Finally! A company whose customer service is as good as they advertise! I had an awesome experience ordering from this site. After I placed an order it took a couple daqys to ship so I contacted the company via internet and had a very quick reply telling me I enetered my CC address incorrectly, I was actually glad to hear the payment didnt go through it shows me they take CC information and security and let me knowI was dealing with a company I could trust. KYle took great care of me and told me what I needed to do to tfix the problem I did it, they fixed the problem and my order shipped the next day. Now Im just anxiously awaiting the package in the mail.

so there was a cc problem and you didn't find out about it until you called them a couple of days later?

Alright so just got my Extreme Q today. After being worried about all the bad reviews, I have to say I'm very satisfied with my order. Everything came in a timely fashion (pretty much 7 days from pressing order to vaping which is alright for coast-to-coast) and was packaged nicely with everything included. Thanks VaporNation!

Hello everyone, finally a store that works prioritizing the customer, giving full attention with their live chat and rapid responses via email. Well I bought a Da Vince unfortunately after a few days of use had a manufacturing defect, then immediately got in touch with Vapornation being directed to send the unit to them that it would be replaced, and that's what happened as soon as Da Vince arrived in Vapornation very quickly received my tracking code with information about the route from my device. I'm in Brazil, I had no trouble making the payment and receive the unit, very satisfied with the store VaporNation and we vaporize!

I'm very disappointed. I'm very sad. I bought a LSV in the Vapornation website, it took around 20 days to arrive (I'm in Brazil).

I was very excited about trying this. It looked great. I searched for more than 3 times for any kind of information about the voltage, and I couldn't find any information, neither in the manual, or in any kind of label or print on the product. There is definately NO information about the voltage in the product at all, and there was no information to see or option to choose in the VaporNation site.

Then I assumed "IT MUST BE BIVOLT"... (because most of "international" products are..) AND I WAS WRONG! it was 110v, and I'm at 220v!

Plugged it on, used for 3 minutes and the HEATER FRIED. It doesn't work anymore. Neither the website where I bought it had any kind of information about the voltage (www.vapornation.com/life-saber-vaporizer.html - you can go there and try to checkout as a guest, there is no option or information about voltages, at all.), I couldn't even choose the type of power cord plug I wanted on it. NO VOLTAGE INFORMATION, AGAIN.

I spent $238.5 on the product plus $220 importation taxes, TOTAL OF $458.5 (Yes, Brazil taxes are VERY high, up to 150% of the product+shipping) . I have proof of payment of everything, includind the payment of the taxes. I'm afraid my country will charge me taxes again if I need to reship it. (I know how my country duty works, its crappy, I ALREADY DID IT with other product and they charged me again) ..

Trust me, $460 is not easy to get in America, then try to imagine in Brazil. It was very hard, and I'm very frustrated. Hope we can turn this out as soon as possible. Still awaiting answer, lucas.griep@hotmail.com

That was very irresponsible of them to ship it to you without any thought towards the voltage issue. I would say that if all that mistake costs them is a new LSV they've gotten off easily.

This could have been a real disaster! :o

I seem to remember someone buying a used LSV in the classifieds here from overseas and having this same problem. IIRC 7th floor replaced the wrong/dead unit with a proper one(even though it wasn't purchased from them). His ordeal is posted here in the LSV thread. I hope you can get it fixed/replaced.....Good Luck!

EDIT: After re-reading through that incident the unit that was replaced was new and purchased direct from 7th floor. sorry for any confusion...

Actually, "by the law", it is 67% import tax + 13% icms tax. By the way, as the postal officer just said me, they just scan it in the XRay and charges the taxes accordingly to the price they think it is fair, just looking at its appearance, because they "think a lot of values that are declared are fake, to avoid taxes" (words of the postal officer), then, they feel free to charge how much they want.

The things around here are very screwed up, maybe it changes from office to office, we don't know.. But please, let's not take the conversation to off topic. Let keep the focus..

Still waiting a position from @VaporNation ..

24 hours after the first attempt to contact VaporNation with no response, I contacted them again via their "Live chat".. and got some good news.
The guy who I talked with was very friendly and helpful.

The only sad thing is that probably I'll only see the vaporizer within 2 months.. (i'll need to ship mine to USA, then USA to me, again.. it usually takes 20~30 days from USA to BR..)

4 days have been gone and I still at the same point. Vapornation says 7th floor is gonna fix it for free, and 7th floor wants to charge me. I emailed both 2 days ago and still with no response. Getting tired of this.

Hoi -- long-time lurker, first time poster - I'm compelled to share my experiences with Vapor Nation.

I got into vaping this Spring when I finally quit smoking - and I won't ever go back - and chose Vapor Nation because I saw that it had some cred on a few boards. Their inventory was good, and their site is easily maneuvered. The service, however, blew me away.

1) I had a problem with some AtmosRx cartridges I ordered - it was an Atmos problem, not VN's fault - VN quickly responded to my appeal, and have sent replacements (and they took the time to verify my address).

2) Something I ordered is on back-order, and Kyle took the time to call me to let me know if I wanted to wait or get a refund - this is the behavior of an honorable merchant.

3) I placed a duplicate order by accident, and they canceled it within a day instead of forcing me to receive (hoping I'd keep it) and return it. The latter has happened to me before.

4) I have never had slow shipping and I've placed several orders by now.

5) Finally, I asked Kyle for some advice on the best products for vaping, and he gave accurate factual information about which one would suit my needs (I checked).

If you're new to this and want a company you can trust, I suggest checking out Vapor Nation. I was a total n00b, they've done good by me on multiple occasions, and their selection of products is excellent.

Two weeks and nothing. 7th floor and Vapornation keep saying different things, and doing nothing for me.
Vapornation said that 7th floor was going to replace my vaporizer at no cost, but then 7th floor has sent me a $79.99 bill to my paypal address saying its for "replacement costs."

I've paid this $79.99, but now they want me to send my vaporizer to them AND pay the shipping ($40).
$79.99 + $40 = $120.00.

BUT NOW I DONT HAVE MONEY TO SEND IT OUT. I have to choose between 1 week of food spents or ship my f**** vaporizer to them. AND I HAVE THE RISK TO PAY THE IMPORTATION TAXES AGAIN, WHEN IT COMES BACK.

I'M STUCK ON A HUGE SNOWBALL AND THE ONLY STRAINED IS ME!!!!!!!!!

WHAT I HAVE SPENT SO FAR?
Product: $189
Shipping: $49
Impotation taxes: $220
"Repair cost": $79.9
Re-Shipping: $40
TOTAL: $577.9



Why the hell can't they take this $79 that I've paid now and send me a new vaporizer (only the LSV itself with no glasses and the others stuff?)

It's cheaper to them to add an extra of ~$30 and send me this f**king vaporizer than pay a consultant to fix the voltage information on their website and on the 7th floor product that I gave'em............

Got my lsv shorty wpa, glow n dark ash cache, and hemp wick. The shorty is perfect! The ash cache is perfect to use with the shorty, sits right on top can bang out abv without fear of breaking! Haven't used the hemp wick yet. Was an error in shipping but Kyle cleared it up right away! Thanks VaporNation

7th floor and vapornation (both) sent me an email 15 days ago saying there was an sticker on the power cord saying "warning: 120 VAC 60Hz 25W" on it. But there wasn't that information at all. I answered both of them, sending a lot of pictures and only Vapornation replied me saying "we're going to send these pictures to 7th floor and we're going to reply you soon."
but I do still with no answer.

This is the sticker on the power cord, and there's no voltage information.

Well guys... I'm ecstatic. I recently obtained 3 pinnacle vaporizers from vapornation and I'm so impressed I'm humbled. But let's start at the beginning of my journey.
So I go to vapornation.com at like 3am and order 3 ascents and a few other items. This is my first online vape purchase, and my first purchase from vapornation and I'm thinking I'm going to give em a shot cuz the company is based California and I'm in Oakland. Right. Well Smarty me never read the part that said "available for pre-order only". Fortunately, by the time I'd woken up in the morning I've already got an email from the diligent folks at the nation saying they'd like to speak to me urgently about my order and including a direct number for Jordan. Of course I call 'em and Jordan explains the situation. I'm not prepared to wait till they get the ascent, so Jordan makes two recommendations: the Solo and the Pinnacle (in about the class of the one I originally tried to order). No pressure though, cuz I haven't been billed. Nice. I go now take my time and read up on the pinnacle (had already read up on the solo before I opted for the ascent, but the pinnacle not so much). Decided that the pinnacle was a great option for me (really on a mission to f#%* combustion).
Called back the guys at vapornation and got introduced to Kyle... Who is the reason that vapornation will now have me as a lifetime customer.

We talk through my new decision and I decide to include a hydrotube (which I get at a discounted price "just for the trouble"). He's got to call me back several times cuz my phone keeps cutting off and he has to verify my international card.... but he sticks on it to make sure all systems are go. We have this discussion at about 3:30 in the afternoon. My box of goodies arrives early the next morning. Even the free gifts are top quality and clearly I AM HIGHLY FAVORED because the vape is phenomenal but the hydro tube recommendation..... Well the hydrotube is freakin priceless.
Now remember I bought 3 pinnacles. Got 2 of them for friends. I'm leaving Oakland and decide that I've just got to get 2 more hydrotubes cuz now that I know how awesome it is, got to get this for my mates as well. Of course I don't make this decision until I'm pretty near getting on a plane to leave the west coast. I've got one night on the east coast and my final destination is the Caribbean. I still freaking order the tubes, overnight delivery to VA. Lol, it's 3pm west coast time. I email Kyle tell him I'm travelling and if I don't get it early am in VA I won't get it.
Of course because of the timing I won't get it in VA but Kyle lets me know that up front (initially I'm sure he tried to get everything I ordered out in time to hit me in VA but I AM the one who waited till the last minute) holds the order till he hears from me, understanding that its more important that I actually get the items. In the end, sent Kyle the address of where I'd be in the Caribbean (I mean dude I'm bringing gifts for my mates) and the tubes and all the other accessories I ordered, met me in the Caribbean. NO CHANGE in PRICE.

Took me a week to get my LSV, everything came as expected and in a timely matter. Couldn't be happier, the bong attachment was the shorty like some other people had said(what I wanted), though the picture shows the taller version.

I intend to purchase my first vaporizer. I'm very excited as I've never even had the pleasure of vaping. The MFLB seems to be a good place to start. Very happy to see all the gifts available. Also, the wooden grinder looks as though it has some quality which I didn't expect. I was just wondering what the latest discount code was? Is there anything else I should know before ordering?
