Yeah, I rotate mine too. May have something to do with the size of the bong as well. I'm using a HVY Mini-Beaker. Don't know what the volume difference is between yours and mine. Also, you may be using your cubes which I would think may cool down whats happening in the bowl a bit.

You have the long glass wand...
Yes, I know it comes with a long glass wand. I was just wondering about the functionality without the WPA on glass. I'm not even sure there is enough clearance on my stemless, so I was hoping I could still use it with a tube + without the WPA until I order one if it -does- fit :)

Whats up guys. I'm currently trying to decide between the LSV and Cloud. I'm leaning towards the LSV due to price. Can anyone who has used both do a quick comparison? Is the cloud really that much better?

I can tell in just few weeks however I tried the cloud for a week only.

I have both.
I am loving the Cloud, and the design is wonderful.
It medicates well also... very thoroughly indeed.
The LSV warms up for use in a fraction of the time that it takes the Cloud to be ready to roll.
I find the LSV twice as versatile, and easier to use by far.

As I said, I am loving the Cloud.
It is a bit more of a "production" to prepare for a session.
The Cloud is a faster extractor,.. it only takes about 3-4 hits to make the baskets contents brown.
I do not like water use, so I use the Cloud with a dry mouthpiece that they sell.
Others users may argue the point.. but I feel that I get purer taste using the LSV.
If I could only keep one of the two, I would keep the LSV~
(but the Cloud is growing on me)
(thank goodness I do not have to be limited!)

Do you currently have a piece of glass to use or will that be a purchase as well?

In terms of efficiency? I found the cloud to be "too fast", I mean if you want to share with a friend better have 2 bowls ready...when I used the whip it was very good but ended too fast...I think a 10 min session is the best...regardless the cloud has amazing vapor...

How well does the LSV sits on a table?

This is the ONLY downside that I have with the LSV. The power cord is very thick and heavy and being that the LSV doesn't really "sit" on a table, but rather lies on a table, that power cord has a tendency to pull it in one direction or the other. The temp knob helps to keep it from rolling around. Just gotta be a bit careful when positioning it.

Hasn't really been a major problem but it is something that i have to pay attention to.

I will agree that the cloud can be extremely fast if set to normal vape temps... It can be slowed down a bit, but then it changes the nature of the beast.
The Cloud sits on a counter more easily.
The LSV is maneuvered more easily.
Just because I use my LSV more, does not mean I am not crazy about this Cloud.. I am!
I am still figuring the most optimal ways to use the Cloud.
The LSV sits anywhere, but is easily pulled off a table if set down as it is.
Many users make stands for the LSV.
I personally ALWAYS use the bag the unit comes in.
I set it on a table, but mostly, I just set it near me on the floor~

yes I have an old school water pipe that I fitted with a 14mm ground glass slide.

Thanks for all the responses. I'll be ordering a LSV with wpa soon. The cloud looks great but I cant justify spending that much more unless it was really worth it and it sounds like the LSV will be almost if not just as good as the Cloud.

gosaints420,
i didnt ask for a 'chord strain relief' and also i ordered directly from there website, it should be getting here tomorrow.

does this mean i might be receiving one with a shitty chord? or have they fixed all of them

If you ordered from 7th Floor directly then it should have a cord strain relief. I'm figuring out that the strain relief isn't all that great. I need to reinforce the cord below the strain relief.

not really a shitty cord. I've had my lsv (no strain relief) for over a year with zero signs of wear.

Hi everyone.
I'm looking for a second vaporizer. I have a MFLB and I'd like to have a way to vaporize concentrates.
It is suitable for that?

I haven't tried any BHO or QWISO, but I've used bubble hash, full melt, wand hash, and some keif with my LSV and it does the job extremely well. The sticky bubble hash is awesome mixed with some bud. The load just vapes, and vapes, and vapes.

I haven't tried straight concentrates. I figure it will drip through the screen and clog up the works. Unless I'm dabbing, I always use a small bed of flower.

Just got my LSV in the mail. For first time use, how long should I let it run to burn off any residues that might be on the device? And at what temp?

Thanks, and so excited to try this! I have only ever had a PD and MZ :p

Crank it all the up for about 5 minutes.

I too came from a PD to an LSV. If you're anything like me, you're gonna LOVE it. You're gonna end up using a bit more weed, but man..............the fuckin' thing WORKS !!!
