Ok - so I've done my inital extraction, and currently running through the process of evaporating my 1st addition of 3 ML of the included ejmix. So far, this fucking thing is brilliant!

Review will come later - what I am finding confusing at this moment is I'm using the boiler buddy as instructed but it's not reducing much.

Best of luck to you. The issue may be that you added 3ml of the EJmix which is too much. Only .5ml of EJmix should be added plus 3ml of the isopropanol (in order to capture the residual oil on the walls of the beaker). In the boiler buddy the isopropanol will reduce in about 15 - 20 minutes, but excessive EJmix can not be reduced. The product will be a dilute clear juice that will take several inhales to satisfy, like an ecig.

We'd recommend a second try this time adding only .3ml - .5ml of EJmix (about 30 - 50 drops) for a dark concentrated juice perfect for the Infinite Wick for true liquid dabbing. Dilute Ejuice will also work very well in edibles as well as tinctures, assuming you've toasted your herbs as we recommend (add a few drops to vodka or jager for example).

Wow - thats exactly what I did wrong! I used the EJ mix instead of alcohol. Being that I just went through all my herbs in this is there a way to repair my mistake? I did inject a very small amount into the vaporizer and got a hit that would knock a donkey over!

If this stuff that I made is of course safe for me to use, it really isn't bad. I could only imagine how much better it's going to get!

EDIT - The only thing I am noticing that's off is the taste. I can very much taste the EJ mix.

When diluted the taste of the EJmix will stand out. Users tell us they tend to mix diluted Ejuice with standard ecig nicotine flavors (tobacco, mint, menthol) which lend themselves well to long leisurely vaping sessions (an alternative to intense one-hit liquid dabbing). If you add a bit of tobacco, mint, hops or cloves to extraction tube it will create an even better all natural herbal experience.

In a concentrated Ejuice however, the taste of the extract should definitely dominate. Remember to aim for a EJuice that is between 70:30 to 50:50 oil to EJmix. You want as concentrated an Ejuice as possible as a starting point as you can always dilute/mix it to your preference later.

So then basically I could keep using this? All in all it will still properly medicate correct?

Absolutely, it will just take x5 to x10 as much liquid/vapor for the same effect (seeing as how you used 3ml instead of .3ml - .5ml). Also when you prepare the next extraction, you can use your diluted juice instead of EJmix for blending in order to make faster use of it.

If you really want to explore the great Unknown, you can mix a portion of your diluted juice with grape-seed oil and create a truly extraordinary massage rub. It could get quite intense though so be careful.

How do I know when to refill my pen? Will it just no longer show visible vapor? I am about to give this thing my seal of approval, this device truly makes the BHO process a breeze!

I have a very tiny yard. Is this thing noisy? What kind of attention might it garner if I set it and walk away? I do have a fence, but I have almost no yard, and live in a dense neighborhood.

There's a learning curve to every vaporizer so make sure to give the "EJvape" portion of our instructions a read to avoid mistakes.

As you are using diluted juice, you can use one of the included clearomizers. We suggest you do not fill the clearomizer with Ejuice; instead add just enough to thoroughly soak the wicks. You'll know it is time to add more when the wicks begin to appear visibly dry and fibrous rather than wet and glossy.

Considering the level of dilution, it may take a few inhales to satisfy, like smoking a cigarette. The clearomizer will not have a long life - understand that these are designed as throwaway parts.

Experiment with the infinite wick as well but it is better suited to concentrated juice, where one drop goes a long way.

Well done! Thank you for engaging with us!

The Liquidizer is very discreet. When the butane is escaping there is a hissing noise but it isn't loud. What is key is that you only need a ten minute window during which to set the Liquidizer down, squeeze the clamp, go back indoors and then wait before returning.

You'll notice in our product photo a steel cable and nylon rope next to the purging ring. We include these precisely because of users in your situation who sometimes lack a backyard entirely. The steel cable comes with two carabiners that you hook onto the top of the Liquidizer and the other end of the cable is attached to an indoor anchor (heavy chair or radiator). The nylon rope is a safety back up you attach to a separate anchor in case your steel cable fails for some reason. You are able to hang the Liquidizer from a window, squeeze the clamp and close the window behind you and step away for ten minutes. The butane will evaporate away into the open atmosphere and you maintain a safe distance at all times. When you return bring the Liquidizer back indoors and unpurged wax will be ready for you. It is preferable to extract in the evening and twilight hours as direct sunlight can be unpredictable.

Suggesting this extractor be hung out windows while blasting is a bad call IMO. What if the neighbor below smokes his pipe/cigarette out his window? You shouldn't be blasting in/out-of an apartment, there is no telling what's going on around you. Always blast outdoors, even if it means using a friends backyard. If I saw an extractor hanging outside my babies window blasting away I would be pissed. Not to mention people would see it walking/driving, not good. What is the safe distance to be maintained? Explosion distance or inhalation distance?

Excellent points. That vapor is going to sink down the side of the building, right? By design, there's likely a similar window just below that could be open? Even if it didn't blow up, if the neighbor smells it and figures out what's going on there's sure to be some discussions to follow.

Since it's not 100% under your control, it's not safe to do. Given the number of folks that blow themselves up and burn buildings down with Butane, authorities and landlords aren't likely to cut you any slack. In addition to making bail and looking for a good lawyer in a hurry you're likely to be apartment shopping without being able to use your last landlord as a reference.....a serious buzz kill.

Responsible use is encouraged.

OK so I've officially finished running my first batch of concentrate utilizing the Liquidizer. I have a few immediate suggestions starting with making the labels on the EjMix and the 99% ISO more easy to differentiate. I can see my mistake being very common among users. I could also say that they need to work on the beaker as far as how it sits during "extraction" - I know my friends on here and there will be concern at the way it sits under the lock for the screen during the butane run. I will totally say that it is safe but I know for the price tag most will want something that feels a bit more secure.

Although I totally agree with others that the hanging out the window seems a little silly but I assure you all that extraction using the liquidizer creates a much safer environment for all of us. I used the walk away method myself. Once using, any of you that have made their BHO will find this an absolute breeze. What's kicking me in the ass is the fact that I wish I thought of this myself as it really is not anything completely groundbreaking.

What they have done here is created a kit that literally includes everything to get you all the way from extraction to dilution for their (included) ecig. Before I diluted the the honey incorrectly I achieved a great syrupy golden brown concentrate that smelled like what I assume heaven smells like, weed!

I also liked the instructions that are included but there's alot to read and for me bullets would have been a bit easier to follow. I also suggest that you guy's get to it and put some more videos up immediately as your initial video took me through 10 pages of reading in a little over two minutes.

The ecigs and their infinite wick set up makes alot of sense and performed very well. Please understand that I do NOT have any other pens to compare it to so my review on the performance of the ecig may or may not be accurate. The pens are very easy to fill and charge and from what I felt they offered a nice smooth kick in the ass on the go!

All in all I think this could be very successful for the manufacturer. I loved the device itself (although I DID NOT hang it out of a window) and found it very easy to use for any member. It was much safer IMHO and you no longer have to freeze your fingers off or for that matter breath in a cloud a butane anymore. If any members get this set up please feel free to PM me and learn from my mistakes. I am always will to help out. Especially for enchantre!

Again, thanks guys for bringing this to the table - I am going to have fun with this fucker!

Thank you for bringing this up, we absolutely appreciate your feedback and safety has always been our core concern in designing the Liquidizer. On page 13 of our instructions, before making any mention of window use we have a very visible disclaimer stating: "WINDOW USE DISCLAIMER: do not use the Liquidizer suspended from a window over two stories in height, or that presents a falling hazard to pedestrians below. Do not use from windows in multi-tenant buildings as cigarette butts may be tossed out of upper story windows. Do not use from windows within 50 feet of air conditioning units due to spark hazard from compressors. Do not use in conditions of high wind or extreme weather. Use in the evenings or night to avoid direct sunlight."

This is the reason we emphasize reading the instructions carefully; they are vital to safe operation. When used from a window the open atmosphere quickly diffuses the butane vapor. Indoor use is extremely hazardous due to the closed environment, butane sinks and creeps along the ground to pilot lights and other hazards. If there is a spark you have expanding gases in a closed environment which blows out windows and doors. Outside even the slightest breeze works wonders and should the worst occur, you will not be in physical proximity and the flare up will release its energy to the exterior atmosphere.

We will take all of your comments and feedback into account to improve our product. We appreciate your suggestions and invite you to keep them coming! Thank you so much.

Not sure if this is correct place to ask, but is it even legal to do butane extraction in Cali? I always wanted to try this but thought solvent extractions were a big no-no here.

In California it's legal to perform a butane extraction of cloves, tobacco, mint, vanilla and dozens other herbs popular with ecig users. It is critical to check local laws regarding the herbs you wish to use and research them thoroughly.

Thanks for the response, Liquidizer. I think that is very good advice, I doubt many people understand their local/state laws. Unfortunately the laws regarding this can defy logic. Surprised and scared the shit out of me when I looked into what I wanted to do..

I'm running a fresh batch tomorrow. I'm going to try and get the recipe right this time. I haven't put the ecig down all day! My skills are getting better and better each refill with the syringe. As long as you keep everything lined up correctly in the cartomizer it really is very simple.

Sorry for the double post but I emailed you on Friday via PM. I've had some issues with the pen. Please respond as soon as you can....

Filling the pen has become quite a concern and I have pretty much memorized your manual and the questions I have are unanswered. As great as the manual is I wish there was a trouble shooting section. It explains alot about how the system works but at times there is very little information on the parts and their intricacies themselves.
