it, I've recently been using the FG into a pill bottle and then using two nickels inside, turns it into an almost kief powder. Is it necessary? No, but it vapes extremely even and i can get very dark but still keep it all the same color.

I must say nothing compares to the finishing grinder. I have two walnut and maple and i dont regret it. When i go to the movies i dont have to grind i can just put in a few lil nugs crush and ready to vape. I use my mflb+finishing grinder DAILY!! I use it to crush my herbs for any of my vapes and it increases vapor production IMHO. Ima buy the cherry mflb and cherry grinder because i feel the mflb is the best vape i have point blank. Easy to use and clean all the amazing accessories and customers service is awesome. I was given a FG for free from MF who does that?? I love this company i only wish there was a Blackwood MF :'( i can dream. If magic flight had access to eds woods and made the in exotic woods this company would be king. Anyways just wanted to give my opinion for all those on the fence plus the FG has warranty so can't beat it. Vape on brothers!!!!!

A single glass sphere should be pretty tough. Prolly take an expert with proven track record breaking glass, say Nigel or Ataxian?
I kind of like the sphere idea, it's like ball mills commonly used in industry at one level, but I wonder if you don't get better results, small but more or less intact pieces rather than mashed up? Work it too much and the trichomes take a serious beating and I think are more easily lost? I'd think the ideal shape would be tiny spheres of herb so it would flow freely and heat evenly, but as intact as possible?
One quick, even pass, through the grinder seems to have an advantage here?

OB topic: from pictures since I don't own one, the FG seems to produce a result just as fine or finer than the pill bottle. I agree, the trichomes probably do take a beating. If there's any potency lost, however, I've not been able to tell. The bottle itself doesn't seem any more coated with dust than the ones that hold stuff that I've put through my 4-piece only. Besides, I rinse out those bottles with ISO and pour it into my reclaim dish.
