Best Large Volume Pieces for VXC?

Hey guys. So I was planning on getting a SG 50mm stemline Up Grid but it sold out literally while it was sitting in my cart for checkout. So now I'm debating between the 50mm stemline Down Grid and a King Stemline (either up or down). What do you guys think? I keep going back and forth on the King. Some people say it's too "airy" and big, others say it's the best hit they get. For vapor, is there necessarily a "better" choice between up and down grid or is it simply preference? Right now I've just been using my Vertigo Hydratree and I want more volume and more diffusion. It'd be nice to kill a bowl in a hit or two and not have to sit there for 15 min every time I need to medicate. Plus, I can only pull so much with the Hydratree before it kills my throat. Thanks for any advice! And if you wanna throw other suggestions at me, please do!

Modnote: Title edited to better reflect question. :)

Also, in regard to people saying it's too "airy" or big: I did the math and the King's volume is only very slightly greater than that of the Mobius 65t Stereo Matrix. Anyone have experience with both to compare that for me? Is it harder to clear the King than the Matrix? I bring this up because I finally got to hit a 65t Stereo Matrix and had no problems with it's volume, so it's a good reference point.

Maybe look into Apix Design. His pieces have always evoked SG style for me.

Thanks. I actually have a friend who recently got a stemline from Dan and said it's amazing for the money, but still not up to par with the SG stemlines he's hit.

I'm really curious if anyone has experience hitting both the King and the 65t so I can get a good idea of just how much lung power is really necessary.

Also, down or up grid? Is one better when it comes to vapor? People who complain about the King seem to say the up grid is far too airy. I guess I just don't really get what they mean by airy. Literally a lot of air mixed with the vapor? Or it feels airy like it's super smooth and refreshing and people don't like it because they don't feel the typical chug that some people like on a bong?

EDIT: NEVER MIND! Just grabbed the King. Said screw it. I figure I'll be satisfied with any of the options :D
