Hey guys, atmos has a new waxy atomizer (with what loks like an optional extended bowl chamber)for their thermo line, which looks exactly like the cloud/microG. I know the cloud and microG atomizers are interchangeable, would the Thermo waxy atomizer work with these as well. i contacted atmos and they said no but i feel like they arent telling the truth because they want you to buy the atmos battery. i really want a microG but just dont wanna spend the money befor eI have a reliable source for replacement atomizers.

Yeah I know the price kinda sucks cause you can get 1 from cloudvapez for 15 or 3 for 50. But the atmos it looks like it has a removeable tube that would extend the chamber and also has a rubber stopper which can prevent splatter around theninside of the cover. I dont know for sure cause ive only seen picture but i think that is worth an extra 5 to me. I also trust atmos more then the other site.

Also if you end of getting the atmos tank please let me know because that would definetly persuade me to get the microG. I would just buy the atmos but id rather get 2 which MicroG offers and they also carry the Micro at my LHS. I just dont wanna buy it without knowing i can get replacement atomizers from a reliable source

I do have the atmos, 3 infact all different colors for different oils. The w atomizer is awesome, very mess free. The micro g is coming in a few days. Two for the price of one is always better, I understand. As soon as my micro g pair come I will give a definitive response if the atmos cart will work in the micro g battery. But I am assuming it will! All these devices are rebranded.

Hi! So glad I found this forum, I just joined! :)

My two cents, apologies for length. More like my ten cents.

I have owned two cloud pens now (only because I lost the first one, due to it's double-edged-sword of a size... small enough for a pocket, small enough to lose haha) and just love them!!

Granted it is my first concentrate vape but here are my pros and cons so far.

Pros:
-Discreet size and appearance. I put mine in my bra since my jeans pockets tend to be shallow and I can't sit down without it slipping out. I am sure man-sized pockets would be more than adequate though. It has a sleek sexy look to it, and to the untrained or unaware eye it looks like some sort of those e-cigs (and not worth a second glance). And it comes in fun pretty colors! (I've had matte silver and matte black. It also looks like it comes in red, blue, green, white, baby pink, and chrome silver. I really want the red one!)
-The two I've had have seemed to have long battery lives so far, I only have to charge it every few days unless I'm using it a lot.
-The charging cable is a USB to wall socket plug, so I can charge at my computer or any wall outlet
-The fact that it's battery heated, not butane or other methods. No filling, no waiting for it to heat up.
-I'm sure it's the same for all concentrate vapes but a little wax goes a long way, so I feel it's more economical than flowers. Not to mention a lot cleaner/neater, without grinding shavings or ABV to deal with.
-The replaceable cart, both for normal use as well as repair. If you have several of them and dedicate one strain to one cart it's great to be able to switch between strains without mixing effects (I don't like any sativa effects at bedtime and keep a dedicated heavy indica cart for that reason). Also nice to quickly change different concentrate types. Cheap (well cheaper than buying a new pen), easy to remove (I can usually pull it with my fingers, or gently use pliers with cloth wrapped around them), and makes me feel less guilty if I ruin one by overloading it or break the coil by shoving wax in too hard.
-They also sell replaceable batteries (the whole bottom part), in all the colors. Would be fun to mix and match the battery and the mouthpiece for a new look.
-Even if it runs a little hot and produces a nice big cloud of vape the outside never feels super warm to the touch. No way to burn anything, unless it's down in the cart chamber area.
-Like someone else mentioned earlier in the thread, there's virtually little to no learning curve. But please learn from my mistakes: I broke the coil once by being too rough when I was trying to scrape the wax off the sides and down into the center. I also once broke it by using too much of a too gooey wax. But luckily those were both just the cartridge part that broke, got new ones easily for I think maybe $10 each from local dispensaries. Other than that it's pretty simple to master. Just bush button, inhale!:D
-The price tag. It looks like it goes usually from $60-$75 online or in shops (except for the expo deals which seem to be even cheaper), and with so many replaceable parts one can rebuild it as parts die or break; or, at that price, it may be an affordable "semi-disposable" option for many.

Cons:
-Although it comes in a nice sturdy box, it doesn't come with any detailed instructions, tips, or cleaning/storing instructions. Their website doesn't either.*
-Charging cord is kind of short (esp. if plugged in while using)
-My first charging cable's outer coating separated from the ends, leaving wires exposed a little (not like copper showing, just the red coating on the wire). It works just fine, who knows maybe I tugged it somehow but I feel it should be a teeny bit more sturdy. Haven't used the new power cord yet so hopefully they've fixed that issue already.

*After finding no cleaning instructions on their website, it was my resulting google search for the Cloud that led me to this thread, and persuaded me to join. So glad I did, thanks for all the great info and tips!

TL : DR
I have used nothing but the Cloud for a while now. My other vaporizers lie in the closet, lonely and unused. I just prefer the cleaner wax over messy flowers. I really adore the Cloud's size, simplicity, looks, and parts replace-ability. A sturdier charger/cable would be nice but other than that I would highly recommend the Cloud to anyone. For the price it was worth finding out for me :)

First post! My buddy runs a collective in OC. He bought 30 of these things and they come back with fucked up atomizers almost every time. When he (Bart from Kali Culture Solutions, the owner) came to vend more pens there just happened to be a patient in there that had fucked up atomizer. He asked for a replacement cart and the dude didn't do shit for him. My buddy mentioned the faulty pens coming back and he wasn't reimbursed for the defective carts. My buddy had to give out free grams of concentrate to reimburse those affected. Shady ass pen company that I would never buy from due to their customer service and warranty ish. On a positive note, when they do last they get pretty good rips for a pen, but I think breaking down within a few days is reason enough to steer clear. Just my thoughts from my experience with these people.

I have had my cloud for months, and I have gone through 3 carts, but for the price I paid I would buy another compared to whats out there. The only reason the cart went out both times was my fault i dug at it! my most recent cart has lasted 2 months and still going every day! staying clear of the cloud is like staying clear of gas station hot dogs, sometimes they look to good to pass up when your hungry!

Many of the carts are faulty out of the box. They just released a v2 though. Not sure of the quality on the 2.0 units. From the way the owner runs the business though I see it being the same shit. It felt a little heavier than the original and had a different finish on the outside. Either way, Bart can suck the collective dicks of me and my friends. Take a look at the warranty on the website. It's full of clauses that make sure you are stuck with what you bought, regardless of working condition.

Hi everyone. This is my first post here. I couldn't really find help on this stuff anywhere else.
I just recently got the Gpen Micro (which to my understanding is the same as the cloud). Here are my thoughts on it:

Pros
small, discrete, easily concealable.
HITS LIKE A CHAMP! huge clouds of vapor from a 5-7 sec draw (any longer and the hit is "too big" and makes me cough)
easy to load, easy to use (had mine going right out of the mail)
no warm up time

Cons
uses up wax really fast*
hits can get a little hot after awhile (not too big of a problem though)
screen traps a decent amount of residual wax**

*Note: I also have an omicron V2. It definitely makes the wax go a longer way but the hits cannot compare
**Note: I'm not sure if cloud cartridges have a screen. Pretty much any wax that is not directly over the element will not melt down (I just scrape the leftover wax into the center or just load more)

I have been smoking everyday for a couple of years now and 2-3 hits from the Gpen micro gets me pretty good. Probably have to puff on the omicron nonstop for 5-10 min to get the same results.
The omicron is better for sharing with people; itll stay hot as people use it and holds more oil. The Gpen micro is better for personal dabs; just load up a dab of wax and get medicated instantly (doesn't hold enough to really share though)

Does anyone know if the Atmos ThermoW charger will work with the cloud/Gpen micro? I just really like the retractable usb cord design of the Atmos charger.

I bought a 2.0 and had THE WORST EXPERIENCE. I bought it from the website www.cloudvapez.com and I was SO excited! Until it came. I got the Slime Green and it worked well for a day. The atomizer broke and so I call them up and tell them and they were no help at all. They said that they wouldn't replace it. I ordered two more and one was already burnt out. So in recap so far only one in three of the atomizers I bought worked.

Now what happened next was a nightmare. I had been using the 2.0 for about a week and a half and the battery started melting. MELTING!!! I called them again and again and once I got a response they said they would replace it OR take it back. I WAS PISSED. I did a google search and found www.cloudvapes.com. There was a customer service number so I called it. I told them what was going on and the let me know that the 2.0 and cloudvapez.com (cloudpenz.com) is a knock off of their original Cloud. I went back to Cloudvapez.com and quickly noticed they display the original Clouds but don't sell them. Only these horrible knock offs! The people at Cloudvapes.com helped me out, big time! They sent me a new (real) cloud for free and told me that the battery has a lifetime warranty!

So in recap,
DON'T BUY FROM cloudvapez.com OR cloudpenz.com. A bunch of liars and thieves.

Bummer. Welcome to the Forum, sorry to have it be on a negative note. At least they made good in the end (had to really, it would have been fraud rather than 'an honest misunderstanding'....). The unfortunate part is the guys who could really profit from your warning won't read it in time.

Anyway, now that you're here do some poking around. Lots of excellent vapes and dealers out there with happy customers here to attest to that. Don't give up on vapes, not everyone out there is a crook. Vaping is a good idea, blazing is bad for you.......

Best wishes for your next purchase.

What about the cartridges are they compatible?
Need a bit of elbow grease, but they do click into place allowing you to interchange atmos and gpen's carts and batteries. Although the thing is, I believe micro g is the better option, no visible wires. I can see solder and red wires in my heating cavity of my atmos. Of course the thermovape dart takes the cake for cleanest cart.

I'm on the hunt for a pen vape, the cloud being one out of the only two I've used I cant really compare it to others but here's my experience with it.

My friend has a cloud and it works great. I've used it a lot and I'm actually considering getting one for myself. I've seen them on sale for $60 at local head shops but I've also seen them for $75. IMO $75 is a little too much for this vape considering its competitors are priced around or just over it. Where to start... The wick gives off a funny flavor until its been used a few times. It heats up almost instantly. In fact, if you arent pulling right after you push the button vapor will leak out and you'll lose some. Hit that shit then push the button, like taking a dab. It is such a simple design; 3 peices, a mouthpeice, a coil/chamber, and battery. The mouth piece is actually metal with a rubberized finish, so easy to grip. The chamber can be messy but you can burn off most of the oil in there, or scrape it and reuse it. The coil is somewhat easy to break, my buddy broke his after a few weeks from pushing down on it too hard to get a dab to stick. I'm sure that it could have easily be sauldered back on, but hey it isn't my vape to fix. Heating elements can be purchased from Cloud for $30 for 3 new coils/chambers. $10 per coil is very cheap and they wont break if you're gentle, you'll only have trouble loading really thick sticky oil.
You can get huge vapor clouds with this thing, its astonishing actually. Its easy to take too big of a hit and cough up a lung. Hits can be extremely hot if you just hold the button down while youre hitting it. Pulsing the heat gives the best hits for me. You can hit it multiple times with a big bad, it starts to taste like vaped weed during the latter hits. My friend gets weeks of battery life with a single charge doing a few dabs daily.
This thing is so discrete, we've used it in the middle of busy ski lodges before. I'm positive that I could use this thing in the library or even class without people noticing. Blow the vapor down your shirt and you're golden.

I think that's everything I wanted to say. Its a good value at $60 and really easy and cheap to repair.

Haha whoops should have started at the bottom before i reported it lol... Anyway i skeptically ordered replacement cartridges for my icroG from cloudvapez.com (skeptically kinda because of the vapez and their websites kinda sketchy). I did have an issue in that the package addressed to me was an order for someone in a different state. I emailed them and they told me i could keep the charger they sent by mistake and sent me 4 atomizers (i ordered 3) so i got a free extra charger and an extra atomizer and they customer service was great

Theres a new dry herb attachment now on cloudvapez.com. It says it only fits the 2.0 though and it can also be used with oil. The picture looks kinda like the atmos thermoW cartridges and from the description it sounds like it is the same thing as the regular cartridges with just a metal sleeve around it and itll only work with the 2.0
