Now it's the second night in a row I've woken up thinking:
"Man, I want to hit the Cloud again! Oh wait, it was just a dream, i don't have one yet, fuck."

Are these Cloudy dreams going to happen every night? Thisis going to drive me crazy...

Venemous, I respectfully disagree with your conclusion that hours used = more likely to fail.

All of the posts on this thread that I've read about failing units were about fairly new units and none that I can think of had been Clouds that had been on continuously for extended periods of time.

On the contrary, those of us that use WeMos to keep our units running for hours on end have not had any failures that I am aware of.

:peace:

I'm running 2 Clouds, an old ticker and a newer model. Both run 24/7 via WeMo and have no issues. Frankly I think the thing is a work horse!

Well my cloud was only a month old. I never used a wemo. I turned it on manually at least 3-4 times per night.

I alerted VapeXHale to this problem monday by a support ticket as well as direct emails and I have yet to get any reply from VXH. Are they usually this slow? I might submit another support ticket.

Dude, before I could finally afford to get one I had fucking visions of using the cloud. Finally I said fuck it - sold a bunch of my collection and finally got one. It was by far the best move I made! I am absolutely in love with my cloud - and yes, my WIFE loves it too...

 They're small, staff wise, and usually busy. Monday was also a holiday for a lot of companies- don't know about VXL.

Not a good idea. You'd just be making more work for 'em, trying to figure out whether it was a duplicate or you had two bad units. Meanwhile, someone else like you is delayed while they sort out the reason for 2 support tickets.

mvapes: I've had these visions for a long time already, just recently they have begun appearing in my dreams, actually convincing me I have one - just to be woken up to the Cloudless reality from that bliss. Should be several weeks from now as the last estimation given by sm55 was March. I hope FC will know when the first EU distributor gets the first stock. Not like US distibutors who had Clouds for weeks without FC even noticing it.

bro - I really hope you get it soon. The world deserves the cloud! i promise you this - your gonna love it when you finally get it.

The clouds performance as far as extraction is so evident. I have never had to clean rez from my glass as much as I do now. After using the cloud for a few days I get build up everywhere of the ickiest resin. Every time I clean it off its a reminder of why I got a cloud.

I have been looking for pictures of a disassembled cloud. The only person who posted pictures that I could find have broken (in the post). I bought a broke cloud (cloudburst?) and wanted a peek at the inside or any experience of cloud repair that might be helpful. I will analyze and hopefully fix the one that I will get soon.

The guys at vapexhale suggested I get a 5 gal bucket with 4-5 gal of simple green and let my swagger soak overnight to clean it. Which I did, for 8 hours, but it only got rid of the minor deposits. The big resin deposits appear "cooked" but not completely removed.

So now I ordered Grunge Off from the US. It should be here next week.

I hope Grunge Off works better 'coz now I'm stuck with 5 gal of green stuff that I don't need. Can't really return it either. Another 60$ out the window. Meh!

I may be able to help. Send me a PM with the details.

Interesting. I will definitely try it.

If finding it in your location and/or shipping is an issue, you may be able to mix it yourself. Details in the thread. Re the Simple Green, I use VXL's method but with a container just large enough to hold the HT and mixed from concentrate 10:1 which is much cheaper; an overnight soak is usually sufficient (but I am switching to PBW, too).

Don't throw out the simple green, you can still use it, if you regularly soak the tubes in the simple green ( I do at the end of every day) it will prevent the problematic buildup from showing up. Also you can try soaking again to go after the stubborn buildup. Depending on how well you caked it a more advanced formula like grunge off, pr PBW (more cost effective) may be required. But if you stay on top of your cleaning the Simple green bucket is very useful.

Well I'll keep it for the daily clean ups since I have it now.
I'll try the grunge off since it's already ordered, then simple green for daily maintenance.

but simply green is not enough for cleaning even a week of daily use. Just throwing it out there for others.

I ordered some PBW as well for good measure.

Promises, promises. If my cloud does not ship by Thursday with tracking; I'm going to rant on here until my fingers bleed.
Two promised Tuesdays have came and gone..now it's Thursday for sure I am told.
In a couple days it will have been a month without it.
I will report back.

Wow the man in brown (UPS dude) just delivered the Cloud I ordered from VaporStore. The unit looks awesome, I gave it a quick test-load to try just now and omg, i can't wait to really give it a go this evening. I can't believe it took less than 2 days to get here, ordered from the VaporStore website at 12:51pm PST this Monday and it arrived to my home in SF bay area 20 minutes ago today! With the FC discount code it was $382.46 shipped (just the Cloud with glass mouthpiece, no HT for now). I have a couple of glass pieces to use it with so looking forward to trying those out with larger loads.

FC members, thank you for all of the good info on this vaporizer. It has been a great learning experience.

VapeXHale Team, hats off to you, the Cloud looks, feels and operates fantastically.

I am sorry to have not posted this sooner. I was just browsing around this Monday and saw this on their site and made an impulse buy. I wasn't sure if it would actually arrive but it did and with good packaging too. At least maybe others can take advantage of the deal.
