Sam's tasty beta downstem in the monster of glass, my Leviathan. These two pieces were destined to be together.

Was hoping to get a good milk shot... but at least you get to see the percs fire. This is actually with very little effort on the pull. Usually, I have to coach these guys on the pull, for vapor. With this piece, its sometimes hard to convince them to just hit it like combusting (in this case, of vape/glass combo).

I've been really picking on Mike lately. Great guy to work with, always quick to respond and he even replied to me on a Sunday, wasn't expecting that.

I've ordered a 4 1/2" showerhead, 14mm to 14mm angled extender, 14 to 18mm male angled extender, custom 18mm female mouthpiece like jamphanband's, and a custom 14mm whip attachment like this:

Can't wait to see what he comes up with. The one pictured above (Vapor Brothers) has a 7mm opening, so my SSV whip doesn't fit real well. Mike said he would make my 14mm with 9.5mm tubing, which is pretty close to the SSV's inner diameter (3/8").

Mike's whip adaptors are THICK on the tubing. Don't know the dimensions, but its a very tight, hard to get on, experience.

I bought a 18/14 10 slit showerhead downstem and glass stopper from OregonGlassBlower last Sunday night. (The 18/14 wasn't even a listed item but he said he could make it no problem.) Not only did he give me an even better price for buying two things at once, but he sent me an ice pinch snapper bowl as a free gift as well!!!! Shipping was extremely fast.

I can't say I've ever dealt such an awesome merchant. The work is awesome too. I won't be going to anyone else for my glass accessories.

I'm interested in how all of this works out especially the custom 14mm whip attachment (as I have the same vape and glass combo). I'm debating between this and the 7th floor adapter. I suspect I would prefer the more downward angle shown in the pic.

Damn that thing is massive (adapter from Mike). I think he only knows one size with them. BIG/HEFTY and built like a friggin' tank.

My straight 14mm adapter is the same way, except fatter.

I asked this in the vapor accessories thread but this might be a better place: has anyone tried the 18mm ti nail from OGB? Seems to be the best price on what I would assume is a legit Grade 2 ti nail.

Thanks very much Tweak for posting these pics. I suspect I'll be using my SSV even or below the bubbler and suspect I too will prefer Mike's.

But first, I'd like to know a bit about its usage compared to the 7th floor one. How is the fit of the tubing and how difficult is it getting the tubing on Mike's? (The graduated angle of the green glass on the 7th Floor seems preferred for sliding on the tubing vs the long cylinder of Mike's). How is the GOG fit and what is it like using it? Any other impressions? Perhaps a picture of each setup with whip and SSV, both with vape and bubbler at same base height ... (Excuse my nitpickiness, but I'm a glass noob and haven't yet used my new bubbler or ordered any adapters. Then there is the shipping costs to Canada. My t-break ends any day I choose now).

BDV what do you mean when you say Mike's adapter is huge? Are you only referring to the straight one that Tweak posted?

The only delays I have ever encountered with Mike, are mine. I usually do a lot of my correspondence late at night. I'm sure he's sleeping. But, by the time I wake up myself... I've got my response. Anything during the day, he's responded by the time, I log back on. Dude is efficient.
