Yup, see it. THanks for pointing me in the right direction. I'll wait for them to get in touch.

I just want to thank everyone (again) because I'm in touch with the Planetvape.ca people about distributing JyARz in Canada. Hopefully we'll work something out ... again, you all blow me away with your support. Humbled.

Great Scott!
Got my new green jyarz and love the color as well which is a bit surprising lol. I rarely like such bright colors but its good. Now I have one with latex and one with silicone and DEFINITELY prefer the silicone. How exactly do I get the replacement gasket for my old one I bought at Boston hempfest?

@Darkroom, why do you prefer one over the other? Is it just the smell or are there other advantages? TIA

I too want to know about exchanging gaskets.

Silicone is available? I thought the choices were latex or buna-n rubber.

Well when I was younger I had a mild latex allergy. Seems to have gone away, but I still avoid it when I can. That and silicone smells better.

The only time I have latex allergy issues is when my doctor slips on his latex glove for a prostate exam..LOL
Made me Lol

RE: latex vs silicone gaskets,

I'm glad the silicone ones smell less,
but I don't think I would care about replacing my older latex ones with silicone.
Over the time I've had my JyARz, the latex smell is 100% gone to me.

So I'm considering getting some of these Jyarz containers. I've been using the C-Vaults for quite some time now. They are great containers, but kind of big and bulky for my storage needs. OTOH, these Jyarz containers look very compact where I could actually store a couple of eighths in my Solo case. My questions are as follows:

1) how long can you keep herb fresh in these containers?
2) I don't like to pre grind, so I was wondering if I could stuff an eighth of bud in one if I really shoved it in good? I believe Caligula said it would only hold an eighth if it was pre ground. Unfortunately, if It can't hold an eighth of bud it's a deal breaker for me.

You have plenty of room for an eight. I shove in a 1/4 and if I wanted to shove more I could but not much. I think one of my strains was 1/3 and I got that in but no more room done. It was compacted. I have had no drying that I can tell and some of my strains have been in there a long time.

Thanks Dreamerr, it's good to hear you can pack at least an eighth in there and high marks for freshness of bud. Okay, I'm going to order a few of these!!

IiRC, Mr. Jyarz said something about releasing small silicone concentrate containers. The problem is, there are a couple manufacturers that make these now such as No Goo and Oil Slick. Does anyone know how the Jyarz concentrate containers would be different from the others? Perhaps better in some way?

It will be glass. So if you like your concentrates in glass then it will be for you. I happen to just like glass and with the protection it is great. He is still making the big and small one so who knows if there will be some kind of lining or not. I vote for not.

Any your very welcome chill

Oh, I see, they're going to be little glass containers held inside the silicone shell just like the flower containers except mini...

I think I'm going to get those bright green ones. Nostalgia I guess, I was a teenager in the 80s and actually had shirts that color LOL...

As for keeping grounded herbs for a long time, its all good. 1 month tested. The glass bites deep in the latex gasket, so its real tight.

Jyarz have been a great improvement on my vaping lifestyle. I use to use these kinder eggs caps before.

That's impressive, one month tested freshness with pre-grinded herb! No noticeable dry out effect? These days I use more concentrates than bud, but I always like to have a couple eighths of bud on hand even if I don't use it that often. So, if Jyarz can keep ground bud fresh for a month or so, that would meet my light use needs. Can't wait to get me some Jyarz!!!

I can say the taste is not affected and i didnt noticed potency differences when i reload my jyarz with the same batch of buds. So I guess potency stays intact too. But I dry my herb out of my cvault/glass jar with boveda 62% humipack before storing it in the jyarz.

These nuggets were stored for about 3 weeks. I dont remember exactly how dry i got it, but i can still crack the stem of the bottom nugget without snapping it in 2. I opened the container oftently too.

You wont be disapointed, im confident.

@Chill Dude the jyarz are legit. Just somewhat small. Don't expect to fit more then 1/8 of ground flower in there unless you compress it.

Yeah, I like the fact that they're small, I just wanted to make sure they're not too small. The C-vaults work well, but they're just too big a bulky for the amount of weed I typically keep on hand. I'm going to order some of these. Unlike the C Vaults, Seems like Jayrz are compact enough to store a couple eighths in my solo case no problem...

I keep 3 eighths in my Solo case. That way I can have sativa, indica, and a hybrid. In this case (pun intended) I only have 2 indis and a sativa tho. :)

Cool, my case is similar in size to yours, so the Jyarz should fit beautifully. Thanks for the pic....

No worries. Im sure if I wasnt baked when I plucked the foam inserts out, I could have made the layout more streamlined and functional. Basically I think I could have had it so that I could have had room for at least a half oz.

Hey JyARz,

I absolutely have been loving my JyARz, but would like to ask if it would be possible in the future (somewhere down the road), it was possible to redesign your molds to incorporate a slightly flat flanged bottom to prevent constantly tipping over with the slightest accidental bump of the table / work surface ?

Very minor request in future perfection of your product(s).

Now, where's those 'in the works' minis for our concentrates that your so near in production eh ? And, I'm looking forward to down the road LARGE ones for long storage too

I've found that if I turn them upside down, they stand better, the lid is more weighted, and doesn't flip easy. I just give the lid a good tap before opening it, to knock any loose herbs that might be in the lid back down.

Hey Jyarman, how about Europe? Plenty of webstores who could be jyared! :D
Yup, we right here waiting for you Mr @JyARz ! I think Tightvac is "owning" the market at the moment but there's definitely room for some competition and a glass lined container certainly looks appealing to us as well!
