Bob, you just described my workbench. You just left out the Devastator.

I highly recommend soft beer koozies for temporary HT recepticles for use during a session. I love my nice stands, but when you've just taken a monster rip and need to set that HT down in a hurry, glass on glass is not always the best solution.

Recently, there has been a lot of discussions around the Cloud and its reliability as well as what future products you might expect from VapeXhale. I can tell you that we have indeed been working on several other projects behind the scenes and that 2013 will be an exciting year. In total, we are still seeing about a 2% failure rate but if you read the forum, I am sure it appears to be much higher.

Anyone can get behind a keyboard and type up numbers so we decided that actions speak larger than words. VapeXhale will have some huge announcements to make after the LA Cannabis Cup. After the announcement, any concerns and questions that people may have about what VapeXhale will be releasing and the reliability of our products will be put to rest.

thanks for the suggestion, stu. i went sans ht. kept the price down, was never all that comfortable with the whole water over electricity thing , but i will mate it with my large matrix bubbler if cooling is needed. 'preciate the thought tho

Just wondering t-dub, the tester tubes are for what? Micro-oil-runs? I've been meaning to see if I can find a glass extraction tube small enough to fit around 4-7 grams, or just a tube in general that does smaller batches. I don't really see myself using more than that in a run, and if I change my mind and want more I can get a SS turkey baster instead.

Nice! And funny you mention DMSO... family's in the horse business and DMSO is used a lot there, but in a cream form (usually to help transdermal transfer of another drug.) I always thought it was called "diamasol/dyamasol" hahaha. I'd love to talk some time soon re: the transdermal ROA experiments you're doing, I've seen some canna-rubs at the spots (collectives) but I've never used it, nor do I know anyone that has. I'm going out the door in a second so I'll PM you some time tomorrow if that's cool.

I love that crystal HT holder, t-dub. But for the same reason I mentioned above, I don't think my HTs would've survived some of the emergency slam downs they have so far managed to survive if I was aiming for the bullseye of a crystal-lined target. My HTs (like me) need a soft place to fall.

thanks so much guys. glad to be on the bandwagon! as a high tolerance user i am hoping this meets my needs. i usually stick to oil, but i think this is gonna give it if not a straight run for it's money, a nice addition to the revolver that is my intake. wish i coulda justified an ht, but it helps justify my already stupid glass collection. i also dig there logo. does it come w/ free sticker to put on my snowboard?

Just another idea that poped in my head. VXC has restrictions in the heated part of the bamboo to make the air swirling - grabbing the heat from the heated glass and mixing it up two times to get even heating independent on draw speed. I think that can be used for cooling too if that part of the bamboo was in a vapor-tamer:

That would imo make a cooling action as consistent and powerful as the VXC's heating. Just without the precision, but we need precision only for the heating. Is this violating any patent or something?

Another idea I've got recently was to take the top splashguard from VXC showerdome, turn it upside down ad weld it to the top of these VXC 2.0 tubes (on the opening to the male joint, maybe then the guard and the perc could wven be bridged, if that makes sense or is possible). Imo that would work as good as regular splash-guard and not impair the current design. Questionable is - if it's possible to do and if it would make the price shoot up.

I assume it will be announced that the new VXC version with enhanced reliability and international compatibility is ready (but the world-wide distribution not yet). SM55 said here they have been successfully testing the new Clouds, it should bring the failure rate below that 2%. With that i think they could extend the warranty. But let's wait and see what the announcement really is going to be.

The more I use the Cloud, the more I think using anything else is just dicking around until you get a Cloud.

Think I'm going to have to be dicking around for a while . Too many damn vapes coming out within such a short period of time.

I don't dick around much. The Cloud has become my no-brainer (pun intended) go-to home vape. I'm quite traditional when using it, preferring an ELB loaded ~50%, which gets me two to three huge rips depending on the strain. I love my Hydracirc...it's sleek, simple, and quiet. I love the glorious thick, tasty rips I get from the Cloud.

I just did a weekend-inspired kief bomb, and I'm settled by the fire keeping extra toasted.

I swear on my life I treated this thing like it was a newborn baby. I've spent a total of 845$ on my Cloud if you add all the expenses attached to it, so I know how precious it is.

A nice VapexHale rep told me sometimes if it got wet it could create a succion. If that happened, I should very, very gentil twist the swagger double to dislodge the pressure so not to break anything.

Well, I twisted gently, and it came off like that.

The Cloud was EXTREMELY hot though (I always leave it at 9 oclock, never higher) so maybe the glass was too stressed?

What am I gonna do now? Do I ship it back to them?

I'm so sad. At least I have my Extreme Q to fall back on, but I am just devastated.
