Looking for decent 510/ego thread carts/attomizers to use with BHO

Hi, I have an ego ctwist battery and have been using Kanger cartomizers for BHO. I also have used Myvaporstore LR attomizers with bridge removed.

I want to know what other options are real good?... I would prefer to have something that I can load a couple dabs at a time easily and vape it off for that one session. That is how the MVS LR atty works for me. I plop a dab on the coil and vape away.

The downsides were the MVS LR are $9+ sh and only lasted 2 weeks for me before dying. And loading one dab in there was a pain because of the length . The Kangers were 8$ for a 5 pack. Much better deal. But you have to fill it with .7 or so. It doesn't give a fresh dab hit like the MVS LR.

I like how the atomizer in the 710 mini works. you can easily put a dab or 2 in there and vape only that off. http://cdn103.iofferphoto.com/img/i...compact-portable-vaporizer-not-g-pen-9bb7.jpg

I hear good things about the EGO W tank, ce3 clearomizer , Atmos nail , thermovape dart (I don't think this is 510/ego threaded though)

I'm all up for suggestions.

Thank you

thanks josh mac, looking forward to hear your findings. Is it similar to the 710mini atty I posted?

I've been pretty impressed with the sticky wax burner pen atomizers, they are basically the thermovape revolution cart without a ceramic wafer in there.

Oooo... I just checked out the thread, It seems like the debridged MVS LR attomizer I use but with with a sort of funnel to help aim a dab to the middle. seems to answer my easy to load issue. I hope they last long too

----

This is the debridged MVS LR . I just lay a nice dab right in the middle. and is tricky to get in the middle. The sticky burner is the same with a funnel right?

btw, They stopped making the revolution DART attomizers right?. I liked the sound of that, take a dab with the dabber tip and stick it in. hit and repeat as needed.

Yeah they seem to be done with the revolution too.

I'm not sure why the thread here on FC got shut down but it is a quality product nonetheless. Not sure how long they will last because I have not burned out the one I am using as a tester.

sucks about the dart, the attomizers were pretty pricey anyways @ $55/each

yeah I noticed the sticky wax thread is closed. The posters mentioned being able to buy the attomizers separately but I don't see them on ebay or sticky wax official site being sold anymore. You can only buy the whole kit for ~ $40. I might bite though I don't care for that battery they include.

another quick question, On the attomizer, is the lower element and thread portion removable from the rest of the attomizer body as it shows in this pic? (The silver piece to the right)
Also, I think I saw your youtube video just now CitizenJ. Do you know if you received the 1.6 or the 2.2 ohm attomizer.

I don't think that was my youtube video - probably just a similar name to mine.

And yes, you can remove mouthpiece and branded sleeve to reveal just the atty for easy loading.

I got both a 1.6 and a 2.2 - and I am new at this so I'm not to sure about how big of a difference there is between them. I get big hits off either so I don't know lol. I'm using the 1.6 exclusively right now to try to burn it out.

I've got six more atomizers on the way (you can get them on ebay again now) but they will stay clean until they have passed to US border on my vacation. Not sure what ohmage they are though.

that's funny... What are the chances someone named citizen makes a sticky wax review. (there are only 2 videos on youtube of user reviews for sticky wax) here it is anyways

The 1.6 is supposed to run hotter than the 2.2. But they are both considered to be in the low resistance category so they should perform similarly.

I'm so glad to hear that the sleeve is removable. This looks like exactly what I require. Easy to load, cheap , reliable, 510 threaded and able to run single dabs.

Thanks :)

Also, Do you have a link for the atomizers?... I couldn't find it on ebay still

They seem to be gone again. Looks like this company is having a hard time keeping stock. I doubt they expected it to take off like this. I'll keep my eyes open though.

I'm very vigilant when it comes to my equipment and I would not be using this is if I had seen a wisp of offgas or any other indications it was unsafe. And it is a single coil, yes.

I finally made it to the shop and picked up a 501 cart. It has dragon vape on it but i dont know the manufacturer of it. Anyways i picked up some amber wax, one is a little gooey and the other is a crumble. I loaded that thing up and boy did that burn through that wax. Also looks like it is all getting stuck on the sides.....

any help?

No, but I have appealed to the moderation team and they are reviewing the reason it was closed in the first place.

Thanks for doing that. I am surprised to see it closed and trying to find out which is the appropriate thread to post info and discuss the Sticky Wax Burner (Pen, carts, etc.).

Might also want to take a look at the Dabbler by VaporBrothers and its thread under Portables.

Hearing from Vitolo that it has consistently good flavor and a method of "refreshing" the heating element.
Still currently undergoing some review by Vitolo, but he's at ~20 days with a single heater working great.

You load a dab or so each time, get 3-5 hits, reload. Seems like a cart for those looking in to the exposed coil systems.

Yup have seen the Dabbler thread, am wondering where to post about the Sticky Wax Burner/Pen products. It has its own thread but it was shutdown for unknown reason(s) at this time, so where should we now carry on with posts about that product set?

Mmm. idk bud, not too sure. as a poster said above, there's been an appeal as to why the original thread was closed. wouldn't hurt to post more about it here, seeing as it's a thread asking about those cartomizers. i'd be interested in that info as well.

you can try starting a new thread?

I only got around to asking a moderator about it very recently, but I imagine the moderation team takes part in a discussion in issues such as these so I would give them a little while to decide their course of action.

We can talk about things here, and I'm sure that if the team decides to reopen things we can get any pertinent posts moved over to the new thread.

Nice, that looks exactly like the atmos f5 atomizer. How much was it?

Not sure what could be done about the wastage. A buddy of mine with the f5 pulled the outter sleave and funnel off. Exposing only the coil and then dropped his concentrates right on the coil

I finally made it to the shop and picked up a 501 cart. It has dragon vape on it but i dont know the manufacturer of it. Is sticky wax burner 510 threaded?

Edit: NVM it appears they are.

I just wanted to provide a heads up for any stick wax burner users who may not be aware that the outer heat chamber housing/sleeve slips off for direct up-close access to the heater coil where the dab may be directly loaded. The previous video shows the loading process by removing the mouthpiece but then I found that difficult to get the dab placed directly on the coil without hitting the sleeve inner walls as doing so. Seems much easier to remove the outer sleeve then place dab onto the heater coil directly. To remove the sleeve with the heater tube housing slightly warm and while threaded onto battery twist the sleeve clockwise and pull out.

I purchase the 2 SWB carts from here: http://www.4aceswholesale.com/cart/....html?osCsid=a735e45cdf5bc07d69ba54438bc1c845
IIRC, they had high shipping charges but was okay with it since was buying other stuff at the time so when I saw they had 2 for $6.50 to pick-up a set to try. They work pretty good for what they are. That 510 cart has had 2g of bho run through it and it still tastes good, nice cheap load-as-you-go electric dabber heater design.
