Yes... the wooden stems add subtle variations to flavor and the feel on the lips. Each has a special essence .. and each has it's feel.

PV got back to me and confirmed they are due to get in the concentrate trays apparently they are low on stock on alot of MFLB goodies but once they restock they should have it available.

i ordered from mf to germany and i'm not sure about the customs regulations in uk. my first delivery included the PA, the micro grinder, a herbal blend, and the essential book of wisdom(very entertaining while medicating with friends, by the way ) it took around 3 weeks and got stuck at customs. i paid 20% import tax on the whole lot including the shipping. cost me around 20 euro. before that i had ordered the vapolution in the past and the gn0me last fall, without any contact with the customs. my replacement box with the pa 2.0 also came throught without me being bothered by the customs, the package took about two weeks. so i guess, you can get lucky and your package slips through without additional costs.
for the glyph batteries and further accessoires i know a good shop in germany, they do ship to the rest of europe, too. the owner told me, they will get the pa 2.0 for the christmas season or a little sooner.

Has anyone from the UK/Europe ordered from the MFLB store before? Just wondering did you have any customs issues/charges? How long did the package take? I plan on ordering the new PA, concentrate tray, WP Whip and new batteries but thought I would check here first

In comparison to the Infamous, it's got 18mm on the mouthpiece and comes with a 18-14 reducer instead of a glass whip adapter. I wonder if the glass is thicker for the money?

I also wonder if this is perhaps offered in conjunction with Vapor Bros? They do sell VB herbal blends…

Appropriate indeed! I used its "Infamous" cousin for a while and was almost exclusively using the launch box through it. The LB tends to make me cough if I go for a lung buster, and this little bubbler takes care of that nicely.

The base on the MF model looks slicker, and the mouthpiece a little shorter along with its wider joint?


You know, it's too bad it doesn't have an MF logo on it somewhere. I'm normally not a big fan of logos on glass, but there's something special about Magic-Flight's.

Yesterday I pulled out my box after being frustrated with it a couple months ago. The light inside barely came on but it got warm so I hit it without a tube or anything. I could taste the herb but didnt have any visible vapors. Anybody experience this?

I can taste herb but see no vapor.
Charge batteries fully, and if not up to par replace them.
When you replace your mflb batteries things always improve.

If the light barely comes on, then it's most likely the batteries that need replacing. $10 gets you a pair of the new glyph batteries which are much improved over the old stock ones without the glyph on them. Tasting the herb is indicative that it IS heating up enough to vaporize some of the terpenes, but if that's as far as it goes and you're not getting visible vapor, I'm fairly certain it's the batteries. I can pull rips off mine that send me into a coughing spell if I want.

Another thing is the technique that I forgot to mention earlier. If you draw too fast, the incoming air will cool down the screen past the vaping temperatures. If you draw too slow, you can actually light the load on fire like I have a few times. This video is a very good guide for how to hit it right, it's how I learned!

Now I know this may sound like a funny question, but I get shit loads of vapor but my herb isn't turning brown lol I've been running the same trench for approximately 14 (10+ second) hits. My herbs are bone dry, and produce vapor but won't turn brown! I love to vape but I like my cookies more, too fast of draw maybe? But I get lungs full o vapor.

If it stays light brown, that could just be a characteristic of the bud. I know I've had some bud that turns black like used coffee grounds, and some doesn't get half as dark while still being vaped.

I find that the MFLB extracts all the goodies with no problem.
I always get way high when i use my MFLB ,higher than some of the other vapes i use.
JDSupreme shows the best how to for the MFLB in the video above.
One of the reasons i bought it as my 1st vape.

Maybe your herb is immortal . Slow your pull if you want to cook those herbs.
Are you using batts or a PA? With the PA you can crank it up a bit.
Most of us are crying about charring, and you are concerned about your abv
being green? Did it medicate you?

Mmm... the crystals you mentioned ARE what gets knocked off and turned into "kief." They're formally known as trichomes, the resin heads and stalks that shimmer in the light. If you grind up bud in a 4 piece grinder and shake it a bit, you'll see the trichome heads broke off and collected into dust/crystals/kief. Press kief, add a bit of heat, and you get hash. Anyways, my experience with vaping kief in the LB is that it turns darker faster than actual flower does. I've been lucky enough to get a few strains that were so good, the kief couldn't be vaped by itself on the trench, I actually had to press or scoop some into the unscreened concentrate tray because it was like 4/5 melt kief (it bubbled a bunch, cleardome bubbles and all!!).

Like I said, it can be a characteristic of the bud itself. I'm assuming since your friend found it 25 years ago, he's been growing it for that long? If he's good about it he should have flushed it prior to cutting... one strain that I came across that is notorious for this is the Pre98 Bubba Kush I get from my #2 spot. It refuses to turn dark to the point where it will combust before it gets dark like all the other stuff I vape. I wouldn't think too much about it if you're getting satisfactory effects from it.

Batteries... The bane of my box... Well not since I made my power supply eliminator..

Get..
1 d cell 9amp hour battery those with solder tabs, some thick sound system wire( power type), silicone tubes, two sizes in diameter.. The idea, build a dummy AA batt.. Some shrink wrap many sizes, diameter..

Do..

1. Cut tabs off, as close to batt...what's left will solder.. Just don't cook battery past hot to touch. Keep tabs!

2. Solder the wires red to plus black to minus.. Make wire length good enough to go comfy from jean pocket to your head plus 2foot. This lets you route wire up shirt through sleeve.

3. Get your silicone tube (small tube). Insert the other end of red wire so it exits with an inch or more.

4. Put this assembly into the bigger silicone tube..this makes the AA battery diameter( choose silicone to suit ok) could make it from wood...

5. The tabs go to the outside of tubes. Bend them over and form them to suit shape of the dummy AA ok.

6. Join both with fat wire on the none insert to Mflb side of dummy AA. Then use thin wire to wrap insert side together mechanically and electrically.

7. Solder black wire to non insert end of dummy.

8. Trim positive to size and tin with solder until it gets to positive button of AA battery size. Tin the batt tabs until tight fit is archived in Mflb battery hole. It will wear over time, just tin with more solder to restore.

That's it battery power hidden in your sleeve is the dummy join to Mflb and vape. If you get good you can one hand it; all so sneaky, rub your nose as u suck that box.. Hidden in your rolled fingers! Basically a dummy AA cell connected to a 9ah nimh battery.. Simple dependable power.. Use a plug then you can have many batteries.. Just put the condom on like you do on those AA batteries.. Or theft burn when they meet keys etc... Be careful, 9ah is lots of instant current, that light will... Glow..
