Anyone notice the shipping change on the policy part of the website? Units are in production as of the 15th and start shipping as early as TODAY.

Anyone get any confirmation emails? I'd assume we'd hear about it the second someone gets one...

Thank you sincerely for your continued support and patience during the Cera preorder. We know you are anxious to receive your Cera, and we want to make sure everything is perfect when you do, so please take a moment to read the following updates.

First, there has been some confusion regarding the type of batteries that will be used for Cera shipments. To clarify: orders will be shipped with 2250 mAH 18650 IMR batteries as opposed to 2900 mAH 18650 Protected Li-Co batteries. As a token of our appreciation, we will be shipping one additional 2250 mAH battery to everyone who ordered at least one 2900 mAH battery. (For example, if you ordered one 2900 mAH battery, you will instead be receiving two 2250 mAH; if you ordered three 2900 mAH batteries, you will instead be receiving four 2250 mAH, etc.)

Secondly, we will initially be shipping momentary switches in place of latching switches for all Cera preorders; the latching switches are delayed, and will be shipped once they arrive. When you receive the latching switch, you will not need to return the momentary switch. The illuminated switch will no longer be offered and everyone who ordered one will receive a refund. Refunds for this will be processed beginning next week, and an email of the return transaction will be sent for your records.

A number of you have modified your orders since they were placed, and we encourage you to confirm your final orders with us before they are shipped. For those of you who have not amended your original order, we also recommend you confirm your shipping address and any possible changes before orders are shipped. Cera pre-orders are expected to ship as early as tomorrow, so please check in with us regarding your shipments as soon as you can!

All orders will be shipped in the order in which they were placed. (Orders with titanium parts are not yet ready to ship but will be available shortly.) Pre-orders placed before December 25th will be upgraded to USPS Express Shipping free of charge and tracking will be sent to the email addresses provided when your order was placed. If you have not received any email updates from us since your order was placed, please addnoreply@thermovape.com as well as sales@thermovape.com to your email contacts to assure you are receiving the updates being sent!

I ordered on Dec 10, right after the first 50 orders. I was told via email that I should expect a shipping email sometime next week. You first 50 are lucky, but I'm excited to hear the first impressions.

Yeah n3ko i ordered Dec. 4th and my reply said to expect tracking info "within the next week or so"---so there's some variance in the responses it seems, but on the whole, good news is good news!!
