My confusing post my be related to these 2 posts. I ordered a Omicron Ti, which is supposed to come with the KISS cart, however I received what is in the picture. I have been using the cartridge that is in the picture not a KISS cart. Truth be told I thought nothing off it until now as I look over my invoice and sure enough I ordered a Omicron Ti..... I suppose I will be sending an email to the folks at w9tech in the morning to get this sorted, shit happens hahaha. I guess the Omicron with the standard cart worked pretty well for me not to notice that I was supposed to receive the KISS :spliff:

Hey guys, I am close to ordering either an O-phos or Omicron mini with a Ti KISS cart and have a couple questions

How is the efficiency compared to a Ti nail?
How much difference would the battery life be between the two pens?
And finally, if I got the mini, would I be able to buy the longer tube at a later date to make it the size of a normal omicron?

  • Not as efficient as a nail... but these are two different animals with two different purposes. That's not an apples to apples comparison.
  • No idea, however the Omicron Mini will be smaller, and so Id expect battery to not last as long.

you can upgrade to the 14500 battery which is not as tall as the regular 14650 but imo its more powerful.
Efficient use would be to use a reg cartridge on the unit.

I submitted a ticket, thanks for the fast response here on the forums. Unfortunately I accidentally submitted 2 messages too many. I think my phone/ FF mobile freaked out a bit. Sorry.

Other than that, this 2.4 essential oil cartridge is clog free again and performing like a champ. Perfect as a means of instantly getting relief when dealing with pain as well being a fast to use sleep aid.

Just opened up my new omicron mini, and it looks awesome! I am just checking it out now and it feels like it's built like a tank. So much nicer than my friends g pen micro. Only thing is I wish it came with an instruction manual, I figured it out by myself and used youtube to double check, but it would have been easier to just have a diagram about assembly and charging, since the HVD version needs spacers for the battery to charge.

Yes. Goes on the coil/wick. You want to saturate the wick by gently heating the coils after you place some concentrate on top. Then load more concentrate on top of that once the ceramic has been fully saturated.

Try to keep oil on the coils to prevent them from overheating. Also be mindful not to OVERLOAD the cart. Id say one large sized dab at a time once the wick is saturated.

Awesome I will try that. Is it okay if some gets on the side of the ceramic?

Its going to happen. When too much starts to pool under the wick I hold the unit sideways (like holding a joint) while making sure the wick is in a vertical position (up and down). This allows the heated oil to run to one side and collect onto the wick so it can be used.

You may also want to invest in something like this, as it helps loading the less stable oils:

...or you can get fancy, expensive Teflon coated tools like I have.

In the meantime you can use a toothpick or what not to move the excess oil onto the wick if need be.

How tall is it with the kiss cart? And could you post a vid?

Try holding the button down for 2 seconds or so before inhaling. Make sure its loaded properly first though.

What I did was to hit the power with the mouthpiece off so I could see how the oil reacted when heated. It helped fine tune my technique and im sure everyones concentrate is going to act somewhat differently.

I also find that periodically adjusting the angle im holding the unit at as well as rotating the unit helps.
