VapeXhale House Glass Thread

Vapor Sloth
ok, so no one has started a thread dedicated to VapeXhale "House" glass yet, so here it is, enjoy, and let fly with the pics & vids! :)

I am absolutely in love with my VapeXhale Devastator. The diffusion/vapor path length/cooling is perfect. The liquid to gas volumes, right on. Its stable, safe, beautiful and functional, getting the Cloud away from your face. Heavy duty, extremely beefy glass, is uniquely cleanable due to the removable downstems. In short, its Cloud heaven :luv: more models & pics l8tr . . .

I have been saving my pennies up for a Cloud and I'm getting close!! So a question for all the Cloud owners......which HT (or other piece) is your favorite and why?

When I take the plunge I most likely will only be able to get 1(on day 1 anyway) and I'm looking for thoughts from some owners in the know. The devastator looks amazing and that's what I've been thinking of getting but I dont much about these things other than I WANT ONE!! :)

Thanks for your help!

I can't reply so much based on experience as I wish I had a collection like T. I do however have a swagger showercap and for that I can tell you I absolutely love it. Almost no water needed and the hits could knock out a donkey!

Unless of course that Donkey worked in Tijuana - then roll out the devastator!

What's the drag like, what would you compare that to?

The drag is very light because of the downstem/showerhead design. This has less drag than my DG fritted disc. You don't notice it unless you stick a HT on it for that 3rd chamber, which is unnecessary imho, thats when the drag becomes an issue for me.

I should also mention that this is the first mouthpiece that I have used that I like. Its comfortable.

Damn T-Dub! I was going to mention to you that you should start this thread, after receiving those ABSOLUTELY BEAUTIFUL photos that you sent me. I have been swamped lately, & forgot that I never replied. Anyways, this thread is long overdue, since VapeXhale has been making some 'in-house' glass for a while now. After seeing those shots of the dev., I was utterly confused as to why no one was giving the VX Glass much attention in the forum. Glad to see things have changed for the better.:clap::cheers:

This is not the easiest question to answer, but I will do my best. I have unfortunately not had the chance to try the different HydraTubes, & they keep adding more options/variations/generations as well as phasing out some of the 'OG' HydraTubes. The OG: SGW ShowerDome/VX ShowerDome (pictured in T-Dubs post), Evolver HydraCirc (also pictured), Evolver HydraTree, Vertigo 10Arm HydraTree, & the limited SG HydraTube w/ Gridded Tree. The Evolver 2.0's seem like they could only be an improvement, unless the protecting 'splash-guard' has added some drag(some people have reported this, but it's likely negligible). You also have the in-house VX HydraTree & HydraCirc, each with removable mouthpieces which give them multiple configurations. The Swagger Glass HTs are quite sexy. The Swagger Circ, diffuses extremely well, & I can't comment on the Swagger Tree. The Showercap seems to me like it would be extremely pleasant as well.
I personally find inverted showerhead(Showercap) percs to be my favorite with the VXC. For vapor, the Showerhead/Cap perc is almost perfect. My first high-end Scientific Glass purchase was a SYN Mini Showerhead. After many assorted purchases of glass from other companies, over a span of time(chronic GAS), I still end up reaching for my SYN(s) more often than others (LukeWilson,Mobius,Sovereingty,SheldonBlack,Headford,SSFG,TORO..)! I found a 'semi-rare' Micro/Nano Showerhead Tube, which is very low-volume 11in bent neck, & probably hits similar to the Swagger Showercap. Both of these SYN tubes are fantastic, but I had a feeling that I had only scratched the surface of this BOSS perc, & I was correct. I decided that I had to complete my family of SYN, with a Full-Size  . I typically dislike 'full-size' pieces, but the SYN FullSize is not that large. Mine is 14in w/ Bent Neck Mouthpiece(38mm) & 75mm Can. These tubes are great for the Cloud, for multiple reasons. One being the stability of the piece, which is SOLID even with the Cloud inserted. Requires no adapters, etc. Without any effort, it produces dense clouds that are remarkably smooth & retains excellent flavor  .
Next to the 'showercap' perc, the traditional showerhead/circ is my preference due to the same reasons T-Dub stated above. If I literally could only choose one piece of glass for my Cloud, I would probably choose the Devastator. Not only is it a beautiful beast, it's function is likely unmatched compared to a HydraTube used alone. It's modular nature allows you to use it as a single-chamber bubbler, or double. If needing MAX volume, & MAX diffusion, use both chambers/percs(& add a HydraTube in the future, if you desire more volume+diffusion).
I own an Evolver HydraCirc 1.0, & it's great. However, I prefer to use the VXC inverted, especially with a CloudBuddy! :luv:
