Always in a state of confusion and silliness♀
We still need some ll vids of shorter draws and I know a mess load of people are still waiting in the ejuice. Just a reminder. You guys haven't slept in so long, I am not sure you know your own names.

I am who I am and your approval isn't needed!
Ya, I was holding out on the ejuice demo but it was stressing me out wanting to make sure I hit under the 1st release batch/date considering I'll have enough of a wait for it to make it thru customs, our idiot postals whining about their xmas backlogs, so I caved. And since Noah states he uses 'his' daily I decided to jump in & place my faith that it TOO is a major performer !

I know they don't want a bunch of pissed off Canucks traveling over there with revenge in their hearts and seal clubs in hand..... so I think I'm safe in my assumptions ;)

I wonder how fast the cera will be sold out preorder only 500 units to be launched in this pre order sale. I bet there all spoken for cause I'm sure all the advertising word of mouth and forums and medical establishments would potentially empty there Christmas basket of goodies quickly I suppose and by the looks of the videos well worth the price and waits.
What struck me about the cera is that its all medical grade ceramic which gives you a total glass vapor path which you control by the amount of air you take in and how fast which can make for a relaxing session to medicate, no bags to wait till fill, no whips to annoy you, sleek and small 1 inch wide by 6 inch long, portable and interchangeable carts to use different types of product medicate in a fast, safe, no brainier vaporizer.

Fill it up ,turn it on, inhale, exhale, inhale, exhale and so on and so on until your ills have been alleviated and ready for the world and all it has to offer.
The fact that the science and the knowledge comes from a medical background and knowledge base is a real plus which gives me piece of mind, I'm a nurse well was a nurse and now depend on a multidisciplinary look at my health and the cera will be part of my whole scope of health. Opiates weren't meant for long tern chronic pain there meant for acute pain and quick onset relief. I man opiates but over the years have reduced my dosages significantly and focused on medicinal cannabis, oils and edibles to help heal me and help reduce my pain and it has in such a huge way. There was a time when the dr said better get off some of those meds your liver is on its way to failure, you are in charge of your health so I took charge still not healed but better.

For those wondering how much longer they can wait to pre-order TV said on Wednesday half of the 500 were taken and then said late Thursday night that the remaining were going quick. As the shipping date nears I'm sure more people will be willing to buy...

Great accessory for sure.

I personally like the look of a giant carrot, thank you very much. At least if anyone comes up to me inquiring I can simply say, "What's up Doc?"

Congratulations on your Cera!

Do you want a good laugh too? Don't tell anyone though, its a secret.....

Watch the end credits :dog:

He looks so natural. I won't inquire any further. :spliff:

Sorry for the delay in getting back to some unanswered questions, compiling now.

Busy day holding every ones feet to the fire to get the last minute stuff done. Do not worry, if there is a delay in the Cera production. I will tell you what company is causing the delay, and we can collectively request they get us whatever component is holding up the show. Tends to get peoples attention, the collective voice. You will not find a group of people more committed to getting these vaporizers out you guys. Our doors are always open (these days, literally always) and we invite anyone who is in our neck of the woods to come by, shoot Zeki an email at info@thermovape.com to give us the heads up, and we will make sure you ge the full tour and see how much work goes into making each Cera. You can even help put a Cera together (this is really just a thinly veiled plea for free labor ;) ). This coming week we will finally have everything (it is always the last few things...) on hand to assemble, test, test, test, test, test, test, test, package, and begin shipping units. First ordered, first shipped. We will also have one extra person to come in and push Canadian and International orders out ASAP because of the longer transit/holiday.

We still have units. Every one's new Cera's, the first of their kind, get born next week. We will film the process (so I've been informed). Our process now is more similar to a mix of meedical device manufacturing and watchmaking, very cool. Modern materials meet an age old practive of hand assembly. kWe are also going to have an open house, where if anyone is in the Bay area, they could come and pick up their units, see if we are entertaining in person. No date yet, long enough before Christmas that the Cera's b-day party is not 12/25 last I checked that date was taken. So we invite any and all customers/supporters to join us, and pick up their Cera right from where they are born. You'll also be able to talk with all of the people who out your device together. Should be fun... we have a few bottles of Champaign that we have had for years waiting for this moment. Truly the realization of a dream. If you can, and would like to, please come join us.

To say we are excited is an understatement. We simply cannot wait to get these Cera's out into the world.

If we were not facing the holiday time crunch would also offer custom laser engraving, on the Metal, Ceramic, or both. Our Laser in Freemont has done all our stuff in the past, they are reasonable and we basically just have them quote us. Depends on how serious people get, but usually it is only $10-$20, for 102 different surfaces, think linear surface, the do not consider marking around the Cera circumferential a surface, They would consider it 2 surfaces, because they have to turn it.

Any, all the ceramic is full laser etchable. We do a very subtle etch on the bottom button, and on the safety, other then that it is a open canvas.

The ceramic etching can provide a range of color, usually in the gray-brown, and only darker if multiple passes are used, the whole show can get pretty elaborate if desired. If anyone has a Thermovape, or AVA/Rev then you have an example of Laser Marks work. That is the budget end, 1 surface.

There is NO way we can do custom etching and ship in advance of the holiday. However, it is a service you could always do anytime. Or have a local laser etcher have at it, Zirconia is tough stuff, they may find they need to check the quality of the unit they use. Many laser reflectors are high grade structural ceramics. Worry about the Cera beating the laser, not the Laser beating the Cera.

If you want laser etching all we require is an email to info@thermovape.com tellingus you want it, and how many surfaces, all we require is some type of standard file type, jpeg. giff. pdf. whatever.

The etching can be whatever you want. You have total freedom to express whatever you like, however you like, it will NOT wear off. The world is your oyster, the laser is indifferent, and we feel that people should be able to put whatever words/names/image/etching/etc. they want, on whatever they want, that they own. So if it exists in some type of reasonable file type as an image, it can be etched onto the Cera.

We send him stuff weekly. They are good with getting us quotes, but they do it weekly. So I hand of batch of parts to be etched or send him a image file for a quote, I'll ask for it back on Friday and pull the trigger to start the jobs that following Monday. 1 week cycle, then max 1 week to etch usually. So laser etching can add 2 weeks lead time (longer maybe if it required a custom quote for an elaborate job).

Otherwise we have his pricing rules, assume $10 per surface the surface on the Cera can be both metal and ceramic on the body, meaning that if you want to etch the length of the Cera you could start on the Metal base and etch all the way up the side of the ceramic body. A surface just means the Part/Cera does not have to be rotated/repositioned/manipulated to run the laser over the desired target. Remember that you are printing/writing/drawing/illustrating on a tube. There is no color options for etching, it can just go from light (barely visible) to very dark gray-brown (near black).

I am heading over to Oakland on Monday to see f we can get ourselves another American company to support. These guys can make us the Thermal condoms in many, many colors. so hopefully they are excited to want to work with us,and we can get this product made with more options then just black (Black Silicone Insulator, White/clearish/translucent (like the Rev Glass Adapter Hose color are a DONE DEAL, we made it happen, just have to finalize the cost and finish ASAP, like next week. If they are hesitant I may ask for all of your support (via email or the like) to show demand for the (new and American made and sourced) product. Usually that is all I need to convince someone to do what it takes to get the product made.

I probably won't mention I'm calling it the thermal condom. BTW the thermal condom allows for essentially flat out continuos operation of the Cera even in LL. Directly engages every single piece of Glass Ware (;)) we have thrown at it. Pushed a full load of straight screen sieve (notoriously difficult to run by itself in a vaporizer) and pulled 25 straight inhales, and gave up, still had vapor to produce. A pretty exceptional, and totally new experience. We will of course demo this with the LL video showing that this device will pretty much vaporize every material we can find that is <80% essential oil. No need to mix, works directly, works mixed, it just works, don't worry I'll put my Cera where my mouth is, and shoe exactly what you can expect from all these different materials. We will show you exactly what it can do, tell you clearly what it cannot, and we truly feel that we will have some very happy customers. Very happy. Really happy.... that is just my guess.

Thermal sleeve and a thermal cap = thermal condom.

We are after it. It is going to happen. oh.. and Jam, pretty sure tie die swirl type effect would be possible as well. ;) we'll see.

Also, we are including with every Cera a 12 pack of O-rings, including cartridge O-rings in Black Viton if you do not like the red (Black Si skinned Cera with Black Viton o-rings, running a 510 style drip-tip (instead of the top cap and ceramic mouthpiece) is a knockout IMHO, and in that set-up does not look like a sex toy. Now the Cera with full thermal condom, looks like a sex toy, could be a sex toy, probably will be a sex toy for someone. That's fine, as long as it help you have an effective alternative to smoking, any other way it can effectively satisfy you (or others, no judgment ;)) is just gravy IMO.

So that is the current state of the vapor. On track for the very first run of Cera's (our ceramics guys were here yesterday, they are excited as we are).

Please also know, that although we are burning through these 500 units before Christmas. We have 4500 more coming in January. We are a unique company in that we can survive off selling just a few hundred vaporizers (owners don't get paid - it is a passion for Nathan and I both, we are a true employee driven company, ask them), however we have the capabilities of producing pretty much however many vaporizers we want. So rest assured, if you want a Cera, we will make one for you. If 200 Americans want Cera we will make them, if 100,000 want them, we will make them, if 1,000,000 American want them we would make them and feel like we were starting to make an impact (50,000,000 smokers). We do not have competition, we have a problem we are trying to help solve, we welcome "competition" we just call it help, this is a big problem and there is a huge unmet need. We just hope to one, of any effective alternatives and solution for people to never smoke again.

Cheers,

Noah

PS The final part 2 of the PG to wax performance test is going up, this shows 0.25 Wax from empy, then the e-cig vids, 3 parts. I'll just say it. I am extremely serious about my Cera VG. I woud be back smoking if it was not effective. I know that you guys are going to like it. Big improvement over the AVA. Increased capacity and the flavor is the best I have ever experienced. If you are looking for a serious device for non-tobacco nicotine delivery, or to really open up VG tinctures the Cera will deliver. the Cera VG is purpose built to be effective. I truly believe i is the most effective VG vaporizer ever built, and I have been very committed to VG vaping for 5 years. You could not take my Cera VG away from me, this device is effective. Barring any computer tragedy/internet failure/Anthony collapsing from exhaustion we will have the Cera VG vids up tonight.

Plenty of that too my friend :brow:...back in the day there would be Cubans as well...but no more smoke for me. :(

Tweek,
'sopping' ?? oh man..... so easy to flip this with regard to my last comment. Lucky for you... this Honky don't play dat game
He's been working very hard, and seems to function well on 45 mins. of sleep.
There's also a rumor that federally banned substances may be involved. But since this is something I just made up it's hard to prove.

Heheheeehee..."sopping"!

very cool :)

Thanks for the updates, and for keeping things moving along on track!! Sure wish I was closer to the factory too... SF would probably make a good place to live, but I was hoping to keep things moving at a bit of a slower pace in my life right now, so Eugene is a slightly better fit at the moment...and where I'm stuck living for now. I've moved 5 times in 2 years since leaving TX, and really burned out on the process. Anyway, very cool news!!

Cheers.

Hoping next time lines up better for a visit on your way through... I felt aweful about having to turn you guys away last time you passed through, but getting sick, I couldn't vape at all and didn't want to pass it around to you guys for sure. Boy that would have been rich. It's a cool little town, much slower than Houston by far, and much less polluted, I can actually breathe here...the little things eh?
just to put this back on track... I am so freaking stoked about the Cera!!

What about Canadian.... Whiskey?
Plenty of that too my friend :brow:...back in the day there would be Cubans as well...but no more smoke for me. :(

No there isn't. We do have whiskey but it's all imported from the US or Ireland. In Canada, we make whisky.

Hmmm. Cuban e-cig juice, hmmm. I sense a business opportunity.

OB topic: While TET products have never appealed to me as vapourizers, what I like about them is the brilliant engineering that goes into them. The Cera design has elegance, a quality difficult to achieve. The company's ethics are impeccable and TET is unparalleled in being open about the development and production processes. They clearly listen to and respond to their customers. I put them on the same level as Magic-Flight, and that's a pretty high standard.
