I saw in one of the EO Vids that by employing a couple of "O" rings tha t you can use the Cera as a glass adapter. I also saw that the mouth piece of the Cera pops out and you can insert a drip tip. Is it safe to assume that the old fangled Thermovape glass adapter (Black one in Delrin) would also fit? That would be a nice bonus for me!! :ninja:

The adapter fits the EO cartridge, but Noah suggested that it was best not to use the EO upside down (even with the Cera cover on). The Revolution adapter with tube should work fine though (I would guess):

Best to ask TET if in doubt.

Curious to see where he suggests not using it upside down. Not doubting you, I just thought from the videos being able to operate it that way was a selling feature.

anyone think a EQ bowl insert would fit into the cera for preloaded disks to pop into and close the mouthpiece? Are there any bowl diameter specs?

I searched this thread and only found posts talking about it being able to be used upside down. In the latest video he used it upside down over and over and over trying to make it leak. A little bit got on the mouth piece that was just wiped off. So minimal loss of product.

Anyone have an EQ screen to measure? One of my favorite parts about the t1 was I could preload some capsules for throughout the day. Curious if I can do the same with miss cera. Then I might cancel my xp preorder..

In the first video, when Noah first hooked up the Cera with EO with the o-rings upside down into a glass piece, he stated something like "we don't recommend that you hook it up this way." When he opened up the Cera after the session, oil had collected on the Cera lid. It may wipe off easily, but we'll avoid the mess and use our Revolution adapter instead. I don't think that there is any reason not to use the Cera LL upside down. ;)

The caveat is at 8:54 of the following video:

ThermoVape Cera Essential Oil Vaporizer Device Overview pt. 3 - Vaping, and Vaping through Glassware

BTW the mouthpiece for the EO is 510, from the ecig world.

Pony pucky. No door charges, no finger prints, no record kept of your visit really. No appointments. It's a shop, they want your business. As to price and availability, here's a couple of my favorite dispensary's menus, you decide:

Also note there's will call and delivery......

OF

HHC is cool, as is delivery and pickup, but the DART-ready concentrates seem a bit expensive.

Elemental Wellness seems to have a great selection, but the THC percentages are quite unbelievable. Nonetheless, we'll have to check them out next. The DART is a hungry beast. :D

EDIT: NOTE

I created a thread in the lounge for us nutcases to expend our pent up GIMME GIMME DT's while not obliterating this fine thread with 'crap' unrelated to CERA info and questions.

Please have at er over there mmmmkay ?

Those prices per gram are high though in the first place even an ounce is high. You are in an expensive area oh well. I guess I am not driving to you lol...you can relax now.

3/8s hmmmmmmmm like I said no brain. They will answer eventually or maybe OF can measure.

That's top shelf bud there, the best there is, very competitive. Regs is also quite good, if that's your choice. Outdoor is typically $100/ounce, indoor $150.

Once again, Bob is right. 3/8 thread and standard drip tips fit the oil cart fine. I have one on mine right now in fact.

The prices are cheaper than they are here, but not by much. The selection is what blows me away! I feel like a very lucky man most of the time, I have a great life, how sweet it would be to be able to go to a apothecary and select what I like from their shelves, just like it wasn't something to be ashamed of. REAL medicine.

Yes it is cool. 100% tested too. Guaranteed no pesticides, mold, bacteria or other concerns. As good as can be done IMO. Spoils you for sure. Too bad the medical plan doesn't cover it....yet. Growing is also an option, notice you can buy rooted seedling clones cheap? The larger dispensaries conduct free weekly 'grow classes'.

Serious stuff.

It can be dangerous standing in front of the display cases......they take CCs you know and give receipts, how weird is that?

I just moved 16 posts from this thread over to smokum's CERA, the wait & jibberish thread in the Lounge. All of these posts were made after I posted about drifting off topic and he created the thread. We've also received a rash of reports about off-topic posts in here.

This is not the sort of clean-up we like doing, so all of you: don't make me come back in here. :goon:

Does anyone see any problem using a Kevlar sleeve with the Cera while waiting for the actual silicone sleeve? I'm just trying to figure out a temporary option.

OF had said the heat is fine unless you are running it non stop. I bet you can deal till the sleeves are in if you even need it at all. I guess it will depend on how you use it. My biggest concern would be if I can pocket it after done and OF said you can if you do a "normal" session. I believe that was 5-10 minutes.

And you'd be right on all 3 points. I think a normal session is maybe 5 minutes. At that point, no problems dropping it into your pocket, if the pocket is more or less empty (and big enough) and drops cap first it disappears as if by magic......

OF, how much time do you have to wait between starting the Cera and the moment you can inhale, with LL cart. ?
If it's only a few seconds, we can stop it after each inhalation, so it never become hot...... Am I right or wrong, OF ?

It depends a bit on the final power (remember I have two possibles about 20% apart), half a minute at a rush, probably more like a minute routinely.

No, that won't work. Short breaks mid session is not the answer IMO. Retained heat will probably make it worse in fact. If you're in a hurry, turn it on, warm it up, take your hits and shut it down.

So that would make the usage very different then the EO good to know. With the EO he was using the toggle to turn off in between hits some of the time when he remembered.

I'm just curious if the illuminated switch dims at all when the battery runs low? I know the draw is probably too small, but it would be a cool way to judge battery level at a glance if it were possible.

I know nothing about batteries but I was under the impression that the light battery is like your watch or lights that need nothing but a small batt and has nothing to do with the cera itself. I would imagine all that is needed is in the cap and a totally separate thing.

This is what he lacks : an indicator of the battery ;)

Mad question !!!
Do you think the light switch must consume more than a normal switch ?! :\
