I've got an inline water pipe with ice notches that needs to go to a good home. I don't know what the M stands for but it says it was made in California. Good welds and everything is reinforced, very wide stable base. This is my last piece to part with since I've got my DG mini can :) The joint is 18mm female, and I'm including a bent 18male to male adapter and a matching blue quartz nail. Has been used but heated and cleaned. 18mm clear dome to top it off. Will throw in a cool blue dabber and scoop to match it all up (not pictured). Asking 120$ paypal! Or Some kind of cool trade. Please pm me offers to keep clutter from here. Will ship on me packaged securly and insured to anyone in the contiental US. Everything is packed up and ready to go. Thanks for looking!

I saw a similar piece at my LHS with that logo. I think it's a 'Maverick'.

How tall is it? Do you know the thickness?

Nice piece. Good luck with your sale.

Thanks! The base is 5 inches, the height is 13 1/2 inches and I took a pic of the thickness.

Yes, its a Maverick piece. They have a shop in Westwood, CA and either a shop, or they're made in Van Nuys, CA. Should be 5mm glass.

Thanks for the confirmation BDV! I'm quite surprised this didn't go before the foreign glass bubbler  I got it for 175 online, don't know if I was ripped off or not, didn't know any of Maverick's glass. Here's a milk vid since I'm not going to be bumping this for any lower. Paying for shipping and throwing in an oil kit seems like a steal :whoa: Cheers mate

Correction: I might be wrong on the thickness. They use 5mm and 7mm. The top of the mouthpiece is a bad place to measure, as its flared. Though, its at least 5mm.

They're still pretty new. From what I can find, they've been in business for about a year and a half, maybe 2. They sound kind of like Lev. Want to make HQ pieces, for a good price. Its a nice piece.

True good point, from the video one can tell the base is less thick than that mouthpiece flare. I have some digital calipers somewhere, I can post later sometime what thickness the inside tube is, for anyone interested. Damn I almost don't want to sell it, she makes a nice whistle on the clear!

I'm interested in picking this up, any idea how old or how many times the quartz nail has been used? Thanks!

a dozen times if that, this was my back up piece and back up nail when I wasn't using my titanium nail. Also I have it tilted at that angle in the pic because when it's straight the nail is right under your nose, and feels better a bit farther away. This piece whistles nicely, and hits so smooth. I def recommend getting a better nail down the line though!
