Thanks for the info...I'll give the ticket route a try.

I also filled out the warranty registration page last week after receiving my cloud from EZvapes and have yet to hear anything back. I will try and send an email using the support ticket, and see if I get a response that way.

I just want to comment while using the Cloudbuddy for the first time. This thing is a game changer. Having this with the Cloud makes things 100x less stressful. Scientifically researched, its a fact.

Now you are making me think I need to pick one up, I use the cloud on one of my bubblers and I could see how this would make a big difference. So do you leave it on the cloud buddy until you finish the ELB without ever removing it?

Yeah, I just leave it on there after I adjusted in a way I thought felt comfortable. Take a deep ass hit, you can see the vapor forming in the cloudbuddy as well, so it gives you a bit extra to your hit. Its dope. I will tell you I recommend it immediately. I like to be free and not so cautious when I'm vaping, and having these expensive items being glass, gets me anxious to not break it, in any way imaginable. And this piece makes me feel safe to chill. Its sturdy in there, no wobbling, the structure itself is quite beautiful. lol

I want a CloudBuddy, but just thinking about all that weight on top of my Ion for long periods of time kinda scares me.

Looking at my Matrix under this monstrosity does frighten me a bit, but when I further inspect, its all secure, and the cloud is right above the original female joint, so its distributed evenly. This is my first time using it so I suspect thats why I feel cautious when I sit back and look at the height of this combo lol :o

so my hydratube is destroyed as of yesterday...are hydratubes not for sale on vxc's website? only one i can purchase is the double and that's not the one that i want.
...ditto... :doh::cry::rant::bang::argh::shrug:
I am very sorry to hear of your situation. I feel for anyone, that has broken one of thy sacred HydraTubes. It's a terrible feeling, indeed. All breaks, from the smallest to the DISASTROUS, are awful experiences IMO. I am still in a bit of shock, it seems. My HydraCirc 1.0, only HT, broke while drying about a week ago, after a very nice bath. Not really sure as to why it fell(I was not in view), but it did. Broke in a similar area to T-Dub's SGW tragedy. I have been attempting to purchase an extra (now simply *replace*..) HT from VX for a while, & had trouble before this incident. I have definitely been checking regularly since it broke, & I have not seen any for sale. I'm sure they will re-stock ASAP.

This is the same setup I use my Cloud with pretty exclusively after being sold on it by the videos jambandphan03 posted in this thread a while back. I:love:my Cloud Buddy too! If I only took a couple of hits per session I might not mind having to handle the Cloud itself so much, but I tend to be a "repeat offender". :science: As a small, clumsy, frequently vaked person, I very much appreciate only needing to remove the CB's cute little stopper instead. (I also enjoy imagining myself in some sort of steampunk apothecary as I do so, teehee.)

The only real con that I see to adding the CB into the mix is that it makes things look a bit more piecemeal than the streamlined look of inserting the Cloud directly into the bubbler. That may contribute to the intimidation factor in people who don't use it frequently - my best friend refers to the Matrix Clear + CB + Cloud as "the contraption" and prefers to use the Volcano. I most often vape kicked back in bed or curled up on the couch, and I actually find it easier to use and more "secure feeling" than my Cloud + HT stack. The only HT I have currently is the Swagger Double though, so I'm not really familiar with how it compares size-wise with other HTs.

SPECULATION AHEAD: On the HT note, does anyone else think that the VX announcement this week might be a new slate? That's what I'm seeing in my crystal ball, but it's pretty foggy...

OK disagree with me, I can't force you to be right
I submitted a ticket, I believe thats what they call it. The registration page was down. You needed to include the company you purchased from, your shipping info, the order# with date purchased, the total price, your name, and your clouds serial#. I put attn: benjamin on mine for the subject title, I dont know if its because thats the person I called, or if he deals with this specific thing. So up to you if you want to use that as your subject title.

Followed your advice and submitted my EZVapes.com Cloud Warranty request to VapeXhale via the Ticket process. About 5 hours later got a confirmation email that the Warranty was registered.

Once again VapeXhale comes through and are as good as their word.

I also followed your advice using the support email, and heard back very quickly! Thanks again to everyone on this forum, if not for you I wouldn't be enjoying these enormous clouds!

Still loving my Cloud, and though it was taking a side seat from being my daily driver for a while, recent back/shoulder/neck pain flair up has put it back as the main driver while I get through this. Sure makes a difference when you are in serious, debilitating pain. I still describe the Cloud as taking dabs off of herb, none of my other vapes can get on top of the pain quite like the Cloud does.

So these are those stains I meantioned on my bamboo...That is the only placed that stained. I just got my PBW and I assume I should make a small batch and using a brush or qtip, while the unit is inverted work the stain gently as I can't soak the cloud?

. . . I love PBW for cleaning glass but it takes a bit of rinsing to completely get it off the glass. (You will see residue with incomplete rinsing.)

mvapes, I'd go even farther than jack's caution. If you're cleaning from the bottom with a wet solution, IMO there is a distinct possibility that the solution will get through the orifice into the bamboo center section which is inaccessible. The only way to rinse that out would be to flush the bamboo. If it dries inside the section, you may have a little bit of cooked pbw with every session. :ugh:

I use the CB with both my smaller Ion Matrix and the larger Micro Clear Matrix. One reason I don't mount the Cloud directly on the latter (or its cousin Reti) is that the Cloud's joint doesn't make a solid connection, while it does on the Ion. That said, I really like the vapor visibility in all the pieces that the CB provides, and only needing to lift the CB plug to clear rather than the Cloud itself. On the Micro Clear which has a narrower base, even with the added height it is pretty stable as long as the Cloud is positioned opposite the mouthpiece. With the Ion due to its large base, I find it takes real effort to knock it over. Still, IMO these pieces are meant to keep stationary; I don't like passing glass like this around and I would really hesitate to use this setup with anyone totally ripped let alone newbs. :2c:

Thanks for the feedback guys - I tried the PBW today and cleaned a bunch of stuff and either I am doing something wrong or IMO it wasn't impressive. I can't seem to get that stain to budge but at this point I guess it's like war paint showing my Cloud's mileage!

has anyone tried this? it's pretty nice when you don't feel like you need water
yea I did the same thing quite awhile ago. I posted it up in here just has a few more pieces. My take at my homemade HT lol. But take away the water piece in the middle and its the same deal.

FWIW when I was calling late last week and early this week it was full as well.

Yea I tried all day with no luck
