Discontinued VapeXhale Cloud

Uhg, my post got lost amongst all the off-topic dog chatter(important info. though). Typical for me.
In summary; seeing as how the devastator has an AC included, would you guys think it would be fine to use a different Ash Catcher with the Cloud? Example would be my Toro AC, or other high end glass. I'm worried about the weight, etc. Is this a bad idea or should it be 'fine'? Thanks in advance.

I would just make sure it has strong glass as the devastator was made for the cloud and should handle, but the same can't be said about all AC.

For anyone that cares, the ashcatcher that we provide with the Devastator was built to be strong enough to leave the Cloud on top of it hands free. I think everyone will be very pleased with the glass line that VapeXhale will be introducing shortly. More to come in the upcoming weeks :)

If you sell HydraTubes that are highly resistant to breakage, you'll be one awesome monkey. I'm having a hard time getting my broken HydraLine replaced. Bank statement says my credit card was charged on 11/23 but the HydraLine hasn't shipped yet (at least according to VXH order info).

As I mentioned earlier, please file a support ticket. We have no way of figuring out which order you are referring to because we don't have your name, email address, etc etc

Yeah, I was going to edit my post to remove that specific issue because I realized it would have been better to go straight to you guys but you responded before I could do it. I've submitted a ticket, have a good weekend...

Question: Approximately how long will it take for an order to be processed and shipped from VXH if the merchandise in question is in stock? If this is an inappropriate question for this thread, please allow me to apologize in advance.

How ever long it takes. If you really want to know I would suggest contacting VapeXHale directly as everyone's situation and location are different.

Sad day in vapor town for fatty :(. My cloud stopped heating up last night. Oh well these things happen and she has been going strong like a champ since launch. Hopefully she'll be back before winter break!

If the inventory is in stock it will ship the same day or the following business day. If its within the US the package usually arrives with standard shipping in 2 to 3 business days.

That sucks, fatty. You have my sympathies. I hope you're back in the Clouds soon.

I experimented with a Mobius Matrix and a Soverignty. ELB cap fell into the stem of the
glass if I let the Cloud sit reversed with its full weight. If I held the Cloud a little away
from the stem so not as good seal then the cap stayed in. What do others do with this
issue.

That has happens to me from time to time. I would suggest that you swap the caps around with the various ELBS you have. See if you can find one with a snugger fit. Sometimes I get a combination ELB and cap that fit a little loose. I sometimes "twist" the cap a little, I feel like it can cause it to "lock down" more with a little twist... this is a complete superstition and I don't know if it actually helps.

With all this new, fancy glass available and thinking of what's soon to come, I'm perpetually tempted to get another HydraTube for my "weapon of glass conduction" (my Cloud). But, being a simple-minded unfrozen caveman vaporist and a minimalist, I'm reminded how perfectly happy I am with my Hydracirc each time I use it. It's gorgeously slim, quiet, and an absolute pleasure to watch.

Not bad for a neanderthal, eh? And I know you're all envious of my fancy HT holder.

Reshape the ELB by pressure sculpting it with your thumb and forefinger until it stays in the joint. I second the idea of using an adapter or Cloud Buddy.

I agree with SliM, first I'd check my other caps to see if one fit the ELB tighter. When I can't match a cap to any ELB because its to loose I've found you can force it open a bit more with a good ol' Sharpie marker: Take the cap and place on the end of the Sharpie. Press the sharpie into a hard surface like your kitchen counter or a table. Start off with light pressure - you don't want to make the cap too tight.

I completely agree. I really want to get another HydraTube myself, but my HydraTree works so amazingly well. :) I have a huge bong named Chief that could work with the Cloud, and I have yet to use it, cause the HydraTree is perfect.

If I did get another, I'd probably get either the HydraLine, ShowerCap, or Double Swagger, but again, I'm holding out for right now.

I also have a couple other pieces, a standard tube glass bong and a Headford Triple Doughnut layback inline bubbler, both of which work very well with the Cloud. But I almost never use them with the Cloud, reserving them for my HI and viVape. The HT is just so damn choice.

If I were to get another HT, I'd also consider the Swagger.

I have been getting a lot of solid use out of my Cloud. When I was running it on higher temps (3 o'clock) I was getting some near combustion, so I decided to set it at noon and leave it there for a while to do a control to see if it was anything to be concerned about. Seems it's been running steady at noon ever since, with no issues. :D It's been a while since I've shown the Cloud some luv here in the forum, so I thought I'd come post about how dependable it's been so far.
