L1 Lets Play-It-Forward for the New Year - Contest 5.

OK, one last contest. Play-It-Forward has caught on and a couple members have donated pieces to carry this forward once more.

This contest starts immediately and ends Jan 21st at 11:59PM PST.

One guess per member unless OK’ed by me via PM.

Its a trophy contest and a min 75 points are (increased 10 per contest from the original 35) - get busy, you have a while to increase...

OK the guess. Guess the amount of water that this rig fully and I mean FULLY holds. To the brim like its grunge off... Not in functional use. You can guess in either OZ or ML (liters), I don’t care because I can handle either. Engineers know both because science uses the correct metric even if the USA can’t.

This is a Carston Carlile rig. New to Me on New Years Eve and a nice user. But I put it away after a few its for safety


The item is free to the winners, just pay shipping. You can also play it forward if the member follows the same rules and is a member with enough trophy points...

OK same rules on winning as normal.
The rules to determine who is first or second or third are as follows.

1. If the contest item is to bid a number of some type i.e. weight, quantity etc.

a. First is the closest bid without going over the actual value

b. Second is the next closest bid without going over.

c. Third is the next closest bid (excluding first and second) to the actual value. It can be above for below the actual value.

Example:

Contest 1: guess the weight, which the actual value is 29 OZ.
Person A: guess 30
Person B: guess 28
Person C: guess 26
Person D: guess 27
Person E: guess 25

1st: person B, second person D, 3rd: person A (closer that C and E, but since it was over can’t win 1 or 2).
