Salutations TheSoloMan,

...no one has bought one of these yet?

After all i've read and seen - and also whatever which remains to be read and seen, actually, euh...

The Vaporite Glow Pro still seems a better alternative. Well, to that other Vaporite model, in any case.

:peace:

Haha yeah whoever that was only mentioned they "have" an iolite, NO2, MFLB, and bashed the solos ugly cheap stems, which I couldnt disagree more with, but then says they are a repeat vaporite customer and got a discount. I know they mentionedthe two vaporite models that they may or may not actually own in a later post once questioned, but it just doesnt add up to me

Hummm...

Vaporite vs Arizer!

Well, at least i'm willing to look at what Vaporite has to show - if they've got the balls.

That's more than I can say, Egzoset. I'll kindly walk out of the thread now as my curiosity has been satisfied enough and I'm 100% certain I don't care for it anymore.

Good luck if you get one!

I wouldn't trust it to work right and with only a 6 month warranty your better off getting an arizer solo off eBay for 120. my first vaporizer was a vaporite solo and I must say when it did work it worked great, monster clouds with no effort. The biggest problem I had was a faulty thermostat, the temp on it would fluctuate so much it was almost impossible to use. one day you could set it to 365 and combust, the next you couldn't even very a wisp of vapor at 410. even within the same session, you could turn the temp up and it would get cool to the touch in the middle of a session.

I will say that I did get it third hand ( not even second hand) so I'm not sure how the original owner treated it but the second owner used our twice and didn't like it.

ive had the twister for 3 months, definitely should buy, its inexpensive and works great. Only problem would be that you feel the heat on your lips when the top piece gets too hot

Lucky,
Got one second hand for a song, seriously not too impressed. Has a rubberized coating that freely, easily flakes (!), and is applied to areas hazardously close to the airpath, including the mouthpiece where your lips meet it. Robot fart smell is in full effect, reminds me of my stinky old VooDoo Vaporizer. I'll try and post detailed photos and a fuller review in the near future.

This brings me back a while.

My first ever vaporizer was a vaporite hyper, I moved countries got one again.

Eventually bought an Extreme Q - but the vaporite hyper provides denser vapor more consistently (probably because of its larger ceramic heating element) than the Q, infact I had my Q boxed up for a few years and only brought it out a few months ago. Managed to mod it so that it can atleast work well in a particular way that is different to the vaporite. Basically my stat quo was tarnished by the hyper V's consistency and was therefore expecting too much from the extremeq which cost over twice as much as the hyper.

Anywho all I am saying is that for me vaporite had at least nailed it with the hyper at a cheap price point and if I were ever starting out again I would not hesitate in considering it as my old trusty.

jackass20,
Finally got around to taking some photos. Note the flaking on the body and on the mouthpiece(!)... Disregard how I didn't knock off the fuzz. This is a second hand unit but I can easily flake off more from any part of the upper pieces with just my finger nail. Also notice the exposed fire cement in the heating chamber. In the side by side, that is a geniune Solo on the left. The unit emits a definite robot fart aroma. It will accept a Solo stem with the top pieces removed.
