Various e-cig type Vaporizers

I suspect he did lose (of course) but maybe he did 'pay up' and is now no longer with us? Literally eating shit is to be discouraged at many levels......

I am interested in the Cannacig becuase it is one of the only publicly traded mary jane related stocks out there. I don't think I need to convince anybody that the market is on the verge of blowing up so I'm just trying to find a legitimate product I can support but everything I see about the Cannacig looks like a scam.

Out of curiosity, as anyone tried the new cumulus vape made by the same company?

http://www.thecannacig.com/vapor-inhaler-product-line/the-cumulus/

Maybe its a scam too? Maybe neither are scams and the products just suck? I don't know, but I do now I MUCH prefer to vape, and I'd like to support the industry and make a buck without becoming a retailer myself. I use the vapor bros box with whip and it works like a charm (although is not portable) so I do know what a good vape high is. I haven't used either the cannacig or cumulus myself but I'd like to think this company will some day put out a good product.

Also, I know I'm not supposed to have any commercial interest when posting here... sorry if I'm breaking your rules but I swear I won't be spamming you all with pro RFMK propaganda like bobba loo. He or she clearly had some connection to the company, or was simply delusional. I am long quite a few shares but only because the stock is dirt cheap and I am gambling a bit.

Your gamble isn't going to pay off anytime soon. You bought their initial stock of vaporizers when you bought that stock. Sheryl Shuman is using your money to fund her flop. The CannaCig is a rebranded e-cig, it was never made for use with oil. That's why it's in this thread and not its own. If you can sell now and break even I would say you are doing better than most. I have yet to see one being used in public or spoken highly of, nobody is happy with them except the investors trying to hype it and make a buck.

Thank you for not fitting the stereotype of the normal RFMK investor!

I gotta go with DubC here. This woman and her products have been around for a while. LOTS of slick literature, LOTS of exciting news conferences announcing all sorts of 'breakthroughs' that never seem to make it to market. After all this time, where are the happy customers?

Several makers have gone bust with this 'revolutionary idea' of mass marketed prefilled carts. Market research would easily show that......if it happened. No doubt took some investor money with them, that's the usual process I understand.

Look at it another way, some market is there. Outfits like Got Vape are mining that field with great effect. If this segment was real, no doubt they're smart enough to be there? If you believe in Capitalism and think the demand exists and supply is at hand you have to ask 'where's the beef'? Obviously some alarm bells are going off for you, my advice is to trust that.

You only have to push a product where there is no real market. Other legitimate vapes seem to sell themselves without constant pump priming.

I agree with DubC, if you can make it someone else's risk without loosing your shirt, I would jump on it. For sure I'd carefully consider 'throwing good money after bad'.

BTW, this fellow is not the first 'wolf in sheep's clothing' to try to fish us here, I seriously doubt he'll be the last. There seems to be a concerted effort by 'investors' to masquerade as objective folks to play us (and lots of other forums) as fools for their personal profit. We don't need the black eye in MMJ, IMO. Nobody really likes being lied to either I think?

If you're looking for a recommendation for personal use, we can help you out there for sure. Out of the thousands that read and hundreds that regularly post here I bet you don't get a single fan of this kluge?

Good luck.

I never trust products/companies that come with a "business opportunity" attached, especially paraphernalia . . .

Good reflexes if you asked me.

Ever see the classic Mel Brooks movie, The Producers? Where Broadway Producers Max Bialystock (Zero Mostell and Leo Bloom (Gene Wilder) make money by producing a sure-fire flop. I once worked for such a company. 100 plus employees making marine electronics gear, we never had a half million dollar month (the standard of the day was break even at 100 employees with a million a month in sales). Most were under $100K. We did, however, get 15 to 18 megabucks a year in investors....... Huge tax advantage for "research and development" deductions (typically 93%) on a proposed product with huge market we (nod, nod, wink, wink) already have.....pulled in the Limited Partners like you wouldn't believe. Six thousand suckers in California alone. 6,000. Each with at least a grand on the line for years getting quarterly returns of like $1.38 (a real number) for sales that didn't really exist (we'd send stock out to dealers for free, in case they need them in a hurry, and send the good news to the investors before they got a good lynch mob going). Lots of excuses, of course. Just no customers.

I gota wonder if RFMK might not be the sequel?

Lucky you! "Spring time for Hitler and Germany......"
Yeah the whole "Springtime for Hitler" thing was amazing, I think I remember some nuns in there? You are of course, spot on, with your analysis of RFMK imho . . .

Not sure about that, but it sure looks like it fits.....and that's a fun idea. Mel Brooks would approve I think?

Like I said, I worked there for several years. Would not have stayed sane without false drugs I think.

Having nuns in a comedy role, or a gay Fuhrer? Meat for Mel.

I wonder if Thermovape sold the design or if China is borrowing it?

My guess is they didn't borrow it.....when you borrow someone's property, don't you return it on demand? I do.

I really like the T2 and T3 idea.

Bummer is, like with D9, TV will take the rap for shoddy quality. "Oh, those, I've used them, they're junk"?

IMO the truly sad thing is there are some who will defend this like we saw with MFLB counterfeits. Enlightened self interest meets greed. Bad combination for the rest I guess?

Counterfeiting is wrong, we all agree I think, except when I get a piece of the pie? Some sell out cheaper than others I guess.

Have they asked?

Are these still being made by TV? I was under the impression they moved all production towards the Cera? Staying one step ahead of the "borrowers" isn't a bad thing, that's for sure! Even if they asked, it's the best they could do.

Of course not, that would mean paying..... It's a flat out counterfeit.

No, TV has moved shops (half a mile) and returned the 3 CNC Screw Machines they'd leased to make all the parts (in house). They literally can't make more (at least not the way they did before). The new business model calls for a more conventional 'buy out' plan with them making only the cores and doing final assembly and test.

It's rip off; sadly some will buy them at the LHS expecting top quality and excellent Customer Support.....

I meant, "Has Thermovape sent a cease and desist?" I noticed yesterday after a google search that this device was brought to our attention here on 12/31/2012.

What if those machines got returned without being wiped of the files?

Two excellent points. I don't know, but you've got me curious (not to be confused with peculiar, that I already was....). It could well be old news, has anyone actually seen these here?

As a wild guess, TV could have taken a 'why bother?' attitude on this? Support for copyright and patient ownership is not famous in China......home of the ten dollar 'Rolex'. Or really cheap software. Or really cheap most anything you can name?

I purchased one yesterday for $70, I'm not doubting the price reflects the quality.

It's not mine technically, but I'll get another one for you to play with if you're interested? The box I have rattles quite a bit, I'm scared to open it and find all the parts in pieces with an Allen wrench and pages of assembly instructions like Ikea, lol.

Would you? I hate to support counterfeiting but I'm very curious and would only be spending the $70 on drugs anyway.......

Thanks very much.

This should be interesting

My thoughts exactly. I'm hoping for at least seventy bucks of entertainment, cuz I sure don't intend to use it a lot......

I doubt it will happen, but nobody will be laughing if this meets or beats TV performance. I'm too scared to look at what cells are in the box. Hopefully the vape has vent holes!

Wow, they are pretty good at stealing ideas!

It'll be fun to see for sure. I'm not so sure how good they are at stealing ideas, but the bottom right unit on the FB page sure calls at least part of it into question, doesn't it?

Fun stats, a year old, less than five R&D types (they farm that out to TV, Palm, Magic Flight and other top notch consultants no doubt.....). Less than 5 QC folks....must make some pretty good gear not to need inspection?

Thanks for shagging it DubC. Great excuse to see you again and do some serious visiting. The world, in case you missed it, has done some fun stuff since last we chatted?
