Well, my one looks exactly like the evolver pics here
https://www.vapexhale.com/index.php/store/browse/cloud-hydratubes/evolver-hydracirc-detail

The VXC showerdome found here
https://www.vapexhale.com/index.php/store/browse/cloud-hydratubes/vapexhale-showerdome-detail
has no reduction in bore above the splash guard.

I could've sworn there used to be VXC hydracircs (not showerdomes) that were almost identical to the evolver though

If that's not the case though, sweet, I've got an evolver

Nice I got the showerdome :)
I really want a mini HT tho ;)

ok after a full hardcore day with my cloud i would have only 1 suggestion, i had 2 but they did send the clear cover to place on the cloud to keep it cooler to the touch but thats not a issue to me, the only thing i would like to see a elb with a second lip, even thought you can break it in so the elb slides in and out easier it is still pressed flush and when hot can be a pain to remove it without getting a little burn sometimes and it can cause a mess . but if it had a little lip on top of the flat section to grip it easier it would be perfect, not complaining as i have my own way of doing it but that would make the unit 100% perfect for me,.

ive used wax/budda/oil/hash/keef and bud, tried it many ways, 2 cap method, qtip method, keef oil water hash on top with no bud on the bottom and with bud, all of it worked flawlessly. i did play around with temps and shocked that some work better at 10/11 oclock, others at noon, others at 1:30 some at 3, so it takes a little curve to get what you desire but each time we got plumes of vapor which impressed everyone, and the performance is outstanding, no bad surprises at all, meaning it worked flawlessly each and every time and even small amount gets you 3 to 6 pulls depending on amount used. I do have a question, are you guys pulling out your elb's between each major drag, or do you leave it in, and if so how long is it ok to leave it in before the heat cooks its usefulness.

Someone a WHILE back posted a pic and tip for ELB's. Works nicely! All 6 of mine are done this way......no problems. Grab the flat edge of the ELB(the part that sits flush) with a needle nose pliers or something similar. Then bend/pry UP slightly. Now when the ELB sits in place, one section is bent up/raised. Giving you a fingernail notch to help extract the ELB. Won't effect anything. Hope I explained it well enough.

just did it, genius, i used my little tools to make it perfect and thats is exactly what i meant, you explained it well and surprised i didnt think of it, maybe i was worried about damdaging its performance but nope the idea works and nothing changed
only a small section needs to be lifted and solved the tiny gripe i had, thanks so much.
im surprised each time i use it on just how much clean tasting clouds of vapor im getting, im talking lots of vapor.

ok im going to try this, snip one tiny portion on the elb itself and lift it up in a angle, then do the same for the cap, this way with a little twist it will lock into place so when i lift the cap it will drag the elb with it.

just put one finger on top of another and youll get my idea

Sometimes it is nice though to pull the cap off and peer at your herb.....check it's vaping progress. Just personal pref. I've done little tweaks like this to enhance everything.....it's fun ☁

oh i agree, technically what i asked wasnt a complaint nor a issue, just like modding things to make them how i want and this seems easy enough to adjust if people choose to but not needed to enjoy the unit, as i stated before, its the best unit out there, the half vaporizer, half water pipe is juts brilliant, the all glass tube is outstanfing, the elbs are a perfect size for a nice session, easy to use ad looks superb and is versatile, can be used in many ways on many units and can do all of the main products form keeef to was etc.., but most of all , works better then anything ive tried at least for me, the volcano and a few others are great units so dont get me wrong, but the vapor the cloud produces is second to none and the taste is the best ive had yet so far and performance wise a well. heats up pretty quick, no muss no fuss. i cant speak highly of it any further because its just incredible, its a must own

Frederick: Evolver and VX HydraCirc are the same models. VX circ is not made anymore and is replaced byVX showerdome (which was previously made by SGW). Only difference between the two makers I can see is that Evolver circ is nicer finished. Probably has nicer wider base, and where the thick tube narrows, it's made smoothly as opposed to VX circ. See the difference:
Evolver circ x VX circ.

bizzum: As already said, bending the cap is probably the only way, a lip would make it impossible to attach a HT.

m0sh: You haven't learned? I know the wait is hard. It's torturing me too as my only desktop EQ is slowly dying, I was it replaced by Cloud asap. But warranty is a must. Your case is one that keeps me from giving up and purchasing one without warranty. I feel so sorry for your loss, but you shouldn't get burned twice. The wait will bring fruits. ;)

Aso, anyone has problem that the vapexhale.com lags like hell and takes forever to load? It wasn't like this before, is it becaue of high demand (and my notebook being crappy)?

Just to clarify that what happened to me would never been covered by warranty so even if I get it, it won't help... but I will only do so if I get a fat bonus... :D
Now I can write whatever I want it doesn't mean I'd actually do it ;) , I do enjoy my SD with a faithful portable vaporizer !

HT are brilliant... when the MINI showerdome comes, I'll first in line

Just got an email about a holiday sale at gotvape. They are mentioning that the VB2.0 (deluxe version) comes complete with a Hydrotube™ (!!!) Isn't the name hydortube a trademark™ of Vapexhale? If not, it should be...:uhoh:
Here is the link: http://www.gotvape.com/vaporblunt-2-portable-vaporizer.html
It talks about it on the video as well as at the bottom of the page of the description...

I think its Hydratube TM and not Hyrdotube...

If I remember right, I read in the VB2 post that they have some sort of license from VXC guys. But don't know if that includes the name...

I looked in on that thread, and I thought I read that they had collaborated with VXL to get to make those hydratubes. Also PV is supposed to be making a smaller version for the solo and other smaller vapes I hope comes out some time soon, I would love a smaller version.

+1 X1mil smaller version!

Is there any thread for the HT itself? because its a standout even without a cloud, simply a mindblowing glass work!

For this last question, it honestly depends. The hotter you have the cloud set at AND the longer you plan to go in between rips, the better it is to remove the ELB between hits.

If you are at a lower temp and won't be over a minute, I wouldn't worry about it.

And on removing ELBs, I too had a LOT of trouble when I first got it, but after using the cloud daily for months I've stopped using any "tools" and can effortlessly grab a fully sunken ELB with just my two (short) fingernails.

Fred, does the mouthpiece flare out a tiny bit on your HT? Mine does, and it's the only difference from the Evolver Hydracirc that I can tell (the Evolver flares a little inwards at the mouthpiece).

I asked Stonemonkey about mine and he said it was a showerdome by TAFKAGM. Does your HT look like mine? Here's a picture of mine next to the watertool for the Vaporblunt 2.0 for comparison.

I helped OF out in the testing of the VB2.0 as I have the Cloud and he doesnt' so he wanted me to chime in on that aspect.(See the VB2.0 thread). Commonly they are referring to it as the WaterTube in discussions now to differentiate. They have an an arrangement to use the HT techniology. Their HT/WT is as tall as a Clouds,,but thinner (not as much volume). It was kind of like hitting the ShowerCap. Bottom line I didn't feel it was a successful portable Cloud and will not be buying one. I see they are selling the glass without the heating unit. Would pay the extra for the Cloud HTs myself. But, to each his own.

damn, cloud goes off today :\ oh well, 1-3 weeks(what it said in the email, not sure about holiday times) thats not bad, just a good excuse for me to take a little TOLERANCE BREAK, dont lie everyone, you know you need to take one too.

lets see if i can hold out as long as the cloud haha :)

Bizzum....I find stiring the ELB, breaking up the herb even finer. Usually after 2nd pull. Promotes a better heat distribution. CLOUDY hit after stiring!!

Heres the two cap method

The paint method:
Painted the back of the top screen with a little bit, and went to town at 1:30. I must say it is super tasty and super clean, it definitely gives my Ti a run for its money.
Nice I do the me thing works great vapexhale is the best

Just a question here I was wondering what the average temp people are using cause when I first got my VXH I set it at 12 bells but it seems like over the last month or so I've had to put my temp up to 2 o'clock.to get the same results and my herb is dry, I don't get it ?
I know that different herb might need higher temps to vape because of moisture content but it seems to me that its not getting as hot at 12 bells like when I first recieved my VXH.
I'd appreciate some feed back concerning this, thanks, cause I love this thing.

If I leave my cloud on @ 12 for an hour in a fairly low-lighted room, and I turn it off as I'm looking down the glass tube (bamboo), I will see a red glow the second I turn it off.

Don't see much of a glow from 9am-10:30 even after left on for a while.

Are you letting it pre-heat on 12 a good deal longer than when it first turns green? An extra ten+ minutes does seem to make a difference.

For me the biggest difference in vapor density is the herb. Last night I had an ELB of Cherry Pie OG and the vapor was nowhere near as dense as usual. I then had an ELB of Banana Kush and all was right with the world again as I was pulling super thick vapor again.

I leave my temp set at Noon almost always. I'll bump it up to 2:00 for a get-your-ass-to-bed goodnight rip, but that's about it.

:peace:
