E-Nano from Epickai

It seems people are kind of rediscovering the toss-a-nug method.

What is funny is that one of the first nano videos to show the new product has Andy endorsing this method as the one he uses with the Nano, what goes around comes around.
I say this because, although i had already tried that method, it was that video that made me try it again and i also rediscovered it.

Ive always used this method. Flavor city (copyright @ataxian) for the first hit then you break into the dried nug with the Epick and its vapor city.

I agree The epik is the key to hot GONG's, I stumbled upon its designed use thanks to some fc members posting pics. Thank you!!!
I also use 2 layers of silicone, one over the other to make it retain heat even better, I havent burned my self since, and you would have to leave it on the hot element for a while for it to get hot enough to burn the fingers.

On a side Note I have been testing out different draw speeds and different temps, and came across a nnew method for me with the nano
I like high temps vaping, so I crank the nano to 8 ish and hit it with a medium to slow draw and get huge hits and perfectly browned abv that only has 1 more hit left.
This time around I set the nano to 9 ( I can blacken herb with 9) and inhaled really hard, hard enough were it looked as if my piece was not filling up with vapor like my usual dense cloudy hits. Well to my surprise,I got an even bigger hit with a cough induced cloud, and The abv looks green still Iam like whaaaaattttt!!!!!! I do have a GONG with a screen that can be adjusted to your liking, mine is as far as it goes till it stops!!!!!

So had my nano a few days now and this is how im falling the nano

It hits sooo hard and I'm finding a stronger draw to produced bigger hits.
Big flavor for fest few draw s before i tern it up.
Still in shock at how small it is.
I no i said its hits v/hard but need to add that this is a vapor bong beast.
Instant vapor when you have a hot stem.
Still only a few seconds tho if starting with a cold stem.
a BIG plus for me and my unit don't think they are all like this? But i can not combust i can get all most black abv but with a lite i can see its still brown and i have tryed to combust a lot bin using 10 the most with difrent draws.

I wold like the temp controller on the vape or maybe at the plug.
The temp controller could do with not moving so freely if it was stiffer or clicked in at points it would
eliminate the chance of moving by accident.
I personley would prefer to have a removable cored.
Would also like to have no lite or the lite be on the inside.
The one thing the bugs me the most is that the gong gets fucking hot and has no handle or nobs like my solo gong i really think it would help a lot

I just read your post , & I cant agree more , by using a stronger draw.
I just found this out and am loving it!!!!
I like the knob idea as well, i posted a temporary bowl I was using when my OG gong broke and I was waiting on a replacement, it had glass nubs or like clear marbles around it.

Couldn't of said it better, bad as tool the EPIK, I used it as a grinder in a pinch the other day, cheese grater style lol.

I do have a carb on my bong but i like to refill fast!

Loveing mixing it up and fucking about trying nee things with my nani got to Bud chunks in my stem ATM flavor and clouds

MY gong is the screened version but I think theres a little lip inside where the screen finally stops and settles

yes as long as theres enough of a gap, like you stated 1mm or so, I get great results, if i use the screen further down and theres more of a gap I can compensate by upping the temp.
In this case its 1mm away or so and I can hit it as hard as I can and I et huge hits with little to no browning on the first hit set at 9.

Agree. I think I prefer the Nano with water and the Solo for dry path. Maybe I just need more practice with the dry stem on the Nano? But its sooooooo easy to milk huge clouds in my matrix bubbler!

Cool, yeah try that it might help a bit, and the epik to grab the gong works well.
Its always good to have a back up, but with the nano i felt its so well built and built tough i dont see any issues arising anytime soon.

I already had my clumsy buddy break a gong a while back, dropped my nano once
The walnut wood I choose because of its hardness and I am glad to say it was a good choice since I have not one dent, the bottom black plate suffered a minor gouge, but the wood and internals look and work just as good as day 1!!!!!

Now I just need a nano in every room hahahahaha!!!!!!!!

Just stocked up on stems and gongs from Andy.
I have asthma and I prefer a dry path and will even use my water tool dry most of the time.
Dry vapor just works with my lungs better.
Almost 10 months with the Nano and I am still in love!

I don't know if this is anything to do with asthma but I personally get blocked sinuses (most of the time) about an hour or so into my session. It's quite annoying because I really like to taste the flavour but I usually can't taste much past a few bowls! Can I ask if you experience anything similar? Or does this sounds familiar to any non-asthmatics here?

I'm debating whether or not to get a water tool because I'v heard that might help but I'm trying to work out the cause of the problem first.

Some vaporizers cause me to cough up a lung!

I chase flavor however effect is important as well.

The NANO is "FAVOR COUNTRY"!

I like DRY a lot & WET is amazing!

Do both and see what you prefer?
We all have different needs.
As a medical device the NANO covers a lot of illnesses.

The cool factor is it works WET or DRY!

The patient decides the method of medication for his or her illness.

I like both however water path is my
favorite method!

I'm not actually coughing at all, I'm just getting blocked sinuses which destroys the taste. Taste is really important to me which is why I went for the Nano and also why I haven't bought a water tool yet. I'm considering getting a small bubbler called the d020 talked about on the cheap bubbler thread. It's supposed to be quite unrestrictive which is good because my asthma definitely effects the strength of my lungs.

Thanks for the reply Vape N Bake, I think it probably has to do with some sort of allergy or the size of my sinuses or something. I used to experience it when I smoked as well.

With the E-Nano, the patients that have tried it that are "official" asthma sufferers (diagnosed medically), have shown a preference for lower mid-range temperatures on The E-Nano, like 5 to 5.5
They also did not show preference for water tools, but rather for direct hits of shorter duration.
While my average Nano hit lasts 7-10 seconds the local patients with Asthma enjoyed 3 second hits.. repeated more often.

This is exactly how I use the Nano. I have upped the temperature in the last few months between 5.5 & 6.5.

Hi all! First post here. Current owner of mflb but just ordered a nano and I'm already watching for the mailman. So how long do people usually wait before it's shipped? I also have few questions since I'm a noob at this.

After packing the bowl how do you keep the flowers from falling back into the heating element?

Coming from mflb, what differences can I expect in terms of results and technique. One of the things that always bothered me about mflb was how controlled your draw had to be too get it just right. Didn't care for the constant coughing either. It was like a heat induced cough or something.
