It actually dries out your herb extra fast because the negative pressure squeezes out the moisture.
I've recently started a collaboration with VapeFiend in the UK and there's interest from other retailers as well so I hope to continue our expansion on the continent.
The new larger size and concentrate size won't tip easily of that I can assure you. As for the existing design I think that's a good suggestion so when it comes time to revamp the mold I'll look into modifications that will increase stability...appreciate the thought.
We have initiated the steel mold production. It took a VERY LONG TIME to get here but I just wasn't entirely happy with the design we first came up with, so I tweaked and tweaked little things like the cap size and thickness. We changed the side wall thickness as well and each change takes weeks because of prototype production etc. In any case we getting there. Trust me I wish the process had been a lot faster but I just can't let a product out the door that's not at least as good as the current version (and i think the new prods are even better)!

PPS: As for the above question regarding silicone gaskets. We've shifted to Buna-N (FDA food safe) because product was sticking to the silicone too much for my liking. The Buna-N provides a great seal, doesn't smell like latex and is less sticky the silicone.
PPPS: As for the concentrate sized version, it will have a glass "core" as well. That's how we'll differentiate from providers of the Platinum Silicone versions offered by some companies. I think that silicone is very cool stuff, but JyARz are about glass, in my view glass simply can't be beat for storage of anything you are going to put in your body.

This is personal for me...this is my heart and soul and financial future, it really is. So when I keep writing "Thank you..Thank you" I truly mean it. Partly it's that I have a lot on the line financially in all of this and partly it's just that it's profoundly satisfying to know that I've produced a product that people enjoy and find useful.
I still haven't finalized pricing on the new versions and the production schedule is still in flux so I'd hate to commit to a deadline that I can't meet. So for now, no that offer is just for the current size.

My non-true white JyARz has a cool transparency to it because it isn't light protected.
My cellphone picks up the logo but with my own eyes I can even see the slight outline of the bud shapes.
Maybe I should call them "Smokey JyARz"?

Yes. Steel molds are in production. Usually that process takes about 8 weeks but it can take longer. So we are looking at about 10 weeks to full production and availability. I'll keep this group posted as to our progress.
I think you all will be impressed with the quality and innovations we have in store.
I'm not happy with how long this has taken so the next time around (designing new products) I'll be focused on shortening the "turn time" ... simply too long this go 'round.

Both. One steel mold for each "bottle"/"cap" pair. These are steel molds into which the recycled milk jug plastic (recycled HDPE) is injected, creating the shell of the JyAR.
