Awesome. Thanks for that!! I'm having to use a 3rd party shipping agent.
If your international and don't want to use a 3rd party shipper you can still get the Pinnacle water tool for $50 from:
http://www.ebay.com/itm/121166488789
He's an authorized vaporblunt dealer and will honor the $50 price if you make an offer of 50 he accepts it.
International shipping seems to be set at the rather pricey $30, I'm not sure what would be cheaper.

Yeah, I know the yoyokid1. My 3rd party shipping option is much cheaper, but thanks for the suggestion!

Can anyone tell me how well these work with a log vape? I'm using a MrtyleZap still. It does what I need it to. But looking to upgrade my cheap, rubber-gasket water pipe to some GoG. Right now I just shove the stem into the bowl. Lame, but functional.

Anyway, wondering how something like this will work with that setup? I have no other GoG parts/adapters/fittings. Can I make something simple work from stem to 14mm joint?

Thanks! For $50 I may just buy and figure it out later...

Wow $50 ordering now ... thanks for the heads up guys

Edit: didn't see anything in this thread about the coupon. If you purchase it through vaporblunt use the coupon code pnwt50 to get the tube for $50

is your 3rd party a friend of yours or can everyone use the service? the difference between 5 dollars to uk and 30 to the rest of europe is kind of huge.

Any log-vapers used this, or a similar HydroTube / WaterTool?
I'm assuming to get it to perc properly it has to be held mostly vertical..and generally log vapes aren't held that way due to herb spillage into the chamber. I have a screen over my heat port (like any good log vape should), but still, I don't like herb or essential oils in my chamber gumming tubes up.
Starting to think a perc'd bubbler may have been a better idea is all..hoping I'm proved wrong after I get it and get accustomed with it some.

I mean, it certainly works.
But as you alluded to, using it vertically presents some issues that aren't in other vapes.

I would personally find it a bit annoying if a HydroTube was my only glass with a log vape. It's a nice change of place but for a daily-driver, inverting a small log on a bubbler/bong is much simpler.

I think the biggest issue for me is clearing the chamber. I'll lift the hydrotube off and sometimes herbs in my bowl (which is still attached to the glass) falls out.
If you're using it regularly however, you should be able to find a method that works better for you.

I really like mine. I've used it w/ an ascent, xp and oil pen. To be effective I have to hold it really straight up and down. It's main feature is portability and semi stealth. It doesn't percolate much for me, but I like how it auto adjusts water level - convenient on the go. I can only tolerate so many pulls through it as it rips me up. It is really effective for vapes that require super slow sipping. It kinda forces that action. I've never gotten herbs in it, but it does like to grab onto adapters. I would want something more substantial for a desktop unit.

Yeah, it seems if I go back to 'light packing' the stem it will stay put. I'm using a smaller bowl (5/16?) than most the new[er] logs, so that may help in the matter.

Ahh well, it'll be a start on my 'glass' resume. :p

Thats how I like to vape, super slow let it flow. Great news.

There's definitely some techniques to getting a log vape stem to remain packed even with gravity.
-Stickier herbs ;)
-A brief but strong primer pull on the stem. Either connected to the log heater itself or not.
-Just keeping the stem attached to the log and only removing the glass. (This last part can be tricky depending how your stem is connecting to the GonG connection)

It's a small specialist shipping business, but they only ship from the States to one country in Asia.

I use my hydrotube with my underdog, I just mate it up to my silicone stem and hit it, and pull the hydrotube off once I am done with my hit (leaving my stem attached to the UD).. Herbs dont fall into the chamber or anything for me at all (I usually pack it into the stem). The hits are so smooth and satisfying.

Ordered 10/14/2013 (monday). Received a couple emails saying 'yeah, we took your money'. My order status has been listed as "Approved" since placing it. I haven't received any emails about shipment, back order, etc.
I expected UPS Ground from SoCal to n. NV to be 2-3 days.
Still haven't seen a package.
I emailed VaporBlunt friday afternoon (10/18/2013) PST inquiring about my order.

The lack of communication/email, even though money was taken from me is bothersome. I've been spoiled with tracking info for most my online orders I guess... And if its going UPS ground, it should have a tracking #...

Anyway, just wondering if anyone else has received their $50 WT this week? Or maybe they ran into supply issues? Still, I feel I should have received an email indicating this if it were the case. They did already take my $, they do sorta owe me something.

OK, maybe I'm just being too antsy about new glass.. But I still feel comms are lacking.

It being the weekend, they may not have staff around. I know it's tough when you are anxious for an order, but they are great with customers. I have seen it in the thread, and have experienced it myself just recently. I do know they are probably dealing with higher than usual volumes of email, due to folks requesting new mouthpieces for their Pinnacle Pros, so that might be slowing things down a bit as well...

I don't think you have to worry about losing your cash at all, but I understand the anxiety, especially when you are eager to get a new "toy" in the mail :)

Some companies provide first rate cust. svc./communication. That doesn't mean it's industry standard. They've acknowledged your order and I expect they've been swamped with people wanting this piece for $50, so I wouldn't worry about it. It's quite likely they've sold all their stock. And you forgot the 't' in antsy. ;)

Glad to hear you can get the herbs to stay in place every time.
Are you using a tool to pack the stem fairly tight? Using pretty sticky materials?

Also, do you never stir your bowl before finishing?

I know it's not too hard for me to get my herb to stay packed while using it vertically,
but as soon as I stir the load, the materials tend to be too dry to ever stay put again.

Just an update for all, I got a tracking confirmation email today 10/21/2013 @ 11am.

And I received this email in reply to my inquiry today 10/21/2013 @ 3:12pm.

The water tool sale is hard to keep up with, the units are being produced now and will ship out soon. You will receive a e mail confirmation when it ships. Thanks

For clarification; I am/was less worried about not getting a product (I expected to), than I was about simple communication on the fact that there was an actual 'back order' for the piece. Maybe that's 'not normal CS' for all companies, but that's a norm for me.

Thank you Vapor Blunt for getting the PNWT out!
Just hoping quality is the same (or maybe better; by what some have posted about their issues).

I'll be sure to share pics and thoughts once I get a chance to play with it some.
