Call Magic Flight and tell them they sent you the wrong color PA. I'm sure they will make things right for you.

I bought it through VaporNation because they were the only ones that offered Saturday delivery. And I already used it so too late to send it back lol.

Just needed to rant about it once and I'm pretty much over it... at least it matches the PA lol!

Yet more fantastic things to say about the crew down at MF. They take their time but if you're patient they'll take care of you like no one else. Hobbit's the one who's been making right on a slight problem (they forgot to put my replacement WPA in the package, I'm chalking it down to being medicated because that's what happens the best of us... no harm done :p ). They're allowing me to get the whip instead, which I think will be more ideal for me. Lots of trademark MF eagerness to help, overall these guys make it a pleasure to interact with them every single time. I'll always keep coming back.
Oh, and the reason I haven't been online and posting is because my power adapter has arrived. It's just me and broseph now! :D Took a while to get a hang of the temp control but loving it now.

We have a rule against asking to be a beta tester. 0 point warning issued.
how does one become a beta tester?

Not that way. In fact there's a rule here specifically against asking that question.....
"Do not ask about being a beta tester or ask about freebies."

But, since it's been asked, my 'take' is you become a Beta Tester by invitation. The maker decides who is likely to give him the returns he's looking for and approaches the Testee.....at least that's the way it's always worked for me. A time or two I've been on the other end, trying to decide who we should get to do Beta Testing for our new product. That decision was driven by confidence we'd get prompt accurate results to base further decisions on and also our 'comfort level' that confidentiality would be preserved. That not only addressed our competition getting the details of our product 'early' but also including protecting us. If you can't be sure of confidence you often don't take risks. As Vito said, he's tested some things that didn't pan out well, no maker wants that laundry washed in public. Nor do you want existing customers getting wind of something being tested and demanding it before it's value is known....something I'm sure folks understand.

Not an easy thing from many angles.

It's also worth repeating that traditionally Beta Testers are never exposed. For the same sorts of reasons. You don't want the competitors to know who yours are and what they're up to. Almost always it's part of 'the price of admission'.

i think a tray w/ a little deeper dish would be cool too... like a 2 match head size ha..

Nice vids Vito:rockon:
Again, I apologize for the delay, I had to remove my verbal part.
I made these a couple of years ago, before I "swore off" using voice in my videos.
I know some folks liked when I gave a verbal rundown, but that is no longer part of the program.

Any one try any bubble hash or ISO on the trays?

I don't think that will work. This is a conduction thing still, making it deeper without making the bottom bigger is not going to do anything useful. Like a super deep fry pan, it's still only going to work on the bottom. Experience with other, similar, vapes tells us we don't want to use lots of energy heating up a bunch of oil we're not going to vape off in the end. Not only does it take more time and cost more battery but it can 'cook' the oil before we can get to it. I suspect they experimented with different sizes, this one makes sense to me.....and it works.

No, not as yet. I expect it to not work well, same as in Omicron or Revolution/DART. ISO perhaps a bit better. The concentrates I expect to work well will pass 'the foil test' well. Heating a little bit on some foil with a lighter from below should make it melt quickly and completely, flow freely and evaporate cleanly off the foil. More than the tiniest bit of residue will probably cause problems. Failure to melt and freely flow into the pad will also be a problem.

MAN I just caught up on the whole concentrates adapter business. Was stoked until I realized that the kind of hard, pressed hash we get here this may not be the best answer. Either way, I'd love to heard reports of anyone who's tried it with actual charas and not just oil. I'd asked if I could beta test but unfortunately it's hard for them to have testers who're located internationally. :( When it's released, then! :)

I don't know exactly how the tray works, but when you are using hash, you should break it up as much as possible so hot air can travel around it, and extract what you want. If you just load one long, thick piece of hash in a vaporizer, you will need more heat to get it going due to low surface area. The same with oils, but it's not as bad. You should still use SMALL pieces of oil, and separate them because once heated, they will spread A LOT, and still absorb a lot of the heat.

For a quick, proper extraction, using real small pieces(size of poppy seeds), and separation of the concentrate, is the best for low to medium high heat(350f-410f) for a quick extraction.

I don't know that I'd want to put hash in it. Oils only, for now anyways. I'm curious as to the retail price of these, if it's affordable I might have a few dozen CT's stashed away, and a few to rough up.
