Say what? I not comprehend.. Must be me.. Used mine it clouds, suck faster. Works good, need to refine the battery adapter. It's too easy to combust like my flash vape. That gets hot..

Ok, so you have a DIY portable power supply that keeps your box running
hot. :science: Great tinkering; I'm glad it works, but the magic flight logo batts are
plenty hot too. I would like to see some pics of your device.

do the concetrate trays actually come with the tweezers or do the tweezers have to be bought separately?

i didnt get any tweezers with mine

Neither did I. Although I tried several I had, I ended up going to either hemostats when hot or my fat fingers when cool. Conventional tweezers, I found, were not as easy to control or as useful as either of those. I dumped the tray more often than not with tweezers. OK, I may well be more clumsy than most?

FWIW I had much more trouble remembering not to shake after the hit......

Ok if I could find out how to insert a picture on this forum. I'm making my final good looking and Mflb pa like, with button push for heat to more accurately control temp.. My box seen so much use it has a poor earth ring connection, have to twiddle the AA batt to make good contact... Or no heat! So I'm adding, if I can, I'm adding a spring to the negative sides...

Edit.. I have a new box.. Cherry type wood.. It's too nice and new to use, I love that old box so much and have the snick mod.. Heavenly.. Also the glass tube with shrink wrap on outside.. Glass has not yet broken.. Will if dropped connected to box I think. But on its own its safe.. I've broken 6 until this wrap... So even when better performance vapes like minivap, and solo, I use this old box lots, it works sneakily well enough to put a grin on. Oh this big mod works well to reduce the known effect of self discharge of hi power nimh batts. It's ready, always.. Period. Charge once a week and know it good for 4 plus trenches 6days later.. Great for those who may be forgetful to charge when... One must charge an ebike, iPhone, iPad, iPod, minivap, work light, power drill, and a box... When its used in bed and I pass out. Oh I did fill her last night, she went through one week. One day I will use it as only vape for that day.. Using a watt meter to see how long it will power for on this dead short circuit of a vape! Like I do on my electric bike prototyping.

The Mflb is a must carry along with my modded VG for that fast nicotine smack down and tobacco flavour. Must carry even if one has a minivap with a battery life of 5-7 hours.. The box is king of simple, stealth and good enough happiness. Those words on the back should be how we all should live. So, box on.. Happy micro hitting. Or happy slow ripping. Oh they are so smooth with water tools. Melting now. Goodnight... Y'all rest well

Hi,

It has been a little while since I have a chance to post regarding some of our more recent activities. In addition to developing new products (which always takes longer than we think to get right), we have also been focusing more on artistry:

As an extension of our continuing interest in the development of the Launch Box as a vehicle for artistic expression, we have become very interested in understanding the implications of certain spirals and related mathematics. For example, the right spiral form can ease the transition between differing curves. Who amongst us doesn't appreciate a more graceful transition, in art and in life? As part of this exploration, the Spiral Vine Launch Box depicts organic vine art traversing a rhythmic spiral pattern.

This and other art specific launch boxes can be seen as we make them on our sales website under the "Art-Cart" section. Check it out and let us know what you think!

Vapirtoo, here is my small unit, I'm rebuilding my tethered batt one to the final ver. I was sick today, stayed home.. Woke and baked... A vapor genie tobacco bowl or three tasty Dutch drum... Then out with the box, one trench... Shake and suck micro style.. I ripped that trench in three. Wispy vapor ring, a smile and now I wake to my minivap... Back to mod. The battery here is the 9amp one, just like the Mflb one just drank too much beer and was in need of an adapter.... Oh guys clean that negative ring, makes any battery shine. Sometimes I take a thin blade knife to the ring to scrape it... Resin does get there

JPB, Thanks for the pics. Looks like alot of thought and manufacturing has gone into your mod.
The whole gadget looks very portable. Maybe there is a future for you over at Magic flight HQ.
I have to go back and reread your construction post as I'm now tempted to copy it. :science:
I'm surprised that Hippie Dickie hasn't chimed in on this mod. He is a real
electronics wiz.

Guys like JPB are why this forum is so special. If you're tinkering this much with the MFLB, I can't wait to see what you can come up with for other vapes. Keep it up, bro!

I'll put my reputation here and IRL on the line for Magic Flight. I RARELY speak so highly of a company, so that should tell you something.

Disclosure: I got stuff from the to beta test and for free. That in no way affects what I said above. I've had nothing but the most painless experiences with MF, despite being a bit of a klutz with my previous two Boxes. Check spam, if worst comes to worst give them a ring in the morning (they run on PST).

Yo it's easy, just get a tube, same diameter as the AA batt.. Use copper is best. Then in that insert small hose or just use shrink wrap insulation to fill the hole, just don't forget the heavy gauge centre wire... That should be stripped one inch and have 1/4 inch insulation from top of dummy battery, the nipple side. This allows alligator clip to attach for charging. On the negative end of your battery solder the negative wire. On the nimh battery cell, the negative end solder the wire with a long upside down L shape. Then you can alligator that.. Get a good charger from your hobby shop. Multi battery type... They can recharge deep discharge batts inc lithium. Now solder plus wire to plus of your cell. Then form a nipple from your stripped wire, the bit we stick into :mflb: done.. Use tabbed battery cells, they can solder to tabs.. Normal battery needs spot weld... Won't solder.. Those with tabs have tabs spot welded! Ok use 9ah types for max duration. Cell quality determines the stamina... Use best cell types. Have fun.. I'll post pics up of my final ver. With assembly sequence it's easier to see.. Now I take minivap to the shower, long tube... And my box is loaded ready to go to bed with me, yup I sleep with her... Good night happy vapes

Oh give me a week to get my final ver together, I have an idea to help really pulse power... Giving us best heat control...

This Art-Cart idea is a great one- lol I almost bought one of them right then and there. I just wanted to suggest a seedof life/ flower of life over the trench (since it is circular and all).

Actually, on second thought, don't do that... I would be compelled to buy one for my best friend :D:D:D
