Best online stores for glass?

I am familiar with ALT, but I was wondering about a few other sites so that I could compare prices? At the moment I am looking at Mobius, Roor, Sovereignty, Leisure, quality nice glass pipes. I have much much more research to do, but I am hoping for a few sites so I can browse and trust they have decent, fair prices.

Someone on another site suggested a place 'BM', not sure what that acronym stands for?

Thanks for your help anyone!

BM is BoroMarket, a forum for buying/selling glass pieces but it requires a paid subscription, as I understand. Here are a couple of other places that offer high end glass:

Another vote for kultureVA. They don't always have all the goodies in stock, but they're very reputable.

I know they're not stores but as usual I'd recommend checking out Colie Glass and JhanPixel who are both very hard to beat on price. Why go though a retailer when you can buy direct from the manufacturer?

http://www.ioffer.com/selling/jhanpixel

Both have threads here on FC, if you check them out I'd advise starting on the last page and working your way backwards.

http://fuckcombustion.com/threads/aeon-glass-by-jhanpixel.7673/page-19

Edit: I forgot to mention that JhanPixel offers a 10% discount on purchase over $100 and Colie Glass offer a 20% discount on all items but this offer ends October 31st.

I highly recommend Tobacco Leaf. TLeaf has a great selection on their site: http://www.tobaccoleafonline.com/ but it's not everything they have in stock. If you're looking for something particular feel free to contact them, as they may have it and will ship it out to you. If they don't have it and can obtain what you're looking for they will as well. They also have frequent discounts for their site so keep your eyes out.

TLeaf is an amazing store that go out of their way to help glass artists and help the glass community grow. Their staff is very knowledgeable and nice. If you ever are in Tallahassee FL you must check out their shop. They have a great gallery to showcase different artists and heady pieces. I've also heard that there is a glass blowing studio in the works so customers can watch our favorite medium be made. Plus TLeaf throws down some of the funniest parties (you don't want to miss it if you're anywhere near by). I think the first party they did there were 30 kegs of beer everyone went through, and an astronomical amount of hot dogs. It's hard to remember that day.

Couldn't help myself but here's a video of what their parties are like!!

Thanks again all.

NVS Glass was kind of annoying with no prices anywhere.

KultureVA was a nice enough site, but their pictures of the pieces were kind of silly imo. All pics for each product are taken from the extreme front, so you only see the stems. The mouth piece, percolators, and anything else are kind of hard to see.

I know, I am being picky, but when you don't know exactly what you want and you are browsing a ton, these are things that are truly annoying.

I will look at the other suggestions once I get home and have more time (like that's possible with a 2 year old and a 2 month old...)

Thanks again all!

Lets see... I have a list.
BM starter membership is $50 for life. Now I saved twice that on my first piece, since then I probably saved near $600 with the 5-6 pieces I bought. Moreover, you can buy direct from upcoming artists before they could be famous. Personally I wouldn't dismiss that option because of the cost.

TLeaf are great for internet orders. I have bought several nice pieces from them. You can get 15% on any non sale piece if you know the secret handshake. Google is your friend here. Not sure about the rules here because its from another forum.

Overall, you want a deal, friend or like these glass shop’s Facebook page. For example several are having 15% off Halloween sales with coupons posted at the moment. The DabLab is one...

Another option, buy artist direct. Collie glass is an excellent example. There are many others.

ALT rarely has sales, like twice a year. Black Friday is one I believe as is 4/20 & 7/10

Another thing you will find all glass shops have their local artists, so the best selection is there, but I see you are after common production pieces, so pricing pounding is easier. Especially on a piece like that, just wait for the typical 10-15% coupon.

I'll edit this when I get to my desktop for my list of shops, but in Portland I know areas where are 4-5 glass shops in as many blocks.

NVS does not list prices on the web, you must call them. Their selection for scientific is one of the highest, but they only have sales on big dates like 4/20, 7/10 etc. I live about 5 miles away.

Some stores don't have an internet shore. Piece of Mind which has 12-14 stores doesn't, but using the phone works there. What is good about that they buy for all stores together on pieces like that so the volume equals lower prices.

The best shop in Portland is Mellow Mood. I am afraid to go there. Their heady wall is awesome and the selection is large. However, no web store. Great prices and med users get 10% off i.e. you have your medical card (many stores here do with a OMMP card)

I do understand its hard to window shop without a web store.

so some of my favs in no order.

All my days in a daze...
http://www.brotherswithglass.com/ is one I've had good experience with.
Great value on some stuff.

Picked up an American blown Schott glass gridded upline (that purrs like a kitten) for $100
and an awesome little mini 9" bent neck beaker with some simple pink&green work (to please the wife :D ) which came with a 13 hole (inc open bottom) diffused downstem that so impressed me I shelved plans to buy an Alex K for it... it was around $55 I think.

That was one of my complaints as well...
