It will be the entire unit (glass, jars, etc)

Hopefully I'll get the same email soon. I called the post office to have mine redelivered. Same situation. Notice left on 11-27.
Lol looks like they were late getting into the office that Wed. Was yours also at the same time? Roughly 10 am?

Just ordered mine... pretty psyched! I ordered priority mail and live in NYC, anybody know how long it'll probably take to come? They ship from LV right?

Ordered on Monday & tracking says it's being delivered here in SC today.

Got the shipping confirm today, but its still at the electronic shipping info received for status, so they have not yet brought it to USPS or it hasnt been picked up. I imagine this happens at the end of the day, but just wondering if this was the same with you guys too? im just praying somehow i get it saturday since its 2 day priority

So thanks to your guys advice and the fact there was free shipping on Monday decided to pull the trigger on one of these guys. Can't wait to try it out. But it's gonna be a Christmas present so have to wait till then. Also just a little nervous about reports of units dying after a month but hoping for the best.
Also @kluz I ordered on Monday and mines still saying that too.

Wish they would send replacements out as fast. They got my bad one back on Mon and nothing yet. Hope it goes out before the week end.

My unit was dead, sent in for replacement, replacement unit got shipped to wrong address, so Da Vinci sent another to the correct address without waiting for the other to get returned.
New unit is amazing so far...

No Off-Gassing
O-LED in good condition
Replacement Accessories!!!!!
Battery seem to be going strong
Only bad thing is that new Vape smell....

Yeah, mine came after the QC issues were addressed. No complaints. Looks and works beautifully.

The saga of my second failed Ascent continues; Failed Tue before Turkey Day after 38 wonderful days, shipped with RMA on Wed, DV received Mon 12/02, lip service through out the week "shipping backed up bla bla bla", Mon 12/09 DV tells me it shipped previous Fri and I should have it Wed the latest. Didn't arrive Wed, so I have to ask for a tracking #, only to find out USPS only shows electronic receipt on Fri and no package in transit. DV says will get it out ASAP but still nothing almost 24 hrs later. Order a new one by 1 pm PST and it ships the same day. I am now 16 days without my Ascent (10 at DV) and it has not shipped out yet.

Edit: USPS just updated, it is in Honolulu, another 24 hrs and it should be here.

From long experience watching USPS tracking, I would not read anything at all into what you see. I have had packages show up without ever leaving the original entry point. I had an order from Honolulu disappear and take three weeks to reach Lahaina. Tracking never budged. An order from San Francisco went to Tallhassee and stayed there according to tracking, but two weeks later it actually showed up in Lahaina. Sadly in that case, the seller had already shipped me a replacement through FedEx. Finally, to stay on topic, just recently tracking for my Ascent (coming from Las Vegas) showed up for a while as delivered in Russia.

Hey i also got the delivery on time of Ascent and there was no issue with charger or charging, and i'm sure that i'll def order it again but i hope i'll get the delivery on time in future too.
