It's frustrating! I'm at work and service here is horrible, I keep trying to refresh like every 5 min (compulsively) and it's driving me nuts


What's a little upsetting is chances are they won't even ship today, if they still have to contact us to find out what we want to add to our order they probably won't ship til at least tomorrow :/

Didn't they mention they were going to talk to the skins guys in Oakland about getting them made? I understand it's just rubber but that would have to take a bit of time too I'd think. Adding on a few more days?

I know Dec 10th for pre-orders is "Subject to change" I just don't see how it's possible to ship all these out today with skins.

I would say to just relax a bit and wait for word to come down the line. I do believe they are trying to get the sleeves and a few other errands today to try to complete the orders as soon as possible. We will know when it's time. :cool:

For the record, I am very patiently waiting as well.

I understand they must be swamped, was just stating that today as a shipping date doesn't seem doable.

But who knows I could be completely wrong, they could be wrapping up our early Christmas Gifts as we speak!

I have faith, no worries.

But I am getting the little boy Christmas Eve jitters, anxiously awaiting my new bike sitting under my tree with a huge red bow!

Santa's coming early this year boys! And he's bringing Ceras for everyone!

Argh every time I get an email I get all excited... Could this be the one? Nope just fc saying someone has replied. If I don't need any extras and I know everything I need is on my order do you think I should email them and let them know? I don't really want to disturb them knowing how crazy things must be there right now.

Hey everyone! Its been EXTREMELY hectic here at TET. Everyone is in high gear getting ready to package up the Cera's and getting them into your hands.

I just wanted to calm everyone's nerves on the forums and say that e-mails regarding your pre orders will not be sent till tomorrow at the earliest. No need to break your poor F5 keys, or the command-R keys, just yet. Alternatively, you can switch to a push-enabled e-mail system and never have to reload your inbox manually... :cool:

Also, remember that you do not have to wait for any e-mail if you'd like to add to your pre-order (so that you do not have pay an additional shipping charge.) Simply shoot an e-mail over to sales@thermovape.com, and Jen or Zeki will gladly accommodate you.

We are overly excited over here. It is our belief that we have changed the world of vaporization completely with the Cera. Welcome to the new age.

be advised that those switch prices are the upgrade prices. What that means is that we take off the standard switch off of your Cera and replace it with the illuminated version. In other words, you have to preorder a Cera or have already pre-ordered one to get that price. If you do purchase an upgrade switch from either link above and do not have an existing Cera preorder, your order will be refunded within 24 hours of the transaction settling (usually within 48-72 hours of a credit card being charged) and an e-mail will go out stating the reason.

If you actually wanted to buy an additional switch in addition to your standard switch, send over an e-mail to sales@thermovape.com, and we will get you the correct pricing.

I'm pretty sure you have to order the switch upgrade before your Cera ships to get that price. If you have one at home, it would probably be a "too late" scenario. And then it would be full price ($75 last time I asked about illuminated)

Right, we are rectifying that. The plan for now is that if someone receives a Cera and wants the upgraded switch after at the upgrade price, then they will have to send their Cera in to have it installed. We will then hold onto the standard switch.

This is not set in stone, yet, however. Our option is that the upgrade price is only available BEFORE receiving your Cera.

I have both switches coming in my order, they should both work with out anything special being done to the Cera correct? I just swap them out when I want?

If the tip looks like an Indian teepee sending up smoke signals it's ON.
No billowing clouds of vapor. It's OFF.
Can't get any easier than that

Yeah, I don't see the value in buying both considering they are rated so highly. I did do the upgrade though...had to pimp it up :D

I live in the UK , what about the charger ? It says 120V so should I look for one on ebay ? You dont happen to offer one, do you ? Also , how much is shipping ? I guess I would have to pay import tax...

Our chargers do support 220v. You will need a physical adapter, though.
