Discontinued VapeXhale Cloud

You mean your Cloud is broken and you want replacement, right? They've just redone the support system, so links on papers could be invalid now. Just goto http://support.vapexhale.com/ and there is a link at the top called "open a support ticket".

Negative, captain. I just received my Cloud and it is operating as intended. It's like a dream come true.
I just want to register it in the event something does happen at some point. Should I still open a support ticket? Seems like they're pretty swamped.

warranty registration is different from reporting a bad unit, not sure what to say about the dead link, but there has to be some way to register available. I registered mine the day I got it, with no issues. I don't know if this kind of question is worthy of emial or do you have to submit tickets for any kind of interaction with VXL now?

jambandphan03,
Shit I never registered my cloud! It is/was working fine when I was using it since day one. It has since been put away for the last 3 months as I am having some legal troubles and cannot vape(and won't be till mid January or so). I guess I'll just figure it out if I ever have troubles. I guess I'm not too worried about as I got an actual call from StoneMonkey about the led issue and was supposed to send it back to get that sorted out but I loved my cloud too much to do that, so I just lived with it lol

I've owned my cloud for almost two months now, used daily. I don't know how else to say it without sounding cheesy, but it has changed my life. After only a few days of use, I couldn't stand the smell of smoke and since then, haven't smoked at all. I've tried other vapes in the past with the intent to quit combustion, but could never get over that final hump. The Cloud made it simple, effortless really.

Just another testimonial from a very satisfied customer.....one who needs to go find that registration card dammit.

I made the 3+ hour drive to see an old school chum who owns a Cloud. The reason for my trip was in part to visit my friend, and in larger part to try the Cloud.

I wish I could've tried some of the more interesting HydaTubes, but unfortunately my friend only has the HydraTree. Still a great piece of kit; really fun pulling up the tube to clear.

It's interesting, I always thought from photos/videos tgat the Cloud's body was made of plastic or a plastic composite. IRL it has such a nice smooth, cool feel in the hand.

The Cloud has been on the top of my list since I first heard of it. I'm practically craving one right now after having used it.

What more can I say that hasn't already been said? Great job VapeXhale!

Is there anything close to a third-party hydratube? It doesn't have to be as sophisticated, but any water pipes that don't require fllipping the vxh unit upsidedown to draw?

I broke my hydratube and I'm getting the run around from vxh regarding my replacement. They were certainly happy to charge my card for the $250 over a week ago, though.

Question. How do I register my cloud for warranty? I tried following the link that came with the warranty card, but it seems to be a dead link. Thanks ever so.
looks like they are having configuration issues tied to their ssl certificates according to chrome. they are pretty backlogged on emails but I would send them one with all the pertinent data and save the draft.

I don't think that there will be an upside-down ground glass joint on anything you'll find because they have a patented design...
Also SM said that Swagger tubes would take a couple of weeks to come(if that's the kind you ordered).

i am sure they will take care of you in the meantime I had a local glassblower make me a stem with 18mm end for 20 bucks. I would think that a an 18mm gong downstem would work too.

Nope, ordered a hydra-tree *in stock*. They told me they shipped the last one with a unit several days after I ordered. They said they'd get me a hydracirc (also showing in stock) out the next day, and suprise that did not happen and they won't get back to me.

I understand being a new business, but you can't set incorrect expectations, and most importantly charge someone in advance that sum of money for something that may not ship for weeks/months.

It sucks there isn't really a viable alternative, I don't really want to have to flip the unit onto a bong.

You get the "run around" from shady businesses, which VXL is not. You're new here, so you don't know the company. We do, and if you're getting the run around, that's just your perception, as in jumping to conclusions. I'm not going to say their customer service is perfect, or can't be improved, but they'll take care of your issue. It certainly won't be months, and I'm also certain they'll refund your money if that's what you want.

I don't really know why you wouldn't. Lots of people do. Some will certainly buy the Cloud by itself and never use an HT with it. It works great that way. I can't imagine not using a Cloud because you only have a bong to mate up with it.

Also the new Devastator piece is intended to be used with the Cloud upside down.

The run around is them telling me oh just one more day, more than once. It is a really bad practice and if they told me from day one it will take several weeks, there would be no complaints. I've already have spent the $550+tax+shipping with the company -- why do I need to *know* the company? Also I've lurked for well over a year, which is how I even found the cloud.

Why don't I want to flip it? If I already had a bong that would be one thing, but I'm considering taking my $250 elsewhere but I'm not going to buy a nice bong to have to try and balance a heavy heater unit on it, upside down.

If you've been around the forum that long you've had plenty of chance to view the rules. You've expressed your displeasure in all three of your posts. Hopefully the company will take your complaints to heart and strive to improve their customer service. I can't see any need for more complaining, as far as accomplishing anything, so please move on to another topic or go back to lurking, since you seem reticent to join any discussions.

I am sure they will be more than willing to refund your cash if you are not happy. I use an ads stemless and cloud in injector mode. balancing the "heavy heater" is not a problem for me.

jackstraw62,
Get a stemless if you're worried about balancing.

I have been dormant for a while and I just want to say that after all these months the VXC has been my vaporizer of choice. Purchased a unit for my mom as a Christmas present (she suffers from arthritis and insomnia) and her life has literally been changed by the cloud. She sleeps better, eats better, and she isn't taking large amounts of narcotics day and night to treat her ailments.

Thanks again to the VXC team. :)

i think i overmedicated.
I love hydratubes. I love hitting big tubes too, but at the end of the day nothing beats the cloud paired up with a HT. I always end up shelving the big stuff and coming back to my HT. Excellent flavor and, IMHO, much more efficient than a full size tube.
