Thanks Steele, you got some interesting stuff yourself - is that middle clear section on your tube glass?

I could use a few of those steel ice cubes for my drinks =)

Side note :

Ashcatchers are finally up -

--- New design MAYBE ---

so our blower was playing around w/ some extra tree's we had laying around and came up w/ this -

seems to work pretty good what do you guys think?

Thanks Redglass. The section is polycarbonate so it won't break. This is your thread though if you want to check my stuff out you can peep the thread or website.

You make some nice videos man and your ashcatchers look wonderful as well  As I stated earlier it's straight that you can blow some sick quality and keep the value high. Beats paying that brand-name tax on some high end tubes.

That reverse tree is dope! I haven't really seen any like it before. Hope you make some for your store. Also I love the diagrams on the white board behind it. :p

yea only thing is he used a flawed tree so this prototype is for inhouse use only =)

if there is enough positive response i'll be adding it to our line.

Personal opinion.

I think that reverse tree will sell. It reminds me of a pillar, though obviously modified heavily. Someone correct me if I'm wrong, as I don't own a pillar piece, but isn't this the same concept? If I'm correct, then you could possibly make some nice $$$, considering how expensive all the pillars, I'e seen are.

Seems like similar function to me.
I think "traditional" pillars (if there can be such a thing ) usually have a perc under the pillars so that there is more diffusion going on up the pillar, but it looks like the slits in the tree are providing similar functionality...

Very cool  (and I'm not normally a fan of trees)

jhan ready to order the bubb
offer accepted - hope you enjoy the bubb man. post up some vids if you have a chance

regarding the pillar - i don't think they are too similar - the pillar is actually pretty hard to make

i've tried hahah so i think the pillar is a superior pc compared to this

i would say this is an upgraded version of my showercap

The reverse tree looks awesome, but how much are the diffusion slits really doing? It looks to me like nearly all the water goes through the end of the tree "trunk". What would it look like with capped tree ends I wonder?

yes most of the water will go thru the ends of the trees just like a regular tree / diffy downstem but some air does pass thru the slits

if the ends were capped it would create allot more drag but also create smaller bubbles for a more fizzy effect

Got a video for the reverse tree 2.0? I like the look of the larger can compared to the mouthpiece. I'm very intrigued by it. Like BDV I'm usually not a tree perc man. In fact I don't even have one. But this.. This I like.

I notice the chamber above the trees drains water really quickly back to the bottom chamber. Most reverse perc pieces I've seen use a single tree or showercap perc which take significantly longer for the top chamber to drain. During the draining, the increase in pressure in the bottom chamber can cause your bowl to blow out (and perhaps the same to a SSV-type vape with a short whip). Freaking awesome prototype...

I love it so far! My first thoughts are, as cool as it looks having a big ol' can may not prove to be the best design. I looked back at proto 1 and it appears that proto 2 requires movement of a lot more water to get the action. May make it hard to clear a chamber in one hit. If this is the case, possible ways to resolve it could, of course be, a smaller can. Alternatively using a smaller tree and sizing down the opening in the cap of the tree would require less air to get the action.

 But then again what do I know. I use them, I don't make them. Wish I did!

Drool!

A request, when you make yer vids, try different draw/pull strength. Would love to see the perc in action at different levels of pull.

Awesome prototype!

ya can size is personal preference and intended use.

for flower / or vape

once we nail down the concept we will make a series

25/44 can mini 8 tree
32/50 can 8 tree
38/65 can large 8 tree
44/75 can large 12 tree

something like that

Krimidad is right about the drainage issue we had that problem on V2.0

i wanted to be able to use the stemless and still get a little more diffusion so we added that extra bottom section, but that created too much suction so the water would shoot up into the downstem and into the bowl ( not good )

so needless to say we are still working on the design.
