My favorite delivery method is still Vitolo's one-time experiment. Face over Herbie bowl, temp up, fan-on. Reminds me of "turbo charging" a joint long, long, long ago..

Almost there...
A friend came over last night for a visit and a session with Herbie.
He is a heavy smoker and loves big clouds...
So i decided to change his way of thinking about vapor!

Set Herbie to 190, loaded some freshly ground Island Honey in the bowl and placed on Herbie.
I attached the GonG on the end of the whip to a small bubbler and let him mhave at it.
Very nice light blue vapor and very tasty!
When he exhaled he looked at me and said "That's it?"
Then a few seconds later he was all glazed over and amazed!

Of course we had to crank it up to full temp to satisfy his need for cloudage!

I think i have him thinking about heat and effects now, so hopefully he will understand that huge clouds are not required in order to get totally medicated!

Herbie wins again!

I used Herbie last night with my 18mm VXL HT instead of the 14mm WT from VaporBlunt and the difference was huge! The wide open air flow made for a great hit and the half full bowl was spent in three hits, mostly on the first one which was a massive hit. Only Herbie and the Cloud can keep up with a full throttle hit like this, and they go about doing it in such different ways!

Also, I sent an email to support about the bags leaking a little and got this response for all to enjoy:

Hi Stickstones, Josh here. You are correct sir, them balloon don't fit as snugly as designed and 'some' leak just a bit when sitting flat on a table. Both of these issues are being corrected, and you'll see both issues resolved in May. The details are that, the silicone expands when it is released from the manufacturing mold, and the bowl lid outlet shrinks just a bit, and combined they cause a less than optimal seal. Now that these expansion rates are understood the tooling is getting modified by a few thousands of an inch to resolve it! With regard to a bit of leakage when the balloon is filled on and sitting on a table, this happens to perhaps 20% of balloons and the amount of leakage is small. Nonetheless we all want it to be an air-tight valve and it shall be.. design mods are in place for that too! I hope this response satisfactorily answers your questions, and thank you for bringing a design deficiency to our attention.

By the way, the software glitch that people have been talking about is also fixed now. We would not have found it without all the feedback from FC!

Any advice on how to clean the whip? I assume swishing it around in ISO and rinsing thoroughly?

Also, what about the bowl? Specifically, the "nozzle"

I am even more excited today then yesterday as the arrival of Herbie draws near. I am not leaving or moving from the door on Tuesday. I will be like a vaping :ninja: after getting it from the delivery man. :tup:

Also I'm super excited about getting to see my messages that were chosen from the mystery vape message contest. As I'm vaping while wearing my Herbalizer® Don't get caught with your whip out T-shirt, & grinding my meds up In my SCS shredder.:dog:
A side note: Thank you Josh for the mystery vape contest. The shredder is awesome. I couldn't imagine ever using anything else. Now I get to use it with my Herbie. I'm so happy.

I use ISO in the whip and kind of massage it up and down the whip to loosen any deposits.
It is then rinsed under hot and soapy water, comes out nice and clean with no odors.

The bowl also gets an ISO wash and the nozzly gets cleaned with an ISO moistened q-tip.
Quick and easy maintenance for Herbie!!

If you really want to shock them use some green tea or yerba mate mixed with your cannabis. The green tea acomplishes the same thing clouds do as far as a faster onset of the effects but its more effective and less stressful to the body as clouds are. Caffiene boils at 356f.

If you have quality tea make sure you start low in temps then go high because if you start too high you will get clouds which means less absorption and it may be too uplifting causing problems.

You also want to inhale slow and steady with the whip for at least 10 seconds so less clouds will develop and you get deep inhales for maximum absorption. Make sure you grind everything and load the bowl so everything is evenly distributed. Keep reloading the bowl for a 20-30 minute session and watch where you will be. OUTER SPACE is waiting for you. Just keep some fruit juice nearby so paranoia won't set in. And load the bow just enough to cover the screen so clouds won't develop. Have fun space cadet.

There is no need to burn the Herbie in at all.
If you want to just turn Herbie on, choose Vapor Therapy and turn the temp to max.
Once reached turn the fan assist on for a few seconds and you are good to go!

Like i said, no need to do a burn in.
I just tested mine out and when the unit is heating you do get that hairdyer smell.
Most likely the heat vaporizing particles directly about the bowl.
