Thank you ruf. Again, sidewing, please refer to the approriate thread. Just try searching a subject and then post in a thread your questions. Its alright, but off-topic posts clutter forums.

Question G. Could the 8, in its original design, be used with the standard persei top. Or only with a specific passthrough (like Iris, or other)?

The 8 replaces the Persei Top.

look into purging techniques, you want to get as much butane out as you can.

The Revolution is a load as you go type oil vaporizer, you load a reasonable dab, some say about a BB size, hit it until it stops producing, then you load it again. Omicron holds quite a bit more at a time (up to a g ), but has it's own picky way of performing depending on the quality of oil you use. Both work quite well IMO
Have you tried this with the Arizer Solo? I am also wondering if anyone knows the best temp to vape hash at and if best to mix with bud or do by itself?

The thermovape Evo cart doesnt really work on persei, atleast not here. Absolutely no cloud produced here at 6v. Would suggest just doing the full blown thermovape if you were considering just Frankenstein-ing your Persei. Its just not strong enough post circuit.

Or...

Wait for the 8, which hopefully is more fruitful in its toiling and can actually produce, consistently.

I meant my Evolutuon. The Persei is not gonna leave my side anytime soon.

I figured as much, just having a little fun by way of saying I think the Evolution is well worth keeping and supporting with whatever supply you wish to drive it with.

If your Persei isn't cutting it as a supply, I think you should find one that will. I have both systems, Evolution lives on TV supplies. Please trust me (and a bunch of others), with the factory supply it works well. DART 'goes both ways' as do Omicron carts (adapters as needed). Evolution does a bang up job with herb and concentrates (used carefully...), something THC may offer soon. You get to determine then if whatever is offered outperforms Evolution seems to me?

A piece that functions well below its ability is hardly worth it OF. If it is much better on the actual evo unit, that now means porqui and mclovin have to purchase persei, then evo to be able to use dry, THEN when its discovered it functions poorly on persei, purchase the full Evo unit? People must have bills to blow here. Sure know alot of people that dont.... If someone cares to share the secrets to financial success in less than 24 hours, then buying every unit existant wont be such a financial struggle..

You've kinda lost me here. But the parts I can make sense of, I agree with for the most part. Gear that doesn't work as needed needs to be addressed. If it turns out you're not feeding it right, that's hardly it's fault as I see it. The maker of the Evolution recommends the supply they designed for it. They also say others will work under the right conditions, which they do. The owner should somewhere take some responsibility for what goes on I think? They made the calls, nobody lied that I can see.

In the bigger sense, if you're not happy with what you have that needs to be addressed if you want to be happy I think. A very large part of it is attitude.

As to the eternal injustice of 'why do you have money and I don't?' I've a lot of answers that aren't going to get either of us high. It happens. Some spent their bucks on other things, some of us saved and spent wisely (including not living on plastic?). Some haven't been earning a living long enough yet, some aren't even that far, some are prevented by a host of issues (some self induced, some beyond their control). Some aren't doing much, waiting on someone else to fix it for them. My advice is 'we all have plenty to live on', provided one is careful. I've seen enough of the real world to know that those on the bottom here are not really that badly off. We're debating which vape and how much. Some are more worried about finding food for today (again) and water safe to drink. Or avoiding some really unfortunate domestic or civil circumstances. I for one am happy to not be there and instead concerned with the fine points of vape ownership.

I wish them well, of course, but I'm not about to feel guilty for honestly earning my money or spending it (what I think is) wisely.

Hey guys not liking the Evo on the Persei. What batteries are you using?
I ask, because I thought the Evo was pretty useless until I put an AW IMR behind it. I'm running lv, rarely use it, but when I do I'm not disappointed. Maybe look for the 3v AW IMR's to use?? Or save your monies for future products??
Best of luck.

Excellent point, HAL. I used a big fat AW IMR on LV and the RCR123As from my TV for six Volts. Different batteries are sure to give different results. Evolution is a power hungry little guy, more so than any Omicron cart (or Revolution/DART), battery quality will matter all the more. Lesser batteries will not only supply less power to the load but will also self heat faster and hotter......making them all the worse in the process. It takes top drawer batteries no matter what supply you put them in.

Good call. Thanks.

Understoof OF. Just heard Jam talking her Evo standard up. Got based upon Jam and others giving evo + persei love. Got standard. Using 6v, the exact 3v green cr123a from d9. Aw imr would be "better" but it sounds like OF has the same batts with different results.

Heres the base issue. Medicating is difficult where it isnt cheap. The erl here costs bills. For many reasons. But for that fact it makes it a bit difficult to use the persei for erl. For finances and such, but medicine is still needed. So the meantime alternative was to just dry using Evo or wait a while for the 8. Medicine doesnt exactly have time to wait. No other methods of administration are desirable. So thats the frustation. Understand that EVERYTHING is best used with what it was designed in accordance with. But, went based upon the notion that it was supportive...

To be fair, I have not really given the Evo/Persei combo proper testing. Got swept up in the Cloud for a bit. I think where I left off was the hammer top has a flash warning when you drop down to 6v, so running the Evo w/ the hammer top was a bit confusing. I could get it to fire up, but would get flashing lights when I pressed the button to turn it off. I felt it got too hot too fast to run it on my regular persei top. Sadly, the Evo has been sitting unused for some time now.

So I see we have many D-9 products to look forward to very soon.

Ok where do i start.

The 8 Herb chamber will be made from all Medical grade, very high grade material, will be cleanable as in boiling in water the herb chamber part not the LCD screen. and will last a very very long time, it will have a 1 year warranty, and if it does break after that we will do a maintenance service on it for every time it breaks. So you dont have to keep re buying them.

Now our question on this is the cost, with all the options and capabilities it does cost a arm and a leg to get it made, this thing will end up costing around $199 price is still not confirmed.

For FC we are going to do a massive code for 1 week only and thats 1 week. Sorry guys we cant do it longer then a week.

There where talks about the price being around $100 although we cant meet this price and still produce a quality part, but we are damn close.

$129 for FC for one week when we release it.

Once again I am sorry for the confusion, I set out to build the best and i guess we achieved it, but it came with a price tag that i did not like.

Also we will give 10 free herb chambers to FC members for testing once it goes into production and we will wait for the feedback. The Fc members will be chosen by me I will contact them personally and ask if they want to test. Please do not contact me asking to be a tester as this will kill your chances of getting it.

$199 seems totally legit all of your products and customer service is top notch.

Not to mention innovators and hand changers backed by real time r&d / testing.

Keep it up. I just wish you assembled the units here instead of China. I would pay the extra cost incurred because of the gov. Goon squads draconian legislation. Heheh.

Keep it up guy.
