...As a general rule, anytime something is wrong with your Cloud, please don't PM, email, or Tweet us. Please open a support ticket. This allows us to properly track all of our web inquiries and ensure that we follow up with everyone. We tried to accomodate all these various channels but realized that it is very easy to let things slip through the cracks if you are managing all the various communication channels...

Good to know. I think its great you openly support the forum to begin with.

Damn I acted a little too soon. I should have waited for this Devastator!

Nah I'm excited enough for my Cloud and Swagger Tree :brow:

Wow... If that happened to me I would be "devastated".

Was that the same one that I was hitting, SliM? R.I.P.

:peace:

Your telling me... my heart stopped when it happened. They mailed it to me and later that night it broke. It was right when SM55 left on vacation too so timing wise I could not do much about it. I have a replacement now and will be working on the photographs tonight. :)

Your most welcome. I am glad we are able to get things sorted out. :)

As most of you now. I can't handle most Sativa strains. Just had some headband in the cloud. I got to say I like it. It is technically a hybrid, but pretty sativa feeling from the Sour Diesel. Feeling creative and ready to go do some photography. ;)

Edit: Man that Headband is great... helped me power through those photographs. Off to bed here. Hope everyone has a cloudy morning.

I am so happy to have been given this opportunity. I am looking forward to helping the company grow. Like SM55 mentioned I will be doing lots of various tasks including customer service. If you ever see the name Robert in any of your correspondences with the company or customer service then you are talking to me. :) Hope everyone has a cloud day!
Hello:
Are you still going to be here in Washington State. And what are you going to be doing. Got to know what the local representative can do for me. Congratulations.

I am not going to have to move. I a am staying here in the Seattle area. There is not a physical office or anything here. I might be doing some events and such around the area. I was at the School of Dank recently. If other opportunities pop up like that, I would try and attend.

It is with a lot of pride and joy to announce that the VapeXhale team has grown!

We have a philosophy here at VapeXhale "slow to hire, fast to fire" -- Early on, we brought on many people that volunteered their services, many of them working for free. As the old adage goes, "you get what you pay for" and many times, their work (or lack thereof) ended up costing us more time, money, and energy than if the core team just did the work ourselves. Because of that, we have been very selective about who we welcome into the team. With that said, the newest member of our family is.....

(drum roll please!)

SlightlyMedicated!

We had our first face to face meeting at the Seattle Cannabis Cup and between his work ethic, personable demeanor, and lung capacity.... we brought him out for the Kush Expo in LA. Again, he was a rock star, not just in terms of work ethic, but in his empathy and kindness to others.

SlightlyMedicated will be helping the VX team in a number of different areas, from sales, photography, to customer support.

We are excited to grow our team and I know the rest of the Cloud community has appreciated his input and work. Please welcome him as the latest member of Team VapeXhale.

I'm fortunate to know Slightly Medicated , and I'm confident this is a great move for you and VXH, SM. Solid, solid choice.

SliM - all the best to you. We'll connect soon, for sure.

Just realized something I haven't seen demo'd with the devastator.

If you were to use JUST the base bub (no A/C) with an evolver hydratube (no bent-neck) connected to the male joint, it seems like the cloud unit would be hitting your face.
You can imagine how it would look watching SliM's devastator video in the beginning with the wide shot (~0:09)

Maybe not quite hitting your face, but definitely reeeally close.

I think a quick picture or short video would help clarify

I think if you are going to use the Devastator in that fashion I would recommend a bent neck HydraTube like the swaggers. That will keep things out of your face. The base blubber (No Ash Catcher) works, but the cloud is right there. When you use the Ash Catcher though you can distance the cloud from your face more.

I remember someone at the Kush Expo just trying the main blubber and a HydraTube. They were curious to see how it would work. They were able to use it fine, I just remember them lifting their head out of the way as they removed the cloud to clear the chamber.

On another note. I was running an experiment to see how long I could go without cleaning my ELB. Unfortunately, the experiment got cut short. After about 2.5 months of multiple uses a day and no cleaning it was still going strong. It fell on the floor and I did not notice. I found it an hour late next to my puppies bed... all chewed up. Well my puppy was feeling pretty high there for the rest of the day :( Just the main body fell, the cap was still on my desk. Luckily he did not swallow it and only chewed on it for awhile... he wanted the flavor. It is a reminder though to keep track of your ELBS.

Wait a minute. You have used the same ELB for over 2 months without cleaning it? The longest I've let an ELB go without an ISO bath is 2 days. Maybe I'm anal, but I've assumed that a clean ELB tastes better, and provides better airflow. Did you notice any difference in taste or airflow with that ill-fated ELB used in your experiment?

A CloudBuddy can give you some additional clearance if needed ;)

Holly Crap SliM! 2 months! I'm anal like Stu (maybe worse); I think I might average about 1/2 a day per elb ... maybe less ... I'd say I use 2-4 elb's most days (I cycle through 6)

Yar that's along what I was thinking.

Guess its off to find a glassblower to do a custom bub where my non-bent hydratube can attach without getting in the way

Trying to visualize a piece where that would work out comfortably but certainly seems like a challenge.

Holy clogged ELB, SliM!! Like Stu, I clean mine very often and am curious about your experiment.
